Terrible app functionality. Glitches, laggy, slow. I've been using 3 months and it gets slower every time I use it. It takes ages to log in, and doing ANYTHING in the app causes glitches or freezes where it won't respond and will crash if you press something too many times. Your app is amazing in terms of the service it offers, but PLEASE fix your software. Ppl depend on this for bills and payments and they can't even get their BALANCE to load, much less to withdraw

Perfect for employees who need to adapt their pay periods to their needs, instead of being locked to a given schedule that doesn't take personalization or convenience into account besides where and how to recieve it. Does need more optimization though as it's a pain to get working often due to constant slow loading, freezing, & lagging dramatically behind on button presses. It still however works. They also removed the free instant 10th transfer that made this app one of the best in emergencies.

it's awesome getting my $ right away but,as with everything these days, the $2.99 fee to actually get it right away instead of 2 business days later adds up. luckily after a few days it wasn't necessary for me to do the instant transfer anymore. otherwise the app itself works great, my $ is in my cash app within seconds & it was very easy to link everything & get set up. it would be nice if there was a detailed list of the taxes though, like a paystub.

Great app!! But I love it too much 😂 I be like ooh i can get takeout tonight or something. Got learn to budget !The user interface is simple and easy. Everything is explained upfront so you know where your money goes and where it came (calculation of hours.) My only idea would be maybe have the option to put a cap on how much you can take out before payday. like if you are about to withdraw within a certain range, it will tell you. Cause you will blow through rent if not careful!

I think all the people saying the app is slow are just using old phones. I have a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, and it works just fine. To load up the app and view everything only takes me about 5 seconds. The transfers are also very fast, even on weekends, and it only takes a few seconds. Update after developer response: I misunderstand the first 10 transfers make your 11th transfer free. I wish there were more opportunities for it, but the app itself is still great. Giving it 5 stars.

High rate to transfer unless you're used to ATM prices. The app said my balance increased today, but still shows nothing. It uses "estimated" tax and other with holding fees. If you can't have exact numbers to show the users it's not very transparent as to where your money is going. 9 paid transfers plus 1 free one to get another free one. Total transparency on their fees to use the instant payout. I wouldn't recommend it until they are totally transparent on all the withholdings.

Sorry guys, I used to rate this app 5 stars before (like two or three versions before the actual one) but now it sucks. IT WAS very quick to acces to it, it was clean, no bugs or any problems, IT WAS wonderful! But one month ago, the app ask me to update it, and that was all. In the first update, it took me three steps more to get inside the app, show my balance and few seconds later it get freeze showing a gray screen. Now, the last version, it get stuck on the white screen with the orange coin

Was working great before but here the last month or 2 it has been a pain. It's constantly having issues with not loading, saying funds aren't there after I get my text notification that they are, having to "refresh" but that never fixes the issue either, and asking me to enter my card/bank information again when its supposed to be saved. Looks like my time with daily pay will be coming to an end because this has become a hassle just to get my money.

It's very convenient and great if you need money earlier than payday. However, the app and website are confusing and have lack of options to control your money. Imo, they keep too much out and would be much more helpful to have more of our pay available. Also, I am completely missing a pay from last week! it showed that I worked the shift, then it disappeared the next day and was never paid out! So now u need to contact customer support for help. Very frustrating!

It's the slowest running app on my phone. I deleted it and I just use the Friday App. Still not the most user-friendly, and the design is very simple and plain. 3/5 because for what's intended for is okay. But the convenience isn't so convenient with the amount of lag. I even went into the settings on my phone and made adjustments to help. Other apps improved, but this one is still slower than a turtle running a marathon and taking a break for a nap.

App won't even load. It is just stuck on a screen with the little orange circle that bounces and flips. It used to be laggy, but would still eventually load. The past 24 hours it's just stuck on that little orange circle. Doesn't matter if I am on mobile data or wi-fi. Doesn't time out, just bounces and flips. I already tried Uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing works. Very frustrated.

Incredibly slow. Only have to use the app because for some reason the web browser version stopped working on my phone. It keeps insisting I'm on a VPN or using a proxy when I am just using it normally. No proxy, no VPN, or even add blocker. Happened randomly and I'm hoping it just goes back to working. I was eventually able to make a transfer. Only thing keeping this from being a one-star. Outside of that I haven't had any problems with the service and the web browser has been rather reliable.

It's been great BUT... over the last few days, it has had several hiccups in loading when I log on. Login attempts have been primarily failing. It won't even time out. It hasn't mattered where I was or what network I was connected to, whether wifi or over the air. It just won't load most of the time. I have tried a forced stop several times and that has failed as well. I'd love this issue to resolve, as DP has been a financial life saver until now.

Dunno what the hell happened. it's worked fine the whole 2 years I've used it. now it's just constantly stuck on an orange screen. It has nothing to do with my connection I've tried. and I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times now. it won't even take me to the login screen. Just, and orange screen that's endless. I super needed money for an emergency vet bill so thank God there's a website, but not being able to use the app is SUPER inconvenient.

This app is a great idea but it doesnt give you your money on the date it says it will. I sometimes have to wait over a week past its said date of delivery to get my money... Smh Update: the accuracy of paychecks has gotten much better, but there is always a log in issue when I open the app. My pin, nor my biometric unlocks the app now. I have to manually sign in, resulting in a long wait for the slow app. This has been happening for a while. Hopefully they can fix this bug.

Ok I understand charging a small fee. To me a small fee is .99 cents. I'm pretty sure there is enough people who use this app. Not because they want too. But because they have to. They can drop there fees to .99 cents for instant transfer. Because if you think about it. You're already borrowing from your paycheck so you know your going to be shot that amount you borrowed plus there fees rack up to about 30 or 40 dollars. There goes your whole paycheck. So you have to keep borrowing.

They charge you to access tips I've already earned $3.49 every transaction , also many issues that are "technical" issues you just have to put up with, customer service sucks. The only reason I use this app is because the company I work for chose it . People who don't actually use it thought it sounded good. Can take up to a week or two to "resolve issue" no compensation no notifications of any kind,Just deal with it. They could at least give you a free transfer for the inconvenience.

Price for instant transfers went from $1.99 to $3.49! I absolutely friggin HATE this app now! They hold onto your earnings for an extra day or two whenever they feel like it, which has been at least once a week. Now they're raising instant transfer fees. If I could afford to get off this app, I would, but I was told by 3 different agents that it could take up to 2 pay periods for DailyPay to get off my account. I get paid every 2 weeks, so that could be a whole month! 5/6/24 Don't use DailyPay!!

I only have this app because it's the only one my company uses. I would literally use ANY other app or service than this, given a choice. Other people have similar pay apps that are free. You have to pay per transaction on this one. And yet service SUCKS. I was charged a $5 fee by my bank because of a delay on their end. 6 months and 15 emails later, I'm STILL trying to get my money back.

The app is slow and freezes a lot. They also changed the amount that I get for working 8. My pay hasn't changed. I contacted customer service and they were no help. They said they changed the way they did things. My coworker didn't get this change. It also makes you get into a hole that you can't get out of so you will forever use the app. It is a trap.
