worst money application transfer, for one transaction 13 days which should done in same day, calling customer service daily to solve the problem but no action, finally I had to transfer the amount again to fix the the problem, and I paid the double. I will uninstall the app

Very bad app...very bad customer service. I purchase using the app via their digital card since December 1, 2024 and the transaction was failed but the amount were deducted to my account twice,and called their customer service so many times until now my money is not refunded to my account. Nearly 2 months already, I will just accept that my money is gone and cannot be refunded.

On 14 March, I transferred aed 1500 to E&money from my debit card the first time after seeing big billboards, Since then, I am calling they asked me that your amount is on hold and they are trying to fix it and it takes 5 working days.. I had to transfer it urgently to Pakistan, but I made a big mistake to choose this service. Please be careful.. The first impression looks very ugly..

It's says that sending abroad thru mobile wallet same day receiving, Why until now my transaction last 3 days still not receiving,,and it's hard to report a problem regarding the status of this matter, and it's not the first time happening to me,very disappointing bcoz the money that I send is use to be the payment for school requirements of my son, I send it ahead of time to make sure he will not be late to pay for it ,but bcoz of the delay to receive thru this I need to pay interest ,

I installed the app over a month ago, but I have been unable to complete my registration as it doesn't upload my details. I also reached out to customer support, but I haven't received any effective assistance yet. I hope the issues are resolved soon.

feeled disappointing very first time, 150 aed debited from main account balance automatically without any notice, and aslo 140+ aed from rewards what's going on don't know this the worst experience i have feel in my life, no one is responding in customer care as well, may be they had set in auto mode, if will call to customer care they are all busy morning to evening no one is there to answered, make the service better to serve better

It's the worst serivce ever, i used it daily for almost 1 year now and this is my first time to request a refund, and i did the request in 4 Nov 2024 and till now i didn't get my refund back and every day i call them and no one give me a solution what they can say, we will send an email to management and someone will call you back and this never happened, no one call me to explain the issue or why it's not solved till now, don't use this app again they are SCAMMERS

Face selfie not working! 3 times I had installed it, every time in the hope that face selfie will work this time and it doesn't work because of which I uninstall the app, I didn't want to give 1 star but it is so frustrating that I had to.

The risk of getting your money trapped is high. I've made a payment with their service , the merchant didn't get the payment and the refund is also not provided till date, it's been more than a month, every time they say the same thing ..... Not recommended at all

Ever since I grown up I hardly see App charging (In and out) But for this App, they charge both incoming and outgoing transaction It awful 😞 Not even little amount others are charging, like 0.5, otherwise 1 AED maximum But E and Money charging is 5 to 6 AED, for incoming only, and outgoing will still be the same amount, that's, in one transaction they charge 11 to 12 AED THAT'S VERY HORRIBLE Regretting using this app

I’ve been using the e& Money app since 2023 , and it’s been a great experience. The app is user-friendly, and I love the fee-free transfers, competitive best exchange rates, and integration with payment platforms like Apple Pay. The prepaid cards with cashback on transactions are a nice touch.

Very bad experience compared to other digital wallets. Their chat support is not helping and they take long time to resolve cases/tickets and the resolution even not satisfactory. Not recommended at all.

You have the worst virtual assistant! It never solves any issues! 😩 Can't even give the right solution. It only gives info that's already on the site/app. I'm facing issues, tried all the app steps, and want to chat with a human agent for a solution, but your virtual assistant can't even solve or transfer! 😡

I have been facing difficulties logging into my account due to failure of receiving OPT from my register contact. Every time i try to login, OPT will not be sent to me even when it shows OTP will be sent to your contact, unfortunately the minutes will run off and OTP will not be received. When I resend OTP,time will run off again, nothing will be received. As it stands I can't access my account. I don't know how much is left in my wallet.its really a bad experience for me. I need a solution pls

I transferred some money using the e& money app on 27/03/2025, but after 24 hours, the funds were not credited to my account. I then contacted the e& money customer service twice, and they refunded the amount. However, the app charged service fee for that transaction which has not been refunded. I reached out to customer service again, but they did not provide a satisfactory answer. Therefore, I will file a complaint regarding this issue. after that i know more person is facing this issue.

My last transfer was sent to the wrong person. Totally different from the name and detail on the app. All my complaints raised were just closed. Even the complains about the closure of the complaints were also closed. My recipient named in my transfer never got the money and tracking on moneygram shows it was sent to someone else different name different contact from what is on the app. No recourse, refund nothing money just gone. Won't recommend using it

I just send few times money abroad through this. i did not face any issue but in the end last transaction was not as smooth as before. App showing a rate of money exchange but in the end when i make transition they reduce the rate and when i complaint they say rate was not that despite i provide screenshots. So be careful about sending money through this app.

Pathetic experience with their money transfer service. They are attracting people by offering better exchange rate and lots of advertisements. Initially there was one free international transfer free of cost. Now they are charging for it also. And the service level has gone to rock bottom. I made a transfer 1 week ago, but till now the money is not credited in the receivers account. I called their customer about 15 times. Each time they say technical team is working, but nothing happens.

The app was functioning well until last week. However, since last night, I have been facing issues with transferring funds to my account in India. I initiated a transfer at 4:26 AM today, but even after Five hours, the status remains as "Initiated," and the amount has not been credited to my account. Additionally, I have been trying to contact customer care since yesterday, but the line has been consistently busy. The 24x7 chat option in the app also appears to be non-functional.
