It's not possible to get emails for validation. I tried to change the email, and it is not working.

The App just becomes unusable on the first day of every month. The customer support does not have a single clue of how to solve this problem. Its really an annoying experience when i just want to view my balance an this damn "Não foi possível carregar seus dados." screen keeps showing.

I have to log in with document numbers, alphanumeric password AND sms security code every single time I want to check my balance, even if I just logged in 5 minutes ago, just because my phone has no fingerprint reader.
