Features available in the app:
Features available in the app:
· OTP on mobile APP.
• Login with mPIN for added convenience
• Reset your mPIN in case forgotten
• Change mPIN

Manage Accounts-

• Your Current Account balance and Statements
• Your PCFC and EBRD accounts
• Deposits created with the Bank
• Loan Accounts and outstanding balances
• Commercial Cards

Transactions-
• Add your Payee and initiate Single Payment through RTGS, NEFT, Axis to Axis accounts and IMPS
• Transact within your linked Axis Bank accounts or to other Axis Bank accounts
• Approve GST transactions in Single or Bulk
• View and authorize Single, Bulk, Host to Host (H2H) and Trade Transaction(s)


Service Requests-

You can initiate the service requests like Email ID update for your account, Scheme Update for your account, Create FD and Update Positive Pay details.

Self Service-
• Unlock Account: Now unlock your ID instantly on your own in case you have locked it with incorrect login attempts
• Re-Trigger Credentials: Know your login credentials in case you have misplaced your earlier SMS or e-Mail
• Super Admin: Authorized Signatories can create access for their “Maker” and “Viewer” users immediately

View or Email reports for-
• Transactions, Alerts, GST summary, FD receipt

Axis bank, lately, has changed it's strategy and style to ignore the retail clients totally and also penalise the MSME clients unfairly. I have proofs of bank charging me monthly avg charges of Rs 2900 several months even after having sufficient balances!! It's time to move on to another bank I guess!!

Worst application. Lots of issues while login. Frequent session timeouts, Even bank RM, and other persons are not aware how to support. Each persons are pointing other officials. No one taking responsibility and rectifying issues.Such a pathetic application and service. Not expecting such a poor and pathetic application from any development firm. Leaving 1 Star since 0 star is not available as an option

The app is crashing and doesn't load at all. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app but same issue persists. The issue still persists

Very poor app. Screenshot issue is the biggest drawback. Even though my email address is already registered with the bank, when i click on email transaction details, it says email is not registered. I would suggest all to use a mobile browser for transactions where you can take screenshots and the interface is exactly similar to the app Edit: Screenshot is allowed after the update. Big thank you

Pending or post dated payments or not visible easily,, And also it can't be cancelled.. I lost 100000 rs by doing double payment as it was selected to post dated payment by mistakely .. please improve the application

Worst service ever at this bank. No responsible person to attend an issue and no update of systems even after so many KYC forms filled and given. Advice don't open account in this bank. Very very very poor services.

App is not allowing to enter more than 7 digit for password. Because of this unable to login. Plz fix the issue.

Can't download statement with debit and credit colums seperately. Can't check my FDs here in Corporate Banking App. Not so nice. Need to compare with SBI App Once.

Why reduce the size in account statement , on printing font are too small to read . I don't know why you people changes a good going work . After printing the statement we need magnifying 🔍 glass to read it. Stop these silly updates

Worst app. Users are completely blocked due to security implemented. I am unable to login to self account due to additional authentication added of sending an sms from my number to indian mobile number and is failing along with 2 factor authentication. very poor experience. Screenshots not allowed. Other than G keyboards not allowed. Wifi not allowed for registration. Eveything is restricted where's none of the banks has such worst security features blocking users directly.

Same issue in 2024, doesn't work on Mobile.. Doesn't login with the right password. What kind of development is this? Update on 4th May 2023 - Still not able to login on Mobile(The same credentials work in Browser though). Surprised how a huge bank can allow such garbage app development.

It WAS good app. But now when I try to login, It asks me every time to register again on mobile network when I uses wifi, the reason being security reason. Can't you beat wifi security? then no use of this app. Other banks too provide banking apps without asking to register with mobile network every time. And this is annoying to register every time.

This application is turning pathetic with every other update. Security is required but there should be some balance to be maintained between security & user friendly. Only google keyboard working (not even indic google keyboard). Each time need to change keyboard settings, logout automatically for no reason. No email password option & multiple problems.

A truly awful experience, no functionality and very slow and crashes most times. The Personal banking app is bad but still vastly better than this. Simply unacceptable and the primary reason we will be moving to another bank.
