It's a very useful app but it has some very annoying issues, it freezes constantly, it times out way too often and since the latest update you can't send money to numbers not in your contacts, if you enter the number the app just hangs on that page with no option to go either forward or back.

Unfortunately, the ATH Movil application on Android is a broken nightmare. Upon attempting to add a card to my account, I receive an error that there's no internet connection. I tried this with 3 different Android phones; one running Android 12 and the other two running 11. I was finally able to add the card to my account thanks to my niece having an iPhone. This is completely unacceptable.

Fantastic app for persons like me who personally don't like to have cash on me ever. Also, there are a lot of small businesses that don't accept neither debit, credit cards and/or checks. This wonderful, useful and very user friendly app is accepted by many, many businesses and has been the best answer to both; customers, clients and businesses.

At this point multiple biometric authentication options should be available, a lot of phones have Iris Scanner. Considering that Samsung have the biggest Android user base, Intelligent Scan authentication could be a thing. The design derived from iPhone design language is boring and plain. Dark theme and/or Black (AMOLED) theme is welcomed. Other than that the app works perfectly, just need to evolve with Android ecosystem because being evolving around iPhone's capabilities is limiting a lot.

After an expiration date of a card, a lot of problems! The program insists that there are not Internet Connections, I have two wifi's, and, the mobile itself, and tried them all. I can not renew my card info, neither by the Bank, deleted and reinstalled, and still nothing! That's how the hackers get into our accounts!!! After posting my review, I read a lot of them, my conclusion: THIS APP IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS; BPPR, BE AWARED, THESE ARE BANK ACCOUNTS !!!

There is no option to add a credit card. It's important to me to use my credit card to make transactions so I can get cashback when I'm on travel in PR. 👎 ... App won't let me delete my account. It said NO CONNECTIVITY.

Ive had this app for several years now and never had any issues until a couple of days ago! I updated my card and now I cant recieve or send money! It says "Sorry! Something went wrong There was a error processing your request. Please try again later." Please try again later yeah sure, after deleting everything, starting over and 5 days later it still says the same thing! PLEASE PLEASE FIX!!

App does not show A tivity, stays refreshing and then displays "No internet connection" which is not True. Happens on both, wifi and cellular network. This has been happening to many Android and Apple users for over 3 weeks. There's no way to report this on the app, so I'm writing here. Tried cleaning cache and data without success.

This app has become trash the last few months. It would keep loading whenever i tried to log in, and thinking it might be an error, I unistalled and installed again, only for it to keep showing an error message of internet or signal when trying to log in. I tried the forget password and also showed error message account not recognized. Update: beware Puerto Ricans travelling outside USA, i had to use a vpn to log in. They just got more strict accesing the accounts.

Why doesn't it have the delete icon to get rid of any ATM card if one needs to eliminate it in the ATM Móvil application??? It only shows the updating option. When I tried to delete the account to start anew, it didn't allow me for one reason or the other despite having a good internet wifi signal for the smartphone. 🤯 What in blazes isn't Evertec allowing the "ATM Card" delete option? [SMH] 🙄

Evertec you gotta address the issue where the app stopped working on android devices. Since last update the app does not recognized internet connection in the "add/update" expired cards menu. No Mobile data or WiFi. This device is a SAMSUNG S21 Fe. Please fix this. I know you are aware of the issue.

I can't edit or add new cards because it says I have no Internet connection and I'm connected to wifi and also have celular data, it used to work fine a while back but this problem is persistent and not even reinstalling the entire application fixes the issue. The app is completely unusable since I can't add a new method of payment 👎

For a long time the app worked fine and I had no issues, but now that my card expired I get an error message everytime I try to update the card that reads "No Internet Connection: Make sure your cellular data is turned on or you're connected and signed into a WiFi network.". I made sure I was connected to cellular data and I tried again connecting to wifi, but I still get the same message. I even tried uninstalling and re-intalling the app, but the error message remains. Can someone assist?

For the past 4 months, the app has not been working. The app gives an error message whenever I try to add a card, No Internet Connection: make sure your cellular data is turned on or you are connected and signed into a Wifi network. " I always make sure I am connected to a strong wifi or internet on my phone but it still gives the same error message. I went to my bank to check but it still wouldn't work. My bank called Evertec Group, LLC which developed the app but still not working. Fix it

Extremely disappointed... I keep getting "there was an error in the system", can't make any transactions or receive money because I can't update new expiration date of new card received, it has to be updated in app, but can't access app because it is not updated... and that makes sense how? I get the 2 step verifications on email and phone perfect and at the time to login just same error. Customer service will not take the call because of "Extremely high call volume" and will just disconnect.

I am not getting the text message to verify the account, I have contacted EverTec group multiple times with no luck or no further assistance. It seems like the app or the service is not sending the text message to certain locations as I am located in the Virgin Islands, they need to have this issue resolved so that the people can use the app. Perhaps they should think about putting in a call function, So you can choose from call or text message to verify the phone number.
