Very impressed with this app. Such a wide category of offers in one place. Everything from food delivery, electronics, dining, kids entertainment venues, travel offers and more. Now I even save on my groceries and essentials.

Very disappointed, the old app was much better than this useless one. Also before there was very good offers now i cannot find good offers less and bad dining options and also for other partners. Before there was good offers on hotels.

It's nice that they made the voucher unlimited but most of the Restaurant that i used to go has been removed on the list.. Old version is still my first choice

Not worth it. No good offers. Most of the offers are removed with the update. And it doesn't detect location and suggest nearby offers.

V disappointed with new version. Keeps on hanging. List of resturants is awful. Yesterday i tried using it at fast food chain and it did'nt even worked 😡

They changed the rewards app to Travellerpass instead of Entertainer. Travellerpass is useless and the company is trying to make buisness since few years in the market but they couldn't.

Where are all my deals gone? In the new app most of the offers I had before are gone. Very dissapointing. I also find the interface less friendly.

Absolute horror. Earlier version was much much better. I dont know who gave gems idea to switch from entertainer to travel pass. Pathetic offers, useless interface.

The options that are offered with this updated gems rewards really disappointing, I can not find any dining option that I can use, the older version was much much better...please go back to the old version

With update, i am not able to login, moment it logged in, got a message *your account deactivated*. I dont know if the dinning options will change with login but what i see, all are fine dinning or having bad review or not very common food outlets. I suggest, GEMS reward app should suspend their service this year if they have not got anything to help community during pandemic instead of compelling them to use expensive outlets.

Before it was good and had so many vouchers like entertainer .. all favourite food outlets.. now it's usless very little places and no buy one get one free... Only 20-25% discount on total bill.. Disappointed in this app now..

Very disappointed with new and updated version. Entertainer was very good now not liking this travelpass. Most of the restaurants still shows last date 30 dec 2019 it has not changed. Earlier options for food and entertainment was many and good. Did not like this at all..

Many new dining options especially for Asian audience. The pricing for flights also looks competitive and gems points is an added benefit. Good that now my family members can get their own access, dont need to share my id and password with them. Overall good experience.

Disappointed..all merchants are mixed up. Abu Dhabi and Dubai , no location selection. Restaurants became much less than before and vouchers as well .. before I used to have 6 offers for each merchant then reduced to 3 and now 2 or one after the last update. So bad

The new app is absolutely useless...I'm going back to using smiles and botim deals. 1. User experience is not great 2.it is also very slow 3. Itis no longer location specific 5.all good food , leisure and retail deals are removed 7. Gems points is a good idea but deals are not that great

What was once a simple to use app with a good selection of offers, has now turned into a crappy harder to use app with absolutely PATHETIC offers. Their offers in this new app are just as pathetic as their schools and their management. Wish I coule give it zero stars as this is a complete waste and does not give us any benefit of using this app.

All good restaurants like Chilis, Nando's and many others are no more available. We don't want new look or improved interface. Purpose of this app is to provide some great deals to parents for weekends which are no more available. Extremely disappointed !!!!!!!

One thing that disturbs me is how you calculate "SAVINGS". Last time we used it, we saved 34 Dirhams at a restaurant (20% off). The app showed that we had saved 800 Dirhams right after it. We rarely use this app so it wasn't used recently to even get confused with something else. Kindly fix this so it doesn't falsely exaggerate the savings.

Dear Dev App looks great with new interface and works well. However, every time I close the application it logs me out automatically and asks for ID. Can this be fixed with biometric login (I'm sure no one will remember their 8 digit ID number). Whenever, we try to something from app keyboard gets disabled. ( Eg. Ordering from dominos it asks user to enter address of outlet and the keyboard gets disabled).
