Totally lost confidence with this worthless App. The customer service support is very slow on response and only knows to reply by copy paste the standard answer. Will report to BNM if it does not refund me the uncredited Duit Now transfer (with proof of payment) within the short period.

Tharani! Thank u so much. I haven't use this app for years and wanted to use it again for some of my future purchases but my acc was blocked because of my passport & visa had expired. Tried it to reopen with the help of Tharani through Bigpay Support. It was very quick like she just ask me to take picture of my latest ID.

One serious flaw in your app. A top-up amount or refund from merchants should be clearly indicated by a definitive + sign in front of the amount credited and every expenditure from the account should be indicated by a - sign in front of the amount spent. Also the app should be able to give a clear and easily accessible summary of monthly expenditure and top-up/refund from merchant. That summary should be exportable and printable in pdf format. I will monitor to see if your company is serious

Garbage support. Horrible interface, slow and keeps deleting history so you have to keep retyping. Support just gives stock cut and paste replies. Don't keep any more money than necessary because it seems like bigpay is falling apart and ripe for fraud. Edit-Mar24 support keeps saying that the transaction history will be fixed for refunds(show up green or having some other identifying feature) which is false.

Things in this app are just getting worse, app updated is even worse. In the option When I put 'myself' in the international transfer, the first name is last name, the last name is the first name. Now the app told me invalid beneficiary account, asked me to verify my details, how to fix this issue?

The apps allow unauthorised transactions / scam from Facebook Ads. Chat with them and send the dispute form back they did not take any action help me get back my money since November 2023 until it happen again on February 2024. The unauthorised transaction not only happen one but three times, I afraid it will be continuous. Bigpay should be alert with it or else you will one of them which allow the transaction happen for so many times without ask OTP from user.

This app is a scam. I topped up and the amount is not credited to my account. Its been 4 weeks now. And the only thing customer service say is that we passed your issue to the relevant department. Don't put your money in this untrusted app. Use other wallets like touch n go which are highly reliable.

Used to be good apps. But now with less benefits and the lousy QRpay scanner which failed to capture merchant, and I have to use the card (if only the merchant have card reader). For developer, please solve your QRpay scanner problem which functions on certain version updates and failed on some new update (just like now).

Do not use this card and app. Before, this app is my go to app for my fbads payment.. I dont know today, i cant even login.. I try everything... On off my phone... Connect to wifi... On off again fly mode... Nothing work... Why the hell this app need a damn verification link sms every time login.. CS is not even helping.. Now i cant access my wallet money.. Thanks god it only rm2.. Don't use this app.. God, i already recommend this app to my friend.. What a shame.. Im better subscribe cimb kwik

Very disappointing, at first it was okay but after 5 months of using Bigpay my account has been blocked twice and until now they have not opened it, my money has not been returned until now...Bigpay used to be my favorite ewallet but now there aren't too many rules and I don't know why they do that and why must block account.... Please give my money back

Would rate this one star cause I have asked for account cancellation through email and I have gotten a response stating it will be cancelled after I have made a transfer back to my other bank account for remainder balance. Done everything yet, account is still active. I'm not sure what's the point of the email if customer service can't settle something that's straightforward as account cancellation.

useless app. simply block people account for no reason and stuck my money inside. also keep wasting my time waiting for the customer service response like they didnt even want to help u solved anything!!!! im only used for 1month tho and even purchase for the card. but this kind of treatment tht i get. the funniest thing is online app blocked and also your CARD been blocked. whats the point getting the card if i cant use it through anywhere if my online acc blocked.

Changed my handset and downloaded the latest version of BP in Play store. The app can't send me the OTP to log in. I uninstall and reinstalled, the problem is still there. Not recommended.

I had to install it on a new phone and it doesn't work when I try to sign in. The verification link gets sent, I'm promoted to put in my password but the app tell me it's wrong. I try to make a new password and the app accepts my identifiers, but everytime I go to make a new password, it says that some thing went wrong.

So far Big Pay was good ! Unfortunately I am going to delete the service ... Really not useful when your transfer money from bank to your card , the app keep log out !!! Every time need to use OTP to link it ! If your OTP is not working or you change your phone number or even when you are oversea, can't really do this OTP on roaming , you only can wait when you back your country just can do this ! That's super funny. You only have one way to log in ... Such a good service !

The response of the service agent is very late, the account is easily blocked without warning or terms & conditions for the user, or the statement of the risk of the account being blocked. Very slow service.Requested many times but no response. Helpline call promises not kept or not giving honest statements. From the 28th of July until today, I still haven't received a response email regarding the restriction of my account. (Kalau nak sekat akaun saya terus bagitahulah (info) dekat saya.)
