The app is great but to use it, I have to be off my wifi, for anyone else struggling with it saying system isn't working. Turn off your wifi. I don't understand why this is my only solution. Otherwise, it's a good app

This application feels very nice and refreshed compared to the old version. I was surprised a new version of the application was published instead of updating the old, but once I uninstalled the old one and installed this one it works great.

The new app is so much better and you can do many more things you couldn't with the old one. This is truly a great on-line banking app! Super easy to transfer money between intern and external accounts! Love Charter Oak!

Told that app needed to be updated. When at app store, found message indicating app is no longer compatible with my phone. Is any development planned ro provide backward compatibility with phones that have been affected by this update?

Charter Oak Federal Credit Union is an excellent bank, for years I didn't think I lived in the area where I could use the bank or that it was just for people in a specific line of work, but I recently needed to finance a car purchase and researched my options. they have the best rates and excellent customer service. The application is so easy to use and has all the features that I need. I recommend the credit union and the application.

App doesn't work properly with my data or my house wifi because of "unsafe network" a d it doesn't let me see my finances at all because of it. It didn't used to be like this but with the latest update the app is glitch and overall is useless.

other than when they did the update they took away the four digit passcode so that you didn't have to put your password in every time you logged in which was super convenient but now it's back to being a hassle is there any way that you guys can bring that back? other than that I love the app and the bank itself.

The app is down more than it's up. How many people are going to have to complain about this problem before you put in infrastructure that actually functions? How many times are you going to reply to reviews saying you don't see a problem when there so obviously is for so many people. This is one of the most important apps someone can have on their phone and it, along with your website, is useless at least half the time. This is completely unacceptable, and no, I'm not going to call your hotline.

Garbage- won't let me register my account or do anything else. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Trying throgh browser instead of app also doesn't work. If I can't get online access then I'm closing my account.

This app(being a new app upgraded from the old one) is super user friendly and much easier to use! And now you can see your current balance in your checking and savings without logging in but can't do anything to your account unless you log in so its convenient but secure! Also Charter Oak fed. C.U. is the best "BANK" i have ever used!! They dont charge you insane fees. In fact i dont think they charge you anything! Best "bank" ever with the best easiest 2 use app EVER 10/10 EASILY

I like the app on my phone, but I tried to download it onto my tablet and it says it's already installed and gives options to download to my phone only. Evidently it can't be downloaded to more than one device for each user. 😕 My star rating reflects the inability to put the app on more than one device rather than the app efficiency. I'm disappointed because I use both devices equally. 🙁

Seriously, this is really getting old. Now I get system not responding....but ONLY at home on my wifi. When I log in when I'm somewhere else I have the initial setup every single time.....I've initially setup my account 4 times now. What is wrong with your app? Edit: once again it's doing the same damn thing as before...yall need to get better coders and app developers...the ones you have suck! This makes me want to change banks!

Ever since a few days ago this app has been saying, "Unauthorized network location" "Try again later from a secure network" I try on my data, and on my WiFi with AND without my VPN activated and it still says the same thing. Tried reinstalling the app too. Still nothing. Hope the website works. This is a huge inconvenience and makes me consider banking elsewhere.

Since Saturday morning, Feb 17, 2024, my Charter Oak Mobile Banking app has been unresponsive. I get a message saying "App (or server) is not responsing. Try again later." Is anyone else having trouble logging into the COFCU mobile app for Android, or is it just me? My home wifi is working, my cell phone can access any other app, and my Firestick has no problem with streaming. It's just COFCU 's not responding. There are no msgs on their Helpline saying the system would be down this weekend.

App is still not functioning right. Randomly it'll stop working for several days only saying "system is not responding. try again later" and it has been like this for the past few months. I know it's not just me. if you look at the apps recent reviews, they're all like one star and say the same thing. This app needs to be fixed or I'm gonna have to switch banks.

This app used to be great, now there's almost always an issue and constantly down. I love using this bank, but it makes it very difficult to do much banking if I can't access my account on mobile. If it continues, I'll probably switch banks because this is becoming a real issue.

Removed the app. It's not usable. Whether I'm on my secure wifi or data roaming, I am unable to access my accounts due to it saying unsecured network. This app has been working about as well as this banking institution as a whole, terrible. Just another reason to do business elsewhere with a different institution.

After waiting on hold three times(system hung up on me twice) was told the app is up and running and it must be on my end. However, my sister and mother at work and on their own wifi can still not get on either. Uninstalled and redownloaded and same error. If I can't get app to work, I'm going to have to switch banks.

When the app is functioning correctly, it works great. However, for months now, it will randomly give me a server not responding message, and I won't be able to get into it for several days at a time. It's happening too frequently to be caused by maintenance. For example, I haven't been able to access my account since Thursday. It's now Sunday. Update: In response to the developer, if you haven't been having problems, then how do you explain the dozens of reviews that all have the same issue?

Although the format is completely different from the previous COFC app, I have no complaints on function. I can still do everything on here I was able to do before. My only complaint...maybe it's just me and others enjoy this??...I don't like being able to see my checking account and routing numbers so easily displayed. I think that information should be a little more "covered up" than just a left swipe on the screen.
