I am not very satisfied with the last update. The loading page is annoying, especially with those icons. To get the current balance, why I should wait 5-8 seconds with that annoying loading page, many icons there as we have a cooking app, not a banking app

When I log in after my password, it always shows a loading page that shows. "This is taking longer than usual Please refresh the page" REFRESH After I REFRESH it goes back to Log In and I did over again it still repeat the same thing. Plus before this i was log in whenever I want to TRANSFER money the same page pop up. And samething happen over and over again.

I was about to pay for barber. The whole system just froze at the home screen. Why? I was about to be comfortable with new bank. If it stays like this. Going to leave a very bad review. Update. Even after install and uninstall on my OnePlus Nord CE 2 lite still the interface is froze. What the hell?

The newest and updated version of AmOnline. Loved the simplestic design and retro colored interface. The apps load much faster than previous version. Hope can have an option to customise theme colour later. It will be more personalise and attractive...

The app is updated but yet..the service is getting worst..slow and lag all the time..latest transactions is not up-to-date..which is i though the transactions was failed..authorisation is always slow and failed..please solve this problem..amonline is always give me a hard time when i'm in urgent..this is my worst experience ever with online banking honestly

This update really very bad every time I want to trasfer need to do new one cannot repeat trasfer. If I try to do repeat trasfer the page become red and cannot do anything after that need to restart the app and do a new transfer. Please do something last time one really make my job easy this time its not same.

The app used to be simple and good, but after the update, although the new layout looks cool, it is really bad to use. It keeps loading and loading until it times out during transitions.

Previously, it was making the transaction so lousy. After the updated one, the app doesn't work at all. Stand still without navigating to the page that I click. It's too bad. It's not functioning at all since the new update.

Latest update still lag and freeze a lot. Try to login but the app freeze can't touch anything but can close the app. Stupid app update to latest make the app unusable. Older version was much more stable than this new look. Too much change make the app unusable. This app freeze a lot when open.

The updated app with the new interface looks nice and its easy to navigate and more user-friendly. There are a lot of features and services available in the app which makes banking much more convenient without have to go the the branch

Mobile App version 3.0.3 updated on 31 May 2024. Unresponsive after a few seconds on device OPPO CPH2339. I cleared cache and data then uninstalled. After installing, the problem is still the same. Managed to key in username but can't proceed. I don't know where to lodge a report so I wrote here instead. 9th June - version 3.0.4 also not working on most device. I checked.

The new app defaulted my FPX transaction limit to RM0. Every change of transaction limit has a 12 hour cooling off period. What happened was that I updated my transaction limit, waited for 12 hours, and my fpx payment still failed. Then, I launched the app again to check and only realised that there were specific transaction limits for different merchants! I mean I know you are trying to be secure per se but this caused so much unnecessary troubles to users! Dissatisfied

Overall ok. Just the loading part. Please fix the loading part. Sometimes when using the AmSecure, time already out and need to do the trx repeatedly. Nothing else, just the loading part, if possible, make it just popup, no loading. And for sure I will change my rating

My screen freeze and i cannot use the apps. Have to on off a few times to get it work. Contacted CS and few times uninstall an install but the problem remains. Now I'm unable to login after re-installing the apps coz the app hang/freeze. I'm using Realme 11pro+. Pls expedite and settle this issue asap. I also cannot login to website due to tac.

Very3 nice apps, amongst the others. But there is one problem that makes many people dissatisfied is related to opening an online account, where the system to detect or scan the identification card is too bad, as if it does not work at all. I hope that Ambank can solve this matter as soon as possible, in order to make it easier for users who want to open an account through online.

I used this apps with SAMSUNG A10S.. after latest update, the apps performance was very very very very poor 👎🏻 very hard do transfer. Everything loading and transfer approval pages extra loading. What if we need to do urgent transfer??? Have to redo and recreate payment numerous time in order to successfully doinh the transfer.!!! Very poor peformance!!! Damn

Having new interface and update is good. However, I'm not able to make recurring transfer well. After writing the amount of money as well as detail, then there will be a RED PAGE that appears and there's nothing that can be done except force close the app. Please fix this!!!

(1) Took too long to load. Everytime I go to log in page , it will load for 15-30 seconds. And even in the middle entering my password, the page also will suddenly buffer. Logging out also takes long to load. By far, this is the only banking app I have issue on the log in page even before logging in & during log out. (2) I never register for finger print detection but the app keeps prompting me to scan my finger print.

Still slow and lags a lot. Each time I key in my PIN it always shows incorrect pin number despite being the right one. If I tried to key in again my card automatically gets blocked. Do you know how many times I had to go to the bank just to renew my card?! Each time this happened!!! Making my online banking experience worse each time I tried to used it. You guys updating the app but never fix the real issue. The new UI is useless if the real problem persist. Fix this problem damnit!!!

New UI, May 2024. From a simplistic view, its been changed into a smorgasbord of ads, campaign notices, etc. Like loading a page of ads. It's messy. Under Recent Transactions, sometimes when pressing the Repeat transfer button, the Confirm button doesnt respond. Need to cancel the whole thing and start over. Twice it has happened since the initial launch of this new UI. Please look into this bug.
