Good but not great especially with the conversion rate. The cashiers exchange the usd to NGN at a very low rate compared to standard platforms... may be you should work on this.

App is great and User-friendly, but the rate is just way too high, almost 49% of the actual money is considered "fee" 😔

Amazing app, full of rewarding games but slow to reward the players. Please, improve this. It encourages the players to reward them gradually than waiting for them to finish the whole game level.

Worst app ever, doesn't even help the customer, it's an actual Fraud. I tried to withdraw my money and now all of my miney is gone, it's showing that the transaction is completed but I've not received a single penny!....

At first this app is good because of their way of service but now I am experiencing delay of receiving my funds from remotasks and just this day they added bridge that causes more delays. I hope next time if you will impose something just inform the user ahead of time so that we will be aware. Please, please, please make this app way better than other apps. Thank You!

an excellent application, and Easy method of transfer/ widra money. I surprised AirTm provided opportunities to earn more money. There are many lagit and easy way to earn money by doing some simple Tasks, survey playing games etc. I appreciate & suggest to everyone that use this app not only for exchange money but also as a tool for earning money. It's my personal experience.

You're sucks than PayPal bcs 1. ur rate is muuch lower than PayPal 2. Why we should be served by cashier when you can serve us instantly like PayPal does. It is weird and troublesome when you need money urgently, but they hold your money bcs they haven't click confirm while we already RATED the cashier. You need to fix your system fr, else you're gonna lose new customers.

Please why is it that I can't update my profile ??? 😭😭 Always showing me "unexpected error" when clicking on "complete registration" I have done literally everything I am asked to do. I need a response now because am loosing it. All my friends are speaking good of this app and withdrawing from it but is now my turn to withdraw and is not encouraging

I like to use the app as it look easier and straightforward to use than the website one. However, there was one glaring weakness and that was when I minimized and later came back, it took time to load. I hope that will be fixed.

Customer service is nonexistent when it comes to your actual account. I had no issues with the actual app, but I had no use for it anymore due to my job change. So plan for an extremely inconvenient and painful process to delete/deactivate your account. It's not available from your profile, then Google might deem it a sketch site, then when you email support with your grievance, you get sent to a URL to create a new login for your "request". So red flag after all that.

BACK TO 1 STAR! They have froze my account and refused to give me the money that I have been trying to withdraw. Updated to 3 stars. Still glitchy, and they've since removed the option to withdraw fiat to your bank. The ONLY option is USDC - Stellar, which very very few wallets support for whatever reason. CS has been more responsive and helpful than before. HOWEVER, their system has been down to withdraw USDC for the past couple weeks, so I don't have any access to the funds in the account SCAM
