I can't use it properly. Booking is not done. Cannot open admin option also nothing is working except to search flight

Please update the app with all the facility like on web version. Can't add money in the app is the worst experience. Please update the app or remove it from the play store.

please provide payment option from debit card or credit card directly, and the air tickets rate are higher than other so customers doesn't want the service. NO OPTION IN THE APP TO CREDIT MONEY IN THE APP ACCOUNT

It's very basic. Most of the features are not made available. No facility for card or net psymrnt. The app is not ready

I m use this app 1 year but not booked ticket any ticket i face problem all details Sabmit going to payment page ther not showing make payment options kindly request to pls fix the problem

Kindly update your App.....As Railway Agent OTP Based Login is starting from 01.01.2021 Therefore It is humble request you to kindly make a Option to Book Rail Tickets from this App not from Portal....And also enable other options like Bus Booking Please team

Very nice and good app. Ease My trip gives best services and offers. The cheapest flights,hotels,cabs and rails are available here with fast services and interesting offers. I always use this app for flight, rail, hotel and cab booking.

App not working nowadays, crashed when search flights and select date, calender is available only up to 2021. Please fix it....

Nothing is working no hotel booking, admin panel, booking details, bus booking. Very disappointed I am an agent i have to use both web and app for bookings. Worst application please do the needful for better functioning.

1. Admin panel & query modules are not working. 2. No option to change/ reset password. 3. No revert on e- mails sent to ease my trip 4. No customer service agent for voice service available. 4. No option to add mark up on fares. 5. No option to deposit balance. 6. Kishangarh city is not reflecting while doing airline booking

Downloaded the app, registered my account and get confirmation over mail however can't open the account!!! Always it saying user ID and password not marched, I changed the password also as instructed bit still facing problem to login...... Can anyone help me..

As a B2B agent, worst experience faced this time. Ive booked ticket for my customer from leh to jammu and flight got cancel due to bad weather. Its been almost 2 months and I never got the refund even after calling support team for number of times. their response is same from 2 months, 'sir it will be credited'. very pathetic experience I've faced
