This app absolutely sucks. I've downloaded it more than 5 times in the last 2 days. Each time it says that I need a to update to a newest version of the app to use it. Each time, I download the update and restart my phone and the app. Each time, it still says that I need to update the app to the lastest version. I'm not even going to fight it to get my money back off of the account on it. It is absolutely terrible.

Once I'm in, the app is great (why I've given 2 stars). But it'll only allow me to login a few times and then it loses my login credentials. I've requested reset emails, but extremely slow to send. Had to virtual chat twice to rectify. Sadly, back to not allowing me in. Also, it doesnt recognize a Gmail account, I had to use yahoo.

They get 2 stars for being the best of the worst since every other book in state is somehow worse. They also do pay promptly from what I've encountered so far. That's where the good things end. Their odds on prop bets are always bumped by 1 point vs every other book nationally. They take forever to post games to bet on, sometimes like a full 24 hours after they're listed everywhere else. Their parlay system is awful and won't allow you to combine things most books would. We need better books.

Logs out automatically and the process to log back in is terrible. Pops up an error that you've been logged out. Half the time it prompts for the biometric login (which is great). The other times it goes to the main screen and you have to click login in the top right. Another popup, another biometric another popup and maybe you are logged in.

Great app and Vanessa is my host and she does a wonderful job keeping me informed and up to date with all changes with the app and up coming events.

this is one of the worst betting apps , waiting on a class action suit . changes bets, frozen live feed for 5-6 minutes plus. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

I used Bovada for over 10 years, and once I gave BetSeracin a try, I never went back to Bovada. BetSeracin is easy to use. They are legit and honest when it comes to lines changing while trying to complete a wager. You can withdraw any amount you want as opposed to having a $1,500 minimum requirement with Bovada and I get paid within 24 hours as opposed to having to wait for 3 to 4 weeks. I watch and bet on a lot of sports. Needless to say, BetSeracin is the best thing to come into my life.

They do pay promptly, and have very good costumer service. But the app is glitchy and the live bets seem to turn off to many times.

horrible good luck remembering the password they make you change so often then suspend your account if you can't remember the 100th version of a password garbage app

I have money in my account and it won't let me log in. I enter my correct info, it sends a 2fa text, I enter the code and it says it's wrong. it is copied and pasted from the text

It's is a glitchy app. It lags horribly during live and in game betting. When odds change during live ingame betting the whole app freezes until all the odds are updated. App is often nonresponsive while odds update.

It's the worst betting app I have used. Half the time you cant make a bet because there are errors. additionally, its not user-friendly. Recently, it says that my phone has device concerns, although I just made bets a few months ago. Arkansas really should allow FandDuel to be used.

survivor pool is a cheat. it won't let you pick because the location service says" oh you're not in Arkansas" which i am, and yet I can make wagers in the same session. so I know the location works. app randomly under maintenance. no notifications or anything

App Never Works Properly. It's impossible to make a live bet with the incredible amount of lagging in the app. I'm trying to place a wager for today's games? but the app won't let me place a bet. It sure let me deposit money quickly, but it acts like I'm not pressing the Place Bet button. I'm uninstalling and taking my action elsewhere.

App glitches often. It will log you out while trying to bet. Sometimes, the odds aren't loaded when you log in (only blank squares). I have to constantly uninstall and download again. It's nice to have when it's loading the odds and working properly. When it's not working and loading as it should it's VERY IRRITATING!

ITS TERRIBLE. From constant lagging, the app randomly logging you out, it's near impossible to see if the promo your using actually works (it'll be on your screen one minute gone the next), and there's no way of seeing what you can use in your parlay until it hits your bet slip. It's just a garbage betting app that clearly was made using a random guy on fiver. Don't waste your time.
