I do not care for the new app. it has now caused a negative impact in my account. I checked my account daily, so this would not happen.

I hate it i cant navigate as easy with the old app plus i cant simply transfer money to pay my land loan note. This thing sucks

Previous app was much more user friendly. App is like they tried putting 20lbs of stuff in a 10lb bag.

I have never had so many problems with an app ever. I dearly miss the old app. This has been a terrible experience. I hope to get everything fixed asap!

The old app was SOOO much better! I can't figure out how to view or print monthly statements. Why do this in the first place? And why change it so drastically? It really leaves much to be desired. Please fix it.

This is definitely not an improvement. My debit cards are not showing nor is this app user friendly. The platform is horrible and already causing issues. I had a refund put on my husband's debit card that better reflect on Monday morning. I am on a fixed income as he is and we can't afford any other nusances such as this. I hate this new upgraded app. I would give it 0 stars if possible. Very dissatisfied with this platform Centric

The old app was so much better!! I received a transaction notification as soon as it was done and with this new app I am getting notifications about it days after!! This problem needs to be fixed as it can cause some to over draft their account bc they don't know what's been taken out!! This app was poorly made and im very disappointed with it!

Sure the app looks lovely but I have had nothing but problems since day one. Really just want my account notifications back per transaction. Super annoying there's not even an option for it. This should have been a beta release for several people to test and give feedback to fix issues before releasing it forcefully to the public. Overall, I am very disappointed.

The app was recently updated and has every bill and whistle imaginable included. I can link accounts to my credit cards and other accounts get net worth budgeting, cash flow you name it it's all in here. It is taking a little bit of time to get used to all the new stuff but it is a great app. Centric is a great company and I always have great customer service from them.

It's nice that I can set up transfers to and from my children's accounts, but I defected a star because there is a limit to the amount you can transfer at one time and within a day, and the limit is too low and cannot. be customized. Large transfers have to be done at a branch. ( I don't know if they can be done by phone or at an ATM.)

I'm not happy with the app. I don't like the way when viewing your account you can never see the balance after each transaction

The old app was simpler, more streamlined, and intuitive. It took me longer than it needed to figure out how to turn on transaction notifications. When I did, it worked for a bit, but now the alerts are severely delayed, by days even, and only my card's transactions cause alerts. My wife's card doesn't trigger alerts at all. The User Interface needs to be overhauled to be more similar to the original app, and alerts need to be fixed. Maybe next time don't outsource your new app to jeets.
