My phone always send notifications that this ADCB app keep crashing & affecting the phone battery. I need to put this app on deep sleep for better phone performance. what's wrong with you guys? what is the solution towards it?

Barely usable, very bad slow laggy application, animations are slow, face pass is an annoying feature that I don't use but still get prompted to use on every transfer I make, in the last update I couldn't make a transfer at all, as soon as I cancel the face pass request it goes back to where I was without suggesting the OTP option, very frustrating. I think ADCB should fire their app development team to be honest, we are in 2024 and a bad app like this exists.

Not what it once was. Error prone, bug filled and very glitchy. They really need to get the devs to do a better job. App keeps crashing at will when opening in Android. They are a good banking service but poor app development is going to be their undoing.

ADCB app is very good, easy to use and fast too, but sometimes login page take too long to open after repeated try, and sometimes screen splits into two page vertically during transaction, (with S23 mobile fyi). Hope they fix these bugs.

Very good and easy to use app. The only issue is on android devices it keeps saying that the app is active in the background and frequently crashing causing high battery usage. Need to check and address this issue.

I hate face recognition. Its very irritating.. Multiple times I tried other security options..But to do any money transaction I have to use this face recognition. Once I called the support team for the same concern they told me to do the transaction while I am on call. I can not wait 30 to 40 mins in queue to share my issue.. If any1 can fixed this I will be happy else this is very annoying and irritating.😓

trying to open the app for the last three hours but failed to log in.. I need to pay my credit card payment but failed.. What the hell. I deleted and reinstalled the app twice, but it's still the same issue.. I have to pay an adcb credit card payment.. I am outside, uae. I dont know what to do.. very poor service..

Terrible app, bugs upon bugs, constant crashes, and high battery drainage. Please get yourself together and fix your app. Half the time I get timed out trying to log in. Horrible experience.

Overall it's a commentable app but please fix the login issue with the app which says as ``currently can't carry out the instructions ´´ something it's so annoying while in hurry to do an instant transaction i hope that development team will consider this issue and waiting for new update !

It was fine on my old phone, but after I installed the app on my new phone, Face ID didn't work. Every time I got error and followed the instructions from customer support team but still I could not verify my Face ID. While Face ID is not mandatory for transfers, it is mandatory for changing passwords and updating documents.

I was always so sceptical to use the mobile app for my account and preferred using my laptop instead. But after I started using the app, I realised I'm saving so much time making payments, transferring balance, checking balance and other account related information. It's super simple and quick. Love it!

Face ID is a major issue and I am not receiving OTP because of Face ID. It fails each time and you cannot make transfer. We cannot use Face ID in public but app only shows Face ID option and No OTP option will be available, even if you switch off Face ID from App preferences

Worst customer service and the employees also doesn't have much knowledge why they are working their other then deposit, contact number and address change and This things can be done in app as well. I have went to bank serveral time for my bank account unfreeze and they just keep on delaying the process without any proper feedback because they also no idea, why !

Full of Bugs and Issues very Poor App development Face Recognition is extremely poor compared to other applications available in the market. i have uninstalled several times and emailed the screenshot on the email provided by the call centre, but there no response. I am unable to create a beneficiary. The option to move forward doesn't work. I have tried everything.

Truly annoying! I have tried to log in and change passwords on the app and it constantly declines the request and keep sending error messages. Also the contact Center cannot be reached at anytime. When I finally chose to go to the bank to fix the issue one of the female representatives laughed at me when I spoke of the issue . Worst experiences so far with the entire process.

It does what it is supposed to do, but it has a poorly designed interface, and very slow. Edit: 18 months later, and the only thing that has changed is that the app is even slower than before. Edit: The facial recognition is so unbelievably dreadful. "Look left. Move phone closer. You move away. Wiggle your left eye. Look up. Look down. You move closer. Sorry. Recognition failed". I thought this app couldn't get worse. But it has 😂

Glitches, lags, doesn't save beneficiaries. I added a beneficiary twice, and it still isn't there when I try to transfer. Drop down options for text fields behave erratically, sometimes flashing. The profile name they have for me is spelled wild incorrectly, yet I am unable to edit it. When beneficiary name, it scrolls to the bottom of the page every time I add a space between names. Not a very user-friendly experience.

If you try to setup a payee for bank transfer, you will not have enough time before it logs you out. Even if you try to do it very quickly. Also, if you enter a wrong swift code and then try to fix it, the Bic code that self populates from the swift will not correct itself or let you edit it. I had to give up and go into the bank to make my transfer.

April 2022 - Many improvements. The money transfer UI improved. Unfortunately, we still can't see the entire description or name of payees or account names. The names we give to certain accounts show up in the money transfer UI but not in the main page. These small things are frustrating in daily use. ------- It's sometimes slow and hangs. Some UI elements such as the way you select the account to pay from and the account you're paying into could be improved.
