This game has a great foundation and with some additional improvements, it could be amazing! I appreciate how the developer included support for 11 languages, but there are a few typos and mistranslations in the English version. The fact that the dev is dealing with medical jargon makes these errors understandable, however fixing them would go a long way. Adding additional controls such as the energy for the defibrilator would make this Sim all the more relatistic. Great job overall, dev!

I never leave reviews, but i had to because this is truly a great game. It comes in many languages. You really have to work to remember the lessons and keep people alive. After a few minutes of playing i start to feel like im really a paramedic😂 The only thing i would suggest is having a fluent english speaker go through it, there are a few misspellings and misuses of words. Also it would be nice for the patients to change clothes,gender etc. So far I've saved 220 patients and only lost 14

So a little background, I'm an Emergency Medical Technician licensed in the USA by the NREMT and also licensed by the state I live in. This game isn't perfect, but it's not meant to be, it's supposed to be simplified enough that anyone can play and I think it walks a great line between realism and playability. The reason I gave 4/5 stars isn't because of gameplay. When I turn my phone around, the game screen stays upside down, the translation is also funky sometimes. Still highly enjoyable.

Fun game, addicting. Kind of alot to take in when first starting, easy to forget what meds to administer and when. Only suggestion would be for the gameplay to be paused when reviewing what medication to deliver. And maybe allow users to deselect the diagnosis, I can't tell you how many times I've accidentally misclicked a diagnosis and lost the bonus, but that's just very minor suggestion. It's a fun game, would recommend for those who find the medical field interesting.

I've enjoyed playing this game over the years and while it isn't perfect, I don't mind some of the flaws. Something important to note though is that, at least for me, Cloud Save doesn't update with my progress meaning I would have to restart back to where I was two years ago if I were to delete the app. This problem also makes using real money for game pointless since anything you buy won't be saved by the cloud if you delete the game. Besides this I don't have any major complaints, good game.

The game is really fun. It's definitely difficult and has a learning curve but once you get the hang of it, it's really fun. I definitely think that a bit more of a tutorial could be helpful. Edit: I definitely think that the upgrades could be managed better. For example, when you buy a new course, you also have to buy all of the medications separately. Makes it difficult to progress. Overall still love the game, just the upgrades are a little too challenging in my experience.

BEST REALISTIC MEDICAL GAME SO FAR! I'm a student nurse and I went on duties in the ER, and I didn't expect that the game will be so realistic. Also thanks for the short courses. Please make more games like this so people will be educated , especially to those in the med field and those who are aspiring to. I wish that you could just , maybe improve the graphics a little bit. More improvement for the game itself like graphics, animations etc. but the content is good enough (a bit edit will do)

One of the best emergency simulators I have played. Effects of medications are not instant, it allows you the leeway to absolutely fail, and forces you to learn and make decisions on the fly as you monitor and prepare. Still has some ways to go, and English translation could use a little work, but this game had me sweating bullets. Love it.

I enjoy this game, but I have a few minor complaints. There are some spelling/grammar errors (but I don't believe English is the dev's 1st language, so it's alright) so some things could be written better. Secondly, no matter what the patient looks like on the popup with their name, symptoms, etc. the patient model in the ambulance is always the exact same. It would be cool if skin colors, body type, and hair changed to match each person. But overall, I like how medically accurate the game is.

Has a lot of potential.. it's a little difficult to understand somethings because the translation is slightly off on some things. Some scenarios could definitely use more info when you"arrive on scene". Attacked with a weapon doesn't give me enough info to work with. Is it a gunshot wound or just get knicked by a knife? You need a few more details to make a proper assessment on what to use. But you're definitely going the right direction.

Definitely a great example and can give me an idea of the profession to work in the medical community. But patient history, more visual information of the patient i.e. bleeding, broken limbs, etc., more models for patients, and maybe an online mode where multitasking is possible to do for certain actions (although understandable if not able to do with the last idea, as you are a small developer). Yet this is overall one of the best medical games I've played.

Amazing/educational app for those interested in emergency medicine. The only reason I don't rate it at 5 stars is because of some flaws in the English. Definitely better then Google translate, but could use some work. -Edit (Reply to developer) As a native English speaker, the subtle mistakes are found everywhere throughout the game unfortunately. Perhaps sometime in the future I (or another native English speaker/fan of the game) could help you rescript everything?

Overall it's very interesting and educational! I just wish there was a bit more guidance starting off. Esp for those not familiar with medical. Like maybe the ability to train in a tutorial-like setting, or a practice dummy that let's you know in real time what treatments & interventions are worsening/improving the dummy's condition. Maybe also a little more background info about the patients. Just because it's hard to diagnose with such limited info sometimes.

Excellent game, very realistic. Ads are non-intrusive and almost non-existant. Good progression system and the translation from Russian to English is amazing. It is a little hard to get the patient to start breathing once they hit below the breathing rate of 15%, though, because brain damage starts to occur and I can't seem to raise the breathing rate even when steps are followed correctly. Tremendous game, I love it and it's very realistic. 9.7/10 because of that little thing I just mentioned.

Great game. Ive noticed, not one add, and all you would like is fpr people to think andnlearn. I like it!Grab a pencil or pen and paper. This game is very informative and requires thinking. But it also teaches very well. Make sure to write down all of the information from the first course and keep doing courses to enjoy progressing into the game! Rather than watching adds. Your just required to learn and enjoy!

Now, the game is realistic in some senses, completely unrealistic in others, but above all it's ambitious, charming, fun, and a lot less mindless than most other medical games you'll find. If you're trying to learn emergency medicine probably best to look elsewhere the game is built around Russian protocols, which are often outdated, and obviously some features are made less realistic for the sake of gameplay. Itnever claims to be an educational material.) but I enjoy playing it.

The best ambulance game ever - I've redownloaded and replayed this game so much over the years. It provides factual information that makes you think about what you need to do in an accurate way. Although the English isn't perfect, it doesn't interfere with understanding the material. I wish I could restore purchases, but the game is so reasonably priced that it's not bad (the most expensive pack available is under 10 dollars!). I wish I could soft reset my game so I could fix my 'kill streak'.

I work on the truck in the US. This simulation is entertaining, and informative. There are things I would love to see, such as actual anatomical differences to patients, differences in injury sites, and a way to zoom and drag around the back of the bus. And there are some issues with not enough information being given. However, in its current state, it is still an excellent simulation. It's been a good refresher of sorts in downtime, re-instating some confidence in my personal abilities.

A fun game with a lot of effort put into it. This is not going to be a braindead game to play while zoning out. It requires memorization and attention to detail. It is a little tough. For new players, read everything. The first part is the hardest, but smooth sailing after. I didn't give it 5 stars because while it is fun and detailed, there are a few areas it's lacks in. Patient models don't change much and there are translation difficulties. Progression is a little slow for my tastes too.

I would say the game overall is generally fun to an extent. For example, I think its cool that it gives us courses, I just wish there were more courses because I really liked learning about this study. The bad parts are the person always looks the same regardless of gender. Half the shots don't even help with the "diagnosis" and whenever you think it's one thing it's another, like how am I suppose to diagnose someone because their symptom is "weak"... this game should just focuse on the courses.
