Horrible Horrible app... If you know what's good for you, just run. The conversion rates are silly and the customer care is very very poor. If you love your money, don't use this app. I have deleted mine. I don't review apps on google play but the experience with guys is not short of very very horrible.

It's a nice app. The exchange rate is too high compared to others. Make life easier for the poor. Only Visa Virtual Card available, no Master Card. My Visa card deactivated after 3rd days for failed transactions...

My turn to use this app and it suddenly develops a fault. Despite all the positive reviews, I couldn't use it. I lost lots of money, first cause of card penalties given the fact that i couldn't load money to it then i hard to withdraw all the money in my usd account. All those exchanges costs me a lot. So so disappointed right now.

I have deposited 658k and converted it to usd when I wanted to add it to my card, they showed me an error then in the next minute no money, contacting customer support 😭 just seeing but no reply,,,,,,, so i conform that my $134 just gone.. Don't use this app again

The app used to be fast and seamless but late it's so annoying. Very slow, it takes forever to open. I deposited money yesterday to refill my wallet as I had an urgent online transaction to make but upto today it's not yet reflected yet it was deducted from my mobile money account. Contacted customer support and they promised to resolve in 10 minutes but to date they are quiet and now not responding. What is happening to our beloved app? Is it a scam or technical issues as bigs are now too much

This app is a large fraudulent platform that defrauds people of their. They are not transparent by any means. The dollar virtual card I purchased through this medium was nothing short of fraudulent; I loaded it with money and attempted to use it for online payment but was rejecy thaNot only that, but they deducted the majority of the funds I loaded ontclear of theIf you do not want to have an experience like mine, please avoid them. I wish I could give them anything but a zero.

It's a good app the only reason I'm rating it a 3 is because it takes a while for transactions to reflect on your account balance. It's a little bit frustrating cos then you can't just do something in a hurry. Please look into it

I just tried purchasing a virtual card and it suddenly showed me an error message and all the money I loaded is lost and I didn't receive the card and the customer care stoped replying after I asked for a refund. This is a scam I'll advice no one to use this app and fall victim of the scam too. They were very fast in deducting the money from my account during top up and very reluctant to refund. This app is a big red flag 🚩🚩🚩🚫

This is the best online transfer app I've ever used. I gave it 4 stars because there's one feature lacking. If cards are added there with a little purchase fee, it Will make the app the best in the whole world. These cards help us run ads on Facebook and other social media platforms. Let us purchase visa cards and your app will have a 5 star. Thanks for reviewing and replying to this.

I used to use the Momo option, transferring funds from my Momo account into Eversend. Unfortunately this has been put on hold for quite sometime now and still not working. So I tried using the card (bank) option. Transferred funds from my card into Eversend. It's been 6 days and my balance is still the same yet the deductions was made. Customer service keeps saying one thing after another. It's very tiring and annoying. If it doesn't work, take that option of of the app.

This app fast and reliable for every transaction you do been in momo, or any payment method you want and you can even buy using your visa card, running of aids, transferring money from one account to another with no issues I recommend you to download this app and get more experience I'm enjoying the new ways now like the charges I pray it stays in that way and I don't like the aspect of not accepting credit cards 😔

Very bad app and bad customer service. I funded my eversend account intending to create a dollar virtual card so I can make some 10$ payments online. After funding it, i tried creating a dollar card, but to no avail, I tried recharging my mobile line, it didn't work, I tried getting an electricity token, it didn't work, I tried withdrawing my money back to my other bank account, it didn't work. Now I'm stuck. Is that I've been scammed? why can't I withdraw my money or get something with it?
