I regret downloading this app. I can sign in with no problems on my PC, but everytime I try to sign in the app (using the same user name and password), I get an error message that my user name/password is incorrect..tried changing password, deleting and reinstalling the app, but keep getting error message. I called customer service several times and can barely understand what they are saying..all they do us send you a link to change your password.tell you to uninstall and reinstall app,, I'm done

This is worst app I've ever used for a debit card. It takes forever to open up, when it does its slow. This morning I can't even open it. I don't have time to play games with this. I'm switching to different card, as this is ridiculous. Now it's stating I have WRONG APP installed and I need to use Brinks Armored app??????

Don't fix issues correctly. 3weeks have tried to use mobile check load,after photos are taking an click to submit,the app stops. I've contacted your company repeated and issue never fixed. You requested I contact ingo money to resolve the issue. I did,yet no response. An I don't believe it's their issue because it doesn't go past your app. This is why gave 1 start if there was an option for negative stars I would have gladly chose them. I've been a brinks card holder for years

I started to use this card to link to my cash app, but didnt notice they charge you $2.00 fee every time you use it, I took it off my cash app already found other cards with cheaper fees, I dont recommend, I found one by American Express wich is excellent, tha app is awesome, and security features are top noch, and not to mention has 24/7 customer service, I use it alot when I travel, and the fees are like, .12c 30c the point is that is cheaper and if you want to withdraw cash, is link to US

I have been banking with Brinks All-Access for about 5 years and have zero complaints. My check is always available to me 2 days before payday and the $100 overdraft service is the best. As long as you cover the overdraft within 24 hrs, there is no fee. If you dont cover it, its a little pricy but still less than regular banks. I love my Brinks account. ❤💰

I have been with y'all for 10 years.. never had a problem until today. Can't log in since this morning since I transferred money to Venmo to pay bills.. all I get is loading symbol. The banking in general is awesome been getting VA on this account for 10 years and have been with y'all through 3 mergers. I recommend this to anyone for small amounts the only down side is the $10k limit unless it's changed over the years.

Brinks is one of the Apps I have that is easy to use and has everything in it that you would need and they are ON THE SPOT up to date with your financial holdings. You get a text message right away when money is put in or taken out of your account. The balance that they text you is always correct. I have another Big Bank account in a Credit Union and that App sucks compared to my Brinks App.

I went through a lot of banks before, a lot of prepaid cards. However nothing gives me the security and the kindness of a bank like Brinks. I highly recommend Brinks to anyone who is not only trying to cut out the middleman, and get the guarantee satisfaction and the confidence of great security for their money. The app is phenomenal and easy to work. And the text alerts are amazing.

Don't Install It!!! It's A Waste of Time!! I just tried it for Myself! For My Brinks Card!! And signed up then I put in my password! But it wouldn't go thru! Despite the fact it was Correct! I put it in a few times! And still it kept failing to go thru! I'm Done! Forget it!-in less than five minutes! I already Uninstalled it!! It's Garbage! It's better to just Call the Number on the back to keep up with Your balance!! The App Stinks!!! I don't Recommend it!! Bye!!

Signed up for the card and got the app but it says it's going to send a code and I never get one. I've tried 4 times over the last hour and there's no code. I've rechecked to make sure my email address is correct. Edit: finally got a code but they expire in 5 minutes and I got it 15 minutes after requesting. Trying 1 more time.

Disappointed I was looking forward to mobile uploading my check and everytime I I choose this option it boots me right off the application. Very upsetting when that is the number 1 reason for getting my card activated well time to find a better card. I called CS and all I got was that they will dispute this and I'm not the only person to call about this problem.

I finally received my card yesterday, I activated it by calling the number, but when I tried to login on the app it kept telling me my password was wrong. So they were suppose to send me a temporary password so I could get in and never did until I sent them an email about it. They finally sent me the temporary password, I tried it multiple times and now my account is locked. It shouldn't be this hard to get direct deposit.

I can never find this program in any condition of ill repair. I just tried calling customer service you're as usual having difficulty with your program, I was told in your recording that you were experiencing difficulty with the program and to go to the website and I did and the website was having the same difficulty. I've been unsuccessful in getting my account readjusted to the proper balance after having found my account was jeoodized and its been several weeks of not having my funds due

Horrible customer service I got into it with one of them and he closed my account for fraud charges and the account was only open for 3 hours. I mad 3 transaction one was a deposit from another account that's been open since 2013. But a soda and snack and then tried to withdraw some money that's when they said it was a fraudulent account. Now I'm going through hell getting my money back. I highly don't recommend this company!

At first it worked fine was able to do most of my banking online then all of a sudden the in app functioning just seemed to collapse. Unfortunately it's left me high and dry as of late and nearly lost me as a customer. but we will see id they comp me anything when i call cust service. i spent 2 hours on the phone with them yesterday.and today still problems. sorry guys but you gotta have someone on the web page even if its program wheel then an on call tech. build on.

This app used to be cool... now since the new update, I cant access the overdraft card feature. It kicks me out when I try. Plus the payback reward point system is crazy. It'll take me so long to even stack 5 bucks. I have to spend $5000 to get $5 back... that sucks. On top of i cant even deposit and checks thru mobile. Really thinking about just going back to BofA.

I would give this app 0 stars if I could. After 2 months of depositing monthly checks from the same bank, same person and everything suddenly they can't accept the check. Deleting the app and going with a different company. Big waste of time. Update: I talked to the vendor and no help. Neither Brinks nor Ingo was any help at all. My new company has cashed the very same check Ingo denied 3 times, and it cleared no problem.

Mobile check load doesn't work. It crashes and kicks the user out. Reaching out to customer service they just placate like the responses here, saying to uninstall/update the app. Doesn't help, it's still broken, and Brinks doesn't seem to care. My advice would be to close the account, stop direct deposit to them. It's been a dismal experience not being able to load checks, poor customer service, and fees on EVERY transaction. Do not open at account at all. I'll be closing mine.

App is garbage. Have had the card (no complaints) and app for about 6 weeks. App kept saying account is locked but card worked fine. Finally I called in and everyone I spoke to said account is fine on their end. After speaking to 3 people they finally said something is wrong with the app, give it a few hours. It's now 2 weeks later and 2 different apps installed and acct still shows locked. The app has added a space in its name, before it was BrinksMoney. Uninstalled and on alert.

Using the Brink's card made it easier to crawl out of the financial hole I was in. Deposits are early. You know when it's on your card. The $10 leaway really comes in handy and you aren't paying overdraft fees. What's on your card is what you have. Extremely quick notifications when you use the card. You have to live within your means. When the money is gone that's it until the next deposit. No check fees, overdraft fees. I've had it for 4 years and I'd never go back to a regular bank!
