Shows advertisement that we can't even escape. after logging in it will show advertisement and there is not even a close button for that advertisement. I will have to close the app and reopen again and login with password. C3 need to rectify this issue.

I'm warning others to avoid C3Pay due to their appalling service and mind-boggling lack of customer support. A transaction initiated on Friday remains unresolved, with the beneficiary yet to receive funds. Despite numerous attempts to seek help: - WhatsApp support: Ignored or automated responses - Email support: No response - Customer service number: Busy lines or dropped calls The lack of accountability is staggering, with no updates, apologies, or effort to resolve the issue.👨🏾🦯

It is a very bad app I have seen. After 15 days the app needs to be updated otherwise it will not work okay when it's done then they start ads which will never leave u to buy ur stuff and send money also you will not be able to check your amount too so please stop these ads 🙏 I hope you understand

this app realy bad 🙏I am taking salary advance to cover urgent matters. I have not received it for the last 2 months. I have not repaid the loan I have taken. Then why am I not getting salary advance? Your service is very bad. They say customer service and send a no, a service that has no value, and a lot of hidden charges, it's a big problem. Don't fool people like this. It's very bad. Big zero rate🙏

* 25-09-2025 - Couldn't log in to my account since yesterday. The mobile app keeps on showing a notification "Something went wrong, please try again". Tried to call hotline number but always disconnects. Poor service, bad application. * 07-10-2025 - I used to open my account in the Philippines whenever I go on vacation, but now I am unable to open it. Worst mobile banking app I guess. Better to switch to other banks. And I would not recommend this to any of my friends or colleagues.

very dirty and cheapest app. I wanna say nobody use this app ever. I used this app 6 years. many time I used this app for money transfer they show your money delivered but beneficiarie didn't receive money. once we send money by c3 then we wait for their response. they don't deliver our money until we don't do argu with them.

Stupid stupid stupid c3 app How should we use C3 if unfriendly environment 1.To much ads 2.No UPI payment 3.No better exchange rate? 4.No fast service. Very slow 5.All kick out the user to home page 6.All shows wrong amount in balance after a transaction 7.Always try to steal money from our accounts First close all issues and then we use c3 till now don't cut the charges for wallet load/quasi cash transaction fee

One of the worst apps I had to use. The pushing advertisements are outrageous. If you are tying to use this app in an emergency, forget about it. It will force you to watch countless ads and pop-ups, one after another, and you can't skip them. I will not recommend this app even to an enemy.

I’m really disappointed with this app. I made two cash transfers, and both times it took more than 48 hours to receive the money — only after repeatedly contacting the helpline. If every transaction takes this long and requires constant follow-up, then this app is not worth using. The customer service is also far from satisfactory. You guys show advertisements with lightning speed — if only your transactions worked that fast! This app seems to be made just for showing ads, not for actually help

Hi there, I'm very disappointed with the app so far. I've been experiencing issues for three days, and I haven't received any relevant responses. My calls are not being answered, and the messages aren't being responded to correctly. I'm sorry to say that it's a frustrating experience. The problem is that I am unable to withdraw my money from the ATM or make any purchases at the grocery store. This is really a very poor experience with the app. Thank you.

This app is a nightmare. They charge monthly just to view balance, extra for SMS alerts, and even for C3→C3 transfers. Every login forces annoying ads, wasting time. Basic services that are free in every other bank cost money here. Hidden deductions, poor UX, and zero transparency. We are forced to use this card by employers, but companies should find alternatives. Truly one of the worst banking apps. ★☆☆☆☆

Service fees are too high. Balance checks and message alerts should be free.Even the program interface is sterile and in fact the issue is more like collecting money from services that are supposed to be free And also, third-party wallets will deduct money from them. Did you create the program to get money for free services? In the near future, I will open a better bank account. At least if I have to pay fees, I will pay them in exchange for quality and service.

C3 PAY customer service is very poor. I am facing an issue more than 10 days where my Emirates ID was updated incorrectly on C3 Pay under the wrong name. I have already emailed C3 Pay customer support with my documents attached, raised my concern, and also contacted them via WhatsApp. However, I have not received any response, except for system-generated messages on WhatsApp.”

This app went from reliable to absolutely useless. I urgently requested my transaction statement and was told I had to wait 48 hours. I ended up waiting even longer, only to receive poor and unhelpful customer service. To make things worse, they charged me AED 26.25 for a document that should have taken seconds for a computer to generate. Because of their unnecessary delays, I missed my deadline completely — making the whole process a waste of time and money. This was unacceptable.

Very Worst App I have ever Seen whenever I do the International transaction its always stuck and its take too long time and thier Customer Service Support team is very Bad they never Picked the Call on time. and they need a Documents to process the transaction does it make any sense you already have all the documents and details of the sender and receiver and they deduct the Charges for transaction if you send from 3rd Party App. first maintane your App C3Pay is very Worst App.

Now nothing left good about this app. Everytime it opens app with ad without skip option. I don't understand why eveytime we need to watch it. After Opening the app, every now and then popups for recharge or send money!! In settings can't even change the online purchase limits, clicking the button won't do anything. I think you better spend more to UI and app stability improvement rather than Marketing ads!!

I exp. multiple decline charges on my c3 A merchant repeatedly attempted to process the same subscription payment while my balance was zero, resulting in several 3 AED fees in one day, Its unfair & out of my control as cardholder, since it was not multiple different transaction. I respectfully suggest that the bank review this policy, or at least make exceptions when it comes to multiple declines from the same merchant on the same day, as it places an unnecessary financial burden on customers.

I noticed that C3 deducts a service charge for every transaction, even when I transfer money through another app that doesn’t charge any fee. It would be better if C3 could make these charges more transparent or reduce them. 😕 I don't know how to discrib it. If u need send money u need to see explanation video. It discasting.

It is a useless application because there is neither any technical support nor any customer care. I recharged my DU number a few days ago for 65aed .But the recharge hasn't arrived yet, and the payment has been successful. There's no response from the WhatsApp team, nor is there a customer care number to call to complain about a refund.
