This app is not working, at all, period. I have contacted the developer twice now in the last three days. This app functioned fine until a couple of weeks ago. Now it either won't let me in at all, security questions are screwed up, or if, by some miracle, I am able to answer the security question, the next screen which says YOUR ACCOUNT is completely blank. All my information seems to be gone completely. I've tried three times now uninstalling and reinstalling. No luck. Repair it.

This app is almost always not working, it either won't allow sign in because the "server is down" and when you can get in MOST times it clears your "account data" so you have to reenter your card info almost every time. And still often once re-adding the account it still won't let you access it. Just call the 877# on the card it'll be so much quicker and much less hassle. Side note: I've never in my life used an app so badly managed with this many constant issues. I had the first Android

Won't work at all on my computer. Just get a white page. Might load after 30 minutes if I leave the page up, but not very often at that. Works fine on my phone, works every time. Glad I don't have to pay for this service. Actually, I wouldn't pay for this service. It's definitely disappointing. I don't understand why it works fin on my phone but not on my computer.

Awful, frustrating app, and very time consuming. Each time you scan 1 item, it send you over to main page and then to scan next item you need to click 3 more times to get to the scan button. Also this app does not update on what you already bought and what you still have available, it would only show your full limit. This is the most annoying app.

I made 2 new IDs and passwords. Online and this app doesn't recognize my IDs and passwords. Also the security questions doesn't show up at all. What's the point of having security questions when you can't use it??? Seriously. Also when I unlocked my IDs the next step doesn't show up in my emails. Don't download this app. Unless the app has been updated to work better recently. Right now it hasn't been updated.

Worst ever! Unfortunately, it's the only option for people on food stamps. This app doesn't allow all kinds of standard symbols in your password, so you'll end up having to create a password just for this app, since the ones you use for everything else will not be accepted by ebtedge. But you can set up fingerprint login, so no worries that you'll quickly forget your ebtedge-only password. But then randomly the app clears credentials and fingerprint access stops working. Worst app ever

I've been having alot of problems out of this app, here lately, so I uninstalled it for a week, give or take, in hopes that would fix the problem. Just reinstalled it today and I'm having the very same problem, can't log into my account and all there is, is a blank white screen when I open the app. Very disappointing! Had the app for several months prior to issues, now it just don't want to work, at all.

The original set up of the app was fantastic, you just punch in a 4 digit code and you're in the app. Now that they've updated it and everything, it's horrible. I forgot my USER ID and Password to it and I can't even create a new one because you can't see what anything says because the page doesn't fit my phone screen apparently, and you can't use an email to reset your password, you have to have your USER ID so I can't even get into my account. Horrible app.

This app works a lot better than the Providers app. It keeps a record for your purchases as well, so you know if something isn't right with your purchases, and even let's you know if your benefits are pending. It does glitch sometimes, and the cards don't appear on your account; perhaps something worth looking into for the developer, but not often enough to demerit the app. I also like that the biometric login is an option.

This app is glitchy and practically unreliable. Everytime I sign into the app the information for my card takes forever to load, if at all. I have to close and reopen the app multiple times to try to get it to work, but it's never guaranteed to do as such. This gets incredibly obnoxious when I just want to check my balance and I can't even do that. I really hope they get around to fixing these issues, since I don't have a mode of transport to constantly check the balance on an ATM.

Ok.. it was working up until July started. Even though loading up was slow, I was still able to get access into my account. Now it won't even show my card information. Everything's a white screen. Also, the website is slow.. I tried to log in and then it turns into a proxy error page. Please fix! It was very convenient rather than having to call customer service..

Garbage. I signed up on the website first and both the app and the web portal worked great....twice. Now, whenever I try to check my balance and/or transactions, both the app and portal will display one or the other but never both at the same time. I can either see my balance and my transactions never load or my transactions will load but not my balance. The finishing touch is that nearly half the time my account will not even load on the home screen (app and portal both) and I have to jump from home to preferences to home again several times to get that to even show up. I suspect this is due to poorly written data retrieval code than server response. Fidelity National Information Services really needs to look into this. ++UPDATE++ So I was recording a video of this garbage app/portal dynamic duo(sarcasm) and the app actually crashes every time I tap the Locations map from the main screen! LMAO. I'll edit the vid and upload it to YouTube for your enjoyment.

Update- When I try to log in it says fingerprint recognized, and then it's just an all white screen. Won't load card. Won't show balance. Won't show transactions. Has the account tab at the bottom, but can't click it. Lags, and just doesn't work like it is supposed to! The info tab pops up and have to dismiss it over and over. Very bad design. Features are poorly laid out. You'd think with technology, they could come up with a more complex app, that works as it should!

When it works at all, it's not... terribly complicated to use. It mostly doesn't work, though, and I've given this years of chances. Uninstall, wait a while, reinstall, it works for one week, and then back to never being able to sign in. Or putting in the correct information and being told it's wrong. 2+ years of "maybe they'll fix it, when it works it works okay, some people really like it!" and NOTHING AT ALL CHANGED. Restarting doesn't fix it. Not worth the hassle and inconvenience once.

A webpage masked as an app. On Pixel 8Pro. It takes 25 seconds to load signin page. Biometric login worked only 1. Too many clicks to just see your balance. On a desktop web browser Chrome text is cut off when selecting security questions. Login box is a floating web element pushed to the right edge of browser window. Broken links; clicking on Help link crashed my web browser. Links that go nowhere, and info on working ones was not updated since 2022. Setup guide is outdated. Spelling errors.

Does NOT work once installed and set up. Doesn't matter what security settings are used (biometrics, passwords). It gives you access once then all you get INVALID Recognition every try after. Even uninstalled then reinstalled. It's useless. Also links they send when you try to unlock account only generate error message that the link is also INVALID.

Good app, so far! The only downside is having to log in every time you want to check what you've spent or haven't spent, which takes time, especially if you're at the store doing it, it would be awesome if you guys could fix that to make it a little bit easier where you don't have to log in every single time to see what you've spent please!!! 🙏🙏

I just completed the application and cannot sign in. I don't know what's going on on your end but I added the correct ID number and also the correct password and it's telling me that my credentials are invalid. Please fix it and please change it so that we don't have to add all those numbers in and just the last four digits as we did from the very beginning.

Works as described. For unknown (until I troubleshoot it) reason, it does not work well with "assistant" apps via voice control. It could be the tablet or phone devices or the assistant apps rather than this "ebtEDGE" app! Someday, when I have lotsa time & patience to spare, I may attempt to troubleshoot the voice control issue. If I determine that issue is device or other app, then I will add that fifth star!

The card app works perfect. Since the maintenance done May 19, when it switched over from ebtconnect, I had a few issues logging in, but praise God, the issue was resolved. However, when you call the benefit number (nothing to do with the card) it now asks for the full 19 digit number. Before, it was the last 4 digits of the card, then pin number. Also, it is nice that the app has an option to freeze the card.
