Horrible, cant log in anymore. Dont have access to my account because of the new app. If this is the "new" app we have problems. Cant even get past the "create username" screen. Called the offices and am informed they are no longer taking calls till tomorrow, march 9th/2023. This is pretty unacceptable if you ask me. Called during business hours and it seems like they shut down the phone lines to add to this problem. 7 am you can expect my call. Unbelievable.

There are so many things I miss about the old app. How it was actually a app and didn't open a webpage just to log me in, how it would display my balance of I had quick view turned on, and it didn't go through a ton of screens just to do one thing. I like the new way to pay bills and that's about all I can say. Makes me want to switch banks just because of this app.

If I could, I would rate this app 0 stars. This one has some decent features and looks ok, but the old app was so much better because you could actually log in quickly and easily. This one takes forever to log in, sends me to the webpage almost every single time I try, and even though I have my fingerprint set up, it rarely works and constantly asks me if I want to activate fingerprint login, when it's already active! It's been like this since it launched, please figure it out!

Objectively worse than the old app. The sign in process uses an embedded browser and doesn't play nice with password managers, a bunch of the features they promised aren't there, you can't view transactions past 15 days, and if you have overdraft on your account it includes that in your available balance and makes you go digging in details to see how much you actually have. Plus if your session times out it doesn't fully log you out, I can still see half my accounts and have to manually log out.

This app platform is absolute garbage. I'm sure if I gave my 10 year old the equation to pi, he would resulted in a better attempt than the creators of this platform. You download the app, have to recreate the account user, which will take about 10 minutes, after which, it crashes, makes you redo everything, and if you are lucky, you get into the app. And god forbid you dont triple check your fields when you are entering your information. Absolute garbage!

updates entire app. new app needs constant updates. I can never login. I mean never. the call center isn't 24hr. in fact, they tell you their HOURS FOR NEW YEARS EVE. IT IS ALMOST APRIL. they tell you to go use the browser, it doesn't work. you use a different computer, the webpage won't reload when you click login. the app itself says to update itself, it's already been newly updated and I still don't have access. I'm leaving this bank, I don't want to pop a blood vessel. SAVE YOURSELF

This new app is garbage. I can't deposit cheques, its so complicated to make a payment and it doesn't show how much my balance is beside each transaction! Oh, and the app is so hard to use. U have to go through multiple screens just to press one button that used to be on the main screen. I have to go to the bank tomorrow to deposit cheques and make payments. I want the old app back.

The old app was concise. I could get what I wanted with one click. The old app allowed you to see more information on an e-transfer as you filled it out than the new one. It used to be that you could see the email you were sending to when you check the name. Not anymore. It's like it was set up for social media or one of those easy to make website creators instead of with any actual knowledge of what people want in a banking site. By far the worst banking app I have ever used.

Useless Can't see more that 15 days worth of transactions. Can't filter transactions. Transactions do not show balance. I tried to make a bill payment. I think it whent through but it's not showing in the transaction list as pending, nor in the payments screen as pending. Rather large bill so I can't afford to pay it twice, so now I'm confused. Did it actually "go throught" and will show up in my transactions in "2-3" days?

Absolutely horrendous! I'm on Android but Apple isn't much better. Their Android app has to be the worst app I've ever used. Fails to open. You need to try like 6 or 7 times for it to even open. Crashes while open. Try to send someone money and get an error message saying they can't complete this request at this time. Sometimes randomly just kicks you out of the app. It's actually quicker for me to drive 10 minutes to their bank and use the ATM than transfering my money from accounts on my cel

Difficult to use, much less information is displayed, major downgrade. Account history no longer shows what your total was after a transaction, just shows the transaction. I was only able to log in once and now if I try again it says the app is reserved for members only, even though I am one. I tried to call their support but right now it's a recording saying they aren't taking any new calls until Thursday. What an insult to their members.

The new conexus app is possibly the worst banking app I've ever used. I don't understand how you went from the previous one to this. Nothing about the new app is user friendly. The menu was swapped out for little icons that mean nothing, but they're the only way to navigate. When you are able to view the account, you can only see back 2 weeks, as there is no way to change the date range. I've had to log in from a browser. There are so many problems and not enough characters to describe them all.

Like the other reviews this "New App" is a joke... I don't have anything good to say. Absolutely went backwards with everything about it. Like the others said after every transaction it doesn't show your balance, so if you like keeping track of your spending and where you are currently at you need to whip out a calculator. Also the old app showed your Conexus Mastercard balance etc, it doesn't on this one unless I've yet to figure that out... maybe test your products alot more before releasing

This app is terrible. If I could give it zero stars, that is what I would do. It is unreliable and difficult to use. Whomever their developers are, they should replace them. No matter how many updates they do, it doesn't get any better. Here is an example. I've tried for three days to add an e-transfer contact to no avail. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, shut my phone off and on. I am NOT phoning the customer service line. The app should work reliably!! Ready to find a new bank!!!

Fingerprint login is intermittent at best. Which would be fine if it didn't ask me everytime if I wanted to Activate Fingerprint Login...which is just annoying.

How does this app continue to get worse instead of better? Depositing cheques used to be so easy and now its impossible to use for that. The auto feature is always blurry, but if you try to manually take the photo, it kicks you of the app.

For the past month I have been unable to accept etransfers using the app, it creates an error message and breaks the entire app until I logout and log back in. I have to use the website for every etransfer.

I've been unable to use this app for months. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times in that period. Can't even get to the log in screen. When I press the log in button the app stalls and crashes.

I am updating my review for the SEVENTH time, but still keeping it at 1 star. My mobile deposit was sorted out but is now back to the same bug where if I try to deposit a cheque the app shuts down. And I can't log back in properly. I am also still unable to deposit e-transfers every now and then. Please, I beg of you Conexus - can you look into these MASSIVE issues? You need new developers. This has been 3 years now of issues. Horrid app.

Just recently experiencing log-in issues that complicate my use of online banking. I want to use online banking so i try to stay updated with the app upgrades, I think by safe log-login methods that all account holders can feel safe or safer by using smart log-in methods and by restricting other people using so only the owner of an account to use online banking and not multiple people cuz that is like using terrorists to run your business. just damn. you know.
