Samsung S22 Ultra, the Android app still has a bug and won't load enough to even attempt to log in. Been this way since the get go. I hope my direct deposit from my previous card( just received my new one and tried updating the app as well as unistalling/ reinstalling and still the exact same result) thought surly after all this time it would have been fixed. Guess not. I'm on T-Mobile if that matters? Please fix it!!

Terrible. Wont let me transfer money to my bank account, but won't let me undo the automatic transfer every direct deposit. Takes the money out but them puts back in my account 3 days later. I've tried to disable but it won't let me. Many of my bills will not accept this card & must be paid with ACH, which require a bank acc# & routing#. Very frustrating. I tried going to the website but it's not working either. This is the worst debit card I've ever had. And I've had a few. The absolute worst!

App will not let me login with password or biometrics. The website is not working either. I have never had this issue before. UPDATE: the app keeps crashing. I cleared the cache and un-installed and re-installed. Still not working. I honestly have never had so many issues with the app until the recent months. This is starting to become ridiculous

The app won't let me log in. It just closes immediately after I've clicked it so I don't even have a chance to log in. I keep getting a message about the app having a "bug" and to update app after the "bug" is fixed. UPDATE: 4/10/24: well it worked for a short time (3 weeks) but it's back to immediately closing again. FIX IT!!!!

App closes the very second I try to open it. I've un-installed & re-installed, same result. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!! Fix this asap, please UPDATE: i just tried to redownload after keeping it off my phone for a few months, when i attempted to open it my phone notified me that the app has a bug & to wait for the developer to fix the issue. I'm done with this app for good

App won't open. Error comes up and says, "There is a bug. Try updating it after the developer updates the app." Haven't really ever had issues before. I'm forced to use this bank/ card for child support through the state, and it's very frustrating not being able to check if/ when and how much I get paid, how much I've spent, or complete other transaction. I've noticed many other complaints from the past few months. Please fix this and any other issues ASAP.

NEEDS AN UPDATE!! Won't open due to "App has a bug, won't open until developers fix and update App." This is the 2nd time this has happened. Not a single app update notification from the developers saying they are aware of the bugs and are trying to fix the problem(s). I've even uninstalled/reinstalle but it still says the same thing. So I no longer can use my card as I 'LOCKED' it in the app! I will wait for a new update. At this time it is not installed on my phone as it doesn't work properly.

I'm pretty sure this card and app are a SCAM. I was forced into an account by NYS. BUT you can not use the way2go app to sign into that account. It just goes straight to a blank screen. I've tried reporting my problem to them and they don't respond. As soon as I'm able, I will be pulling all funds and not interacting with this app anymore. Thanks for the less than mediocre app and terrible customer service.

No problems at all until it updated. Now it says I can't open it until I update. 😑 Update: Can't use now because it has a bug. It opens and immediately closes. Uninstalled and and reinstalled with no luck. Another update: It's only been 3 months since my last update and I'm having the same problem. Good thing the website doesn't seem to be as glitchy as the app.

UDATE: 3/8/24 Still crashing, website down too, if I wasn't forced to use this bank I'd left long ago. I used to be very pleased with this app until today when it crashes every time I try to use it. It states after it crashes " app no longer works due to it having a bug." I have cleared the cache as well as uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, but nothing works. Would appreciate you fixing this issue. Would have been nice if someone had reached out to those of us who reported the bug glitch.

This is the worst app I have ever used in terms of crashing/bugs/glitching. You can not log in at all, then the few times I can get it to log in, it IMMEDIATELY logs me out with a pop up message stating "you have been logged out for security due to 7 minutes of inactivity", but it's never even 7 minutes it happens the second I log in, then I'm back to fighting with it just to get it to let me log in again.

This is by far the worst app I have ever had to deal within my life! I tried to retrieve the plan documents and schedule of fees for the card since they didn't come with it in the mail and every time I click on the document, the app kicks me out! WTH?? I have Adobe which is required to read the document but it still won't work! I've tried on my phone, tablet and PC. This app is GARBAGE! Shame on the state of NV for selecting this trash!

Something is very clearly wrong with the app and the website; stating it has a "bug", won't let me log in...takes me back to the home log in page or some sort of agreement after getting through the password and then automatically changes everything from English to Español. I also don't believe I have been transferred my entire amount of money lately, which is why I was getting onto the app in the first place; unsure if related, but figured I'd point that out, also.

First, the app crashes on start-up. Then, it won't let me do anything and says "setver error." Then it tells me it doesn't recognize my card info. Then it says I somehow already have an account. So, I try account recovery options. It requires the card info to be put in, which it rejects. Endless disfunctional loop, just like the entire system is designed to be.

Works well, for the most part. I did have problems with it once, due to a bug the app had, but the problem was solved, and it works well again; for the most part. My wack wifi being stupid slow is what causes it to delay a bit, at times, but it works well, for... I'm just kidding. Just have a well serviced wifi, and you should be good to go. 👍🏼

App crashes A LOT and tells you to go to the website. The website also gives me problems because it will say invalid password or account not found! It has become a very frustrating app to deal with! I wish they would do a major upgrade 🤞🙂↔️ I set up for notifications and IT NEVER WORKS!!! ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND ANNOYING!!!!! It would be nice to have the notifications actually work so you don't have to deal with the app as much!!!! Please fix these issues! Pennsylvania has money to fix this!!

I think if enough of us that are forced to use the card by state will complain, then they will look into a different company like they did years ago! Doesn't work half of the time. The app is unavailable a lot lately and system goes down so card declines when you have $200++ on the card smh. Can't screen shot for your records. Doesn't show balance after each transaction as normal statements. Just transaction and total amount at the top. I would NOT be with this company if I had a choice!!!

The app and the bank itself are ridiculously useless. The app hardly lets you log in. It's been 3 days now, and I still can't get into my account. There's no way to contact anyone for them to fix it. It also doesn't show you your balance after each transaction like a normal bank app. The bank claims to have free ATMs, yet every single one I went to charges $3.50 for withdrawals, even when you try to get cash back at the register. The card won't allow you to use it on a lot of websites.

When it works, it's good, not great tho. I check my balance several times a day to see what I've spent, I need to be able to rely on seeing my balance ! Always says SORRY SOMETHING WENT WRONG, Everytime I log in, regardless of whether using password or biometrics. Not sure there's an actual customer service department for anything other than FRAUD, since I can't ever get past a recording. ( Android user)

It's OK, but the notifications could be a lot better. After at least 2 years of trying to get my notifications through my text or email and getting nowhere, I'm finally getting them. Although my preferred method is text, I guess an email 2 days late is better than me having to check the app 3-5 times a week... Edit: the app hasn't worked properly in about a week. As soon as I tap the app logo, it opens and closes just as fast saying it's not working because of a bug.
