BUggggg bugggg buggg everywhere I can not login, I can not reset password, I can not create new user, I never received email about the Forgot Username. BRI forced to use it because BRI wants to charge IDR5000 just to receive monthly email transaction. Then I always set my CC as Full Amount payment suddenly reset as Minimum Amount payment. What the heck. ?????

abandoned App, no updates or enhancements whatsoever for almost a year, Customers are not even given a menu to submit incident ticket via app 👎, call centers wasting my money, no fingerprint login option, pop up notification views are cut off ; bad UI.

Can't login, keep on sending otp, tried to use the WhatsApp CS but they only told me to restart the phone. Very troublesome CS response unhelpful. Now I wish to change credit card, this is such a menace.

The app was great, but not untill suddenly it requested OTP for many time in loop and I never get into the main page. Bad update i think. Please bring back the old version if you can not fix these issues.

Terrible apps. Failed to make an account. Thought they would fix the apps as I read plenty of complaints had been posted before I installed the apps. Turned out I faced a same problem. The only solution is to fix or replace the apps instead of telling customer to do this or that which is just nonsense.

Why so many complain Please BRI do the best with the right man on the right place because this is your image about indonesian bank apps. The problem also happen in me in user id, password and activation card. At last but not least is a simple question about how secure this apps

some feature not working properly. even when using tokopedia card, it's better to use the tokopedia app to manage the bills other than this app. also when showing long text messages, it is better to use alert dialog other than showing it with toast

It works fine now... "I am not the only one have been experiencing problem with OTP loop and from what i looked at some feedback from the developer to everyone with the same problem, and calling CS is just another waste...they will only suggesting to delete the cache beside interviewing bla bla bla then make a report. i conclude they can't figure out what is wrong, no solution...so let the star talk by itself, fix it perfectly then i'll give you 5 and maybe i'll consider to install it again".

Loan on App not working properly. It's not sending required OTP. When clicked resend it was sending wrong code. I wonder why BRI keeps launching buggy apps like this. They can have satelite above the sky but can't have good working apps. What a waste.

Very bad. Very slow to receive the activation code. I even waited for 30 minutes+ for the code. It doesn't stop here. After I input those code, it says "This code isn't generated for this account" what the actual heck is happening? I tried several times and still showing the same error. Please fix your darn validation logic ASAP bcs i need to create my pin before july 2020.

can't create an account. it said my card was not found when I literally used that same card few minutes ago. the cs on wa couldn't help me either and told me to try again later. I did, and I keep getting the same error. 1/10 for the app and also 1/10 for the customer service. EDIT: turns out you can't register your card on the app on the same day you receive your card. you should wait 2-3 days. the cs wasn't clear about this

Can't access the app, stuck in OTP verification and it loops itself even there was a popup telling me it was successful. Called CS numerous times, they said there was a problem with their OTP service, but that was a month ago and still can't access the app.

I can't pass the activation phase for many different reasons showed in the pop up notification once i input the code from texts they sent. Update : i did contact the customer service email and their only solution was just to keep on trying over time, i did that and still can't pass thru.

The app itself is not a problem, however, signing in was nightmare, I keep stumble upon otp code page, in which it doesn't matter how many times I input the right otp it won't let me sign in. Mind you every time I input the right code, checklist appear, then I will be back on the same page for another otp. It used to be 3 or 5 times cycle before, now it doesn't even allow me signing in.

I decided to install but the experience of registering is horrible. First you have to make an username it has to be MINIMUM 12 characters, I think it is too long for an username. Second, you have to make MINIMUM 8 characters of password and contain allowed special character and it s*ucks. I can't decide my own special character. After I success to make 12 characters of username and 8 characters of password still can't register because my internet connection is unstable. Come on :(

Good enough but lacking security. No 2 factor authentication for the app which I feel is very important in apps like this and other people using your phone can easily change your cc pin without confirmation for the previous pin for extra verification. I feel like these are basic requirements for an app like this, hopefully they update to have these features as soon as possible.

Can't even register.. Update: I can now register and use the app. Sepertinya error karena username sudah terpakai yg lain, namun error message showing kalau username saya tidak sesuai requirements. Please update error message sesuai dengan error yg terjadi sehingga tidak membingungkan. For now saya rate 3 stars dl, we'll see if later the app running well or not. I'll make adjustment if I see fit.
