Have never been able to deposit a check. Cannot figure out what I'm doing wrong. Signed and "For mobile deposit only at FBB." Wont give me option to submit.

Just made my first mobile deposit. Living in another state currently, this allows me to keep my account active and manage things a little better. So far not one glitch.

Constantly have issues with this app. I have to uninstall and reinstall it almost every time I try to use it. App is up to date on my phone, do not understand the problem.

Annoyed that everytime I try to log in it says that it can't verify my information and I have to call them almost every day to "fix it." Fix your app

It worked great and then it updated and now won't work at all. It just says unfortunately this app has stopped. Please fix this. I have even tried to unistall it and installed it again. I've powered my phone off too but nothing works. Please fix the issue.

the original app was far superior to this version. currently, i can't press ANY buttons once i log in. occasionally, the app freezes and i have to restart my phone. could be great, but needs some work.

This app has stopped working ever since the latest update it has removed itself from easy access on my screen and won't load at all. I am veey disappointed as until now it has worked fine for the last two years.

the mobile deposit needs some improvement. I tried it over a dozen times before it finally matched the amount I entered with the amount on the check. the picture was clear. it shouldn't have had an issue.

the new app is utterly worthless. it's slow. it treats us like we've never used a banking app. the camera function is horrible. it's typical of fbb and it's idiot president to force us into something that's probably better for him and makes it much harder for it's members. Just like the lobby not opening until noon. and getting rid of the drawer in the drive thru. the only reason I stay is the bank is every where I am.

If you want the WORST app for banking and the worst website even, first bank of Berne only has you covered for disappointment! Everytime you want to check your balance their app AND website will both be down for construction or that's what you hope while it doesn't let you access anything and only offers for you to call them even if it's an ungodly hour and you just wanted peace of mind on your account. If I could give 0 stars I would.

IT CRASHES WAY TO MUCH FOR A SIMPLE BANKING APP SAME WITH THERE "WEBSITE". This app dose what it needs to do when it wants to work. On the other hand when it doesn't which is way to often it won't let me check my bank accounts and makes me want to switch banks so I can actually check at anytime.

There was a while I was unable to use the app. It seems better now. I had uninstalled it but recently tried it again and it's working. Hoping it stays this way. It's aggravating not to have access to your banking info when you need it.

Honestly getting tired of being force to rely on a automated machine to make purchases online. It's not even on most of the time so essentially you can't make purchases online & they want let you the owner of the money decide where you want to spend it. But sure let's have a machine that doesn't work & it's maybe wait 5hrs later to msg me asking me if I was the 1 trying 17 times to make purchase & if I don't reply while sleeping they'll have the automated machine call you to ask the same thing

I have yet to run into a single issue using this app. Not even a single bug or glitch. The only inconvenience I have run into is that the app is impatient with slow connections. EDIT: App no longer runs (on Android 11), crashing after polling the GPS. Does not reach a landing page, instead failing to the home screen.

This app has come a long way in the last year. It is now very easy to use and I'd definitely recommend you use it. Edit: I have dropped from 5 stars to 4 stars. There have been numerous times that I am simply not able to log in because of issues with FBB. Idk if they have they have to shut down for updates or what, but it's very annoying.

I too used to love this app but can't log in because of the debugging issue. The teller told me it would 'catch up' soon. That was 2 months ago. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the FBB app and still no change. Haven't changed phone either. Pain in the butt to have to go to the website every time!!!!!

I hate the new update. Before the update, I was able to see the balance after every transaction. It made it so much easier to keep my own records. Also, it used to tell me with the notifications when and where I spent money without going into the app. Now it just tells me how many transactions there were. Really hate the update!

Maintenance issues and resets. The app is great for checking your bank account, but the constant updates and maintenance for some reason cause me to constantly reset my password. Usually after an update I am prompted with a message stating "We are unable to validate your information, please try again". I continue to try to log in causing my account to lock me out.

It's a great app with a few minor issues ( Razer phone 1 Android 8.1 and 9.0). Quick checking of your account without having to log in, finger print login, mobile deposit. My issues come in at the mobile deposit. Primarily the writing on the back of the check only shows after you have reached the end of the mobile deposit. Not sure why they went this route, as it will be denied every time unless you have this specific writing on the back of a check for mobile deposit.
