I've tried unsuccessfully about 20 times to link my bank account and it will not. It times out every time and blames it on my bank site being down for "routine maintenance" and "please try again later". I've even tried with a different bank. Still the same thing. I called my bank and they are not down for maintenance and their app is working just fine. 😠

Do not download this app. the customer service is by far the worst I have ever encountered in any business.. I have emailed them to close my account. I have also left two voice mails. they will never answer the phone so don't bother worrying about speaking to an agent. The voicemail will also be full during random hours of business hours. I keep calling just to hear voicemail is full or leave a message. they do not respond to emails in timely fashion.Put bank info in now I feel scammed. Be aware

They pay you, but when you try and pay them back there's no way of doing so manually. So when the time comes if you don't have it in your acount who's to say how much they'll charge you. If their payment is denied through your bank on that scheduled date. I'm still trying to figure out how to pay them before that scheduled date, it would be nice if there was some kind of help rather than an app that isn't developed correctly.

It would be really great if they would include which states are not available in the about info. Found out my state isn't available after I had submitted all my information. An excellent way to boost downloads, I can't deny that. Uninstalling immediately but at least they get one more stat.

This app is definitely very hard to deal with and when I first download it and tried getting loan was trying Bank verification and my bank suspended my account and just up and closed it without saying anything except that unusual activity and it was varo, I'd been with them for over 3years I was pissed. Well now my new Bank not on the flinks list so I keep getting roll back but don't do me no good because I can't link up to flinks whenever my bank account not in the list, so I sent in statements

Scam. I have tried several times to link my bank information. My bank send me notifications that it was linked then flinks says it's not. The first loan was a rollback. I am trying it for a second time and same issue. I have deleted the app and reinstalled. I haven't called because the reviews pretty much say you aren't going to get through. So I'm not going to waste my time. I will send an email for account deletion. I don't care if I cannot reloan in the future. I can't even loan now.

Update! DO NOT GET THIS APP!!! They are sharing your information, including bank info. I dont have my bank info connected to anything except my payroll, but had money taken out, not with my card. This was the only thing I shared it with and they of course will not respond. Bank caught it, but DO NOT TRUST THIS APP, IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!! Getting help is impossible. I have asked the same question 10 times, they say they have my bank statements, I'm approved but they cant transfer the money.

This app is absolutely garbage because I had to do several codes/puzzles to attach my bank account, which is Chime! I was able to connect after a while then I refresh the app with the refresh icon and said I wasn't approved and then closed the app and reopened it to be met with Oh, you have to put on all that information all over again and I can't cancel my account in app you have to email them!

Hoping that this app wasn't a scram but it's starting to look like one. Yesterday I was approved for a loan but I never received it. I emailed customer service to let them know I didn't receive it and called customer service several times no answer, voicemail was full. I was email to finish the last step but it just kept verifying my bank account. Still didn't receive any money but in the app it's acting as if I have a loan when I Don't!!

Not what it was before. I used this app many times in the past and had no problem, but after a hiatus and I think under new management this app is no good. I tried applying many times and kept getting denied with no explanation, was told they needed more information on me but why would they need it if my past records should be enough for them but I still sent them the info and was still denied. The service isn't what it seemed as before and just all around a waste of time so don't bother

After giving them permission to access all my information and going to the sign up page and waiting for them to send me a verification code all of a sudden I get a message saying system maintenance new user usage temporarily suspended. This is too sketchy for me.

This is a terrible app! I'm stuck in the bank verification portion. It lets me log into my bank account and then kicks me out of the app. Makes me log in again, then makes me do it all over again. Horrible horrible app!!! That's very shady... is this some scam???

Ive used this service it got me out of a tough situation I would definitely use again and recommend it to friends ,family and colleagues.honestly I'd given it 4 stars cause of some customer service but you all got back to me promptly & tried to remedy it so I'm changing it to 4 stars tyvm 😊 🙏 😉

This is THE WORST APP to get started with, I couldn't even get through applying because of an "error" getting the code to my phone..imagine the rest... Uninstalling going once..... & Uninstalled bye bye.

The app is great and easy to use. I'm glad they added Cali back again you guys don't know how much I missed the app all this time but the wait was worth it. If anyone finds issues with the app just check if it's updated to the latest version, if not do it through play store or app store and you should be good to go.

Lol! Against my better judgment I went ahead and decided to give this app a chance. It downloaded, I opened it, and I literally couldn't get past the FIRST screen of the application process due to a "header error" message box popping up constantly. I tried to apply for v the installment loan. Header error. Tried the cash option. Heder error. Tried to open the profile option. Header error. I was dead in the water within 30 seconds of opening the app for the first time ever. Uninstalling asap!
