Does not work with modern phones. The hit boxes are not adjusted. Using samsung galaxy S9+

Good app but not optimised for larger phone screens, making it nigh on impossible to select the right menu options : Google Pixel 3 XL

Desperately needs an update to work on new phones. Impossible to accurately select things on a Pixel 3 XL.

Unfortunately the first Kaitosoft game I've had to return. Controls were off? I had such a hard time selecting things unlike all the other kairsoft games I've played.

I have the same touchscreen problems as others. Kairosoft games are normally very well-made. I'm disappointed.

It is registering my taps a whole inch below where I am actually tapping, making it impossible to play. I don't have it in full screen mode either.

When I send over a customer I got from advertising to the store #2 they still go to store #1, it's really frustrating.

Needs help with remodel I had to restart over because of a hard to pass spot with an item. Could not pick it back up and rotate it to fix that part of remodel needs work

Previously loved this game. Got a galaxy s10e, and the app is not properly calibrated for the device's screen. Taps register below where you actually touch which renders a game like this completely unplayable. Please update your game to optimize for new devices, kairosoft!!

controls are off?? i have to tap above an option to select it, please fix this. You NEED to update your apps. Customers have paid good money for them. They're not cheap.

I love most of their games, but this one I cant get by. Its not fun, especially when you loose a whole store you just opened to a rival and loose all the money you send doing it. It's really stupid.

Dear devs, this game is excellent. Please consider remaking it into a DX version or improving it by adding tools to edit the town, such as the ability to add/remove roads and delete unwanted buildings. This way, users can be more creative, and the town can look more realistic.

Best Kairosoft game. Takes some research to start on the right footing but once your first shop has steady income, you can experiment all you want with subsequent stores, and pretty much the rest of the content in this game, which there is A LOT.

I have an attention span for immersive gameplay and tend to play games for long periods before rating. However, I simply cannot get past two minutes of this game without feeling buyers remorse. What I CAN say about this game is that it was developed very well in the non-stop dialogue department, and apparently does not save your game for later. I spent more time reading cheap dialogue and being given mini-games before I am even allowed 10 seconds to idle and get familiar with the interface.

Oh I hate this, and I haven't even played it yet. To the developer (because I know you read these), 1. Give the player the ability to turn off the music on the front menu. You give High Score, but not just Settings. 2. Let a new player pause the time. Since Sim City we have been able to pause the time. It gives new players a chance to, well, try to turn the music off first, but also, figure out how to play. I'm sure it's great when you know how to. Your existing controls are not intuitive enough

I really enjoy this developer, so I purchased it without hesitation. Big mistake. This game is a bug of it's own. Loses game data, doesnt register it's a full version, and the scroll wheel lags. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not resolve any issues and only shows a blank screen to "start" "high score" "none". "site" no other options. I am unable to receive a refund at this point. I am hoping this project isn't abandoned.

Just the type of tycoon game i enjoy. It's the old fashioned set it up and watch it succeed as you play. Instead of all the idle games you see these days. Where you drop some basics, go afk for 5 hours and see the wow you made millionss!!! Screen pop up. I prefer this kind where you actually work for the growth and are free to stear it the way you want it.
