App interface is very good and simple. Designated account manager use to call regularly and keep track of portfolio and give valuable advises.

Very unprofessional mutual fund customer care. They help u only if u are investing. If u want to sell they discourage u and if u persist they don't respond for any help

It's easy and very friendly plateform for mutual fund investment specialy for new invester. The fund they have selected in his fund list is less volatile and good return. I am using funds india since seven years and having no issue yet. So thanks to funds india team.

Lot of features missing. for example when i place an order for purchase of a fund, there is no way to find out the transaction history or status. we have to login to the computer to the website and then only it tells you. a lot more could be improved. for example to track external investments etc.

2023 review: I was trying to invest funds in existing MFs. Added those to basket but later it was difficult to get the link to go to basket. Pathetic layout. Layout looks okay but not user-friendly at all. 2022 Review: User interface of this app looks old and not smart. No information on total portfolio's annual growth. No information on the status of fund invested or transacted untill it get reflected in your account. Customer care is not very supportive when asked for call request.

Latest update in the app is not good, multiple issue I have noticed - 1. Overall portfolio %return not showing. 2. Individual fund's per day change not showing. 3. Most annoying - transaction history sort is not working my latest sip showing in between old transaction. Please take care this issue ASAP.

A decent and very simple app. Good for beginners not so much for experienced traders. The new options are good. The customer service is also very responsive and good. Advanced tools like value averaging investment plans are unique and great to the platform. But apart from these it is pretty basic

The interface is user friendly and smooth. But, why has no one complained about the absence of one key feature which is - showing the total invested amount and current amount in a single window. 03/06/22 Dear Team- - Overall returns percentage is missing after the latest update. Could you please fix this? 23/07/22 - Dear Team, Overall gain/loss percentage is still missing. This was present before. Kindly add this feature back. 04/03/23 - Overall return % is showing up now. Thanks a lot team.

Hi FundsIndia, People who are saying that session timeout issue still persist are right. It happens when you dont close the app but it runs in the background. When you open the app next time after a little long period. It will log You out and then you have to enter your password instead of pattern lock. Edit: The session logout problem is now fixed

I am using this app for more than 3 years. Earlier it was good. After updatation it became more complex and confusing for users. For few clarifications I had to connect with customer care. They help you which is great but I don't understand what and why they upgraded. Overall service and support team is good only concern is with this app.

Updated the app on Nov 12, 2020. Post updation App Icon disappeared from the mobile wall. However in google playlist it it is showing as installed and can access it from play list. I tried several time uninstalling and reinstalling it with hope that icon will be avaiable but it is not. Can you look into it, what the new bug is there in your updated application.

Cannot login when using mobile data. Always fails with "there was an error", while it works with WiFi. Have not seen this with any other app. Cannot check fund holdings before you purchase units on the app. Cannot check/modify bank details via the app. The UI is dated and clunky, and some processes are unnecessarily complicated even on the website. I use the platform because the fund advisor is pretty great, but the app/website has quite a way to go to be considered polished.

Unlike other broker apps, the user cannot cancel SIPs on his/her own. Everytime u need to cancel an SIP, it requires the user to contact the service providers by email, phone or in-website chat service to put forward the request. But it doesn't end there, the executives will try their best to persuade u, and in the process frustrate and waste time . Personally, each SIP cancellation required me to ask them a total of 3 times (all this while ignoring the advisor's pleas)tofinally grant my request

The app is has limited functionality compared to on website. You cannot add more to liquid Funds. The stocks section is slow and has limited features. However, whatever they have given works flawlessly. The UI is smooth and intuitive. As an enhancement I would suggest adding interactive pie charts rather than static ones right now. Also a way of classifying funds in my portfolio on various criterias as per my wish would be a good feature. Also please fix the "Session Timeout" issue which always asks me to reconfigure login pattern. And for time being, you can provide access to older version of app. It is very annoying.

Very Poor service, For small updates they are taking more than 1-2 year's to slove that still not solving, this is really bad service they are providing to the customer. I suggest you choose better one for investment, Don't waste time with this B.. dy App.

When i bought ELLS fund in app showing i have to keep it for 1 month minimum lock in period now i am unable to withdraw it and your customer care said i have to keep minimum 3 years lock in period , you are cheating.

Disappointed by the app, I bought a mutual fund of ₹1000 But when I withdrew it from my bank, I got only ₹ 1, they deducted my ₹ 999, I do not know why they did this 😭😭, I lost my 1000 ₹. They are scamming with us, please return my money or else I will complain in consumer court. They are scammers, don't install this app

Buggy login feautre :( It just logs you out if you try to login using an unstable internet and then it asks you for the username and password as if you just installed the app on your mobile. If you have complex password that you can't recall easily, its just a pain to use the app. Plz fix this forced logout bug that people are facing when using an unstable network and instead show the user friendly error message.
