For some reason, the app couldn't upload the lower part from my passport! I tried many times yet without success so I had to give it up. Can you tell me how can I upload my passport in a different way...if there is one?

When i tried to open bank account through this app,it couldn't. After scanning all documents it shows the error that scanning documents do not match. I think when we scan the back side of emirates ID the image automatically squeeze and some portion of the place which we put Emirates ID will also be shown.,maybe that's the problem. I think it's a bug. Kindly fix this as soon as possible.

I Download app from play store and update my details and scanned documents. After completing scanned it's show massage our Customer representative will call and update you for account but still no body contact and not working app for completing for account.

Worst App Ever. There are so many Bugs in the app; very slow and lagging. Unable to upload EID and passport scan. Always showing Errors.

I am trying many times to open my account, but am not able to open it. I don't know why, but I felt very bad. After the documents scanned, suddenly, the message shows that we can't proceed with your request. Our representative will contact you. or download new versions that have been updated. Very disappointing 😞 This App needs improvement. & People who are trying to open account should be helped. We all expect better from ADCB. Thanks

I'm trying to open an account on this, but the same error is presists for the past 1 month. Error (Sorry, we are unable to process your request. Please try again later) after uploading all my necessary documents.

Trying to open account since last year, facing error during scan.calling customer care useless spent half hour no one pick up.at least let me know if I can open or not .or give me 1 valid reason

I have trying to open account and subsmit all necessary document on 27-07-2024 but still account not opening and under review process. I called customer care number and inform them my problem but also not reviewed my account. Then i visit head office and one of staff of bank told me its online process and we can't do any thing... its under review process and your account will be opening soon. But still my account is not open.

I have tried to open an account but unfortunately I'm not succeed. After a few step it shows that " we are currently unable to open your account". And when I tried again then it shows that " your application is under review ". Now the quries are.... How long does it takes to review? How do I come out from this and how will I be able to open it? I cordially drag attention to support team of ADCB bank. Thanks

Unable to open a new zero balance account. Only showing credit card options. There is no option to go back on previous silde. During login, the only resuming option is taking me a credit card option each time.

I opened adcb hayyak account 2 or 3 July 2024 online, all necessarily information entered and session successful but didn't get any reply or an email or phone call for debit card, after that i have tried more than 50 times but the error pop up we are unavailable to process your application, contact at customer service number,, then i went to abu Dhabi ADCB bank after 1 hour waiting, the person told sorry , you have to made call on customer number, i made call, 19 minutes had passed no one re

I couldn't open an account. It says your application is under review. I got an email from adcb. So I called on phone number and sent an email also to the concerned address. But no any response. Please kindly help me to open an account because my company is asking me to open adcb hayyak account to transfer my salary. And the month is about to end. I need help to follow any other procedure to open an account.

Worst service i try to open an account and already uploaded all required documents but nothing any response from the ADCB. I called in customer service but they told we have not any information about your details i can't think which type of this application

Since 3 hours i am trying to open the account on online but first everything is good when i go to Documents scan options Passport scan done easily but ID scanning not easy last 2 hours i keep on uploading and confirm but still next option not coming i want to use this app and i disappoint with first time if someone can assist me why the ID scan and it's confirm even though still not going for next step

I tried opening an account. Instead of click on account I by mistake clicked on new credit card and since then I have been stuck on the same page as there is not way to go back to home screen. Even if I restart the app, it takes me back to the same screen. Customer Support says I should get a credit card and then try again for account. Very poor experience.

Tried to open an account but after receiving the OTP, it says "sorry we are unable to process your request.please try again." And I tried it so many times for the whole day. Very bad experience. They even said that this is an instant account opening.

I have been trying to open my account on it its been 24 hours but every time its showing not able to process your application. My every information is correct and verified but i think so app is not responding on backend. Morever no one is picking up call on customer service. Please help me with this.

I have tried to open an account using this app. But my application is still pending. When i clicking returning user it asking to put the reg mob number aftet enter the otp the application is stuck in error. I can only see that "please select your account preferences". Not showing any selection on that page. The app need to improve. I'm expecting more from ADCB.
