Easy to use app. It has so many options to help you access, view, and manage your accounts. The customizable features are also great to have to ensure that you are seeing the most important details first.

I'll tell you, B&H listens to the feedback from its customers. I used to have such an issue with their update, but they re-added the section I liked once I talked to a manager about how much I missed it. Love the customer service!

Suddenly won't load, says check for updates. Deleted and reinstalled app, same thing. I've had the app on android for years and this is a new issue. Family members with iPhones have NEVER been able to make it work. Get it together B&H, everyone knows regional banks are dying out.

New format not as friendly as the old format. Debit transactions should be colored red or with a minus sign not black font which is confusing. No balances after each transaction which the old format had. I Would really prefer the old format.

Burke & Herbert Bank is an excellent bank already and their mobile app is great too with easy and uncluttered design. It is intuitive with hardly any learning curve. Customer service is a delight to deal with on the rare occasion when needed.

Since my initial review, they've updated the colors so it's a little better. The note option on account transfers still isn't available though, so it's hard to keep track of certain transactions.

It sucks. Hard to find what you're looking for and it doesn't work more than it does. Worst bank app I've ever used. Whoever is responsible for this app should be fired. I'm close to closing all my accounts because of how frustrating this app is to use. It's worrible. Run away as fast as you can.

Awful...not able to disable 2 factor authentication. Because of this Lifelock is unable to monitor my account. There should be an option to enable this or not. If I didn't have Lifelock then it wouldn't be a problem for the 2 factor authentication. The interface is also awful. The old one was much better. I have a very long history with BHB and will continue to bank with them.

Terrible compared to the app before BHB bought summit.. cant see 2 debit cards from same account because of different names even though all the $$ co.es from the same account. Summit would text the new balance with every transaction when you set up alerts. This app is HORRIBLE compared to Summit. It actually makes me consider changing banks.

I preferred the old app. I didn't know what is different specifically, the old app was just easier to use. According to other reviews, it appears to not have as many features, like how you can't see your monthly statement. I personally don't like that the mobile deposit doesn't auto-capture the photo of the check anymore. I wish I could go back to the old app.

You did not transfer all of my accounts over from Summit Bank. Plus... You changed the names around please compare my PAYEE LIST FROM SUMMIT AND CORRECT THE TITLES SO I can see the ones I need to pay. I have worked hard to get my credit rating where it is. I will hold the bank responsible if all of my scheduled payments aren't on time. I have 2 Capital One accounts, please find my other credit card info and include it on my list

Log in too much. Too hard to find things like add payee. This is easier than trying to get someone on the phone. I would like to get help but too hard to get someone.

The user interface is nice. I would like to see the negative transactions in red with a negative symbol to the left of them. Debit alerts that come through the phone or the in-app notification are very delayed. If I make a transaction, I would like to see my available amount. Sometimes, when I purchase something, it looks like I have more money in that account than I actually do. So, that can be a little surprise to some people and some people don't like surprises when it comes to their money.
