it's OK, app is clunky and very expensive, gone from 3.99 to now 9.99 and can never work out how it takes it or when.

It's an amazing app. I personally love it, but the issue is customer service.. It's hard to get, and I've been waiting on my new card for over a week now, and it says it's delivered, but it's not. Also, it won't let me use my old card until it actually arrives, so I can't pay off stuff like my Spotify subscriptions..

The amount of time it takes for money from my account to clear in the parent account is atrocious because you can only have one bank card attached to the account and the other parent, aka ME, can only send it directly from my bank as a direct debit which can take 24hrs while the parent who has the card attached can transfer money to the child account instantly. Absolutely useless. What good is that when the parents are separated.

Really happy so far with this app! Paying my kids has become much easier and i especially love the paid tasks feature. The learning videos are a big plus too!

Up until recently I would highly recommend the app but recently I don't get any notifications. The monthly fee is not worth the money if not all features are available. I have cona Ted GoHenry twice without any response.

Sadly I can't open the account because I need to verify my identification. A copy of your UK passport, I don't have. I used a different passport but my kids has a UK passport. A copy of your full UK driving licence but I don't have driver license, because I don't drive. A copy of a bank statement, that I only I have. And council tax bill or utility bill from the past 3 months, but my husband paying all the bills and is all his name.

It's great to give kids freedom to manage their own money. However the app opens really slow, so it takes ages to tick something of their chores lists. Waiting for the app to open is a chore itself.

This is an awesome app. Love how my son was able to pick out his design and add a note on the front of his card and the allowance part is amazing. It let's you set the days for specific chores & how much they will make for doing said chores & when your child completes them, you can mark it off and it will add that set amount to their card. Glad I came across this gohenry app. Great teaching tool

Was Free.. now just short of £50 yearly (£3.99 PCM) charged my account for top up for membership (that I never knew existed) Will be looking for a alternative. Support just cuts you off if you manage to bypass the bots I will be charging to starling kite which is Free (I already have Starling account) Note the reply is inaccurate. Originally it was Free

Absolutely amazing app I use this app alot as a kid and honestly best thing I got helped me realise the value of money and it's a fun interactive way for kids to earn money and points on the game to go towards aming for money. I highly recommend this app. 5 star from me.

Absolutely ridiculous. I am going to close the account. Every time I transfer money I or my child's account he never has the full balance to spend it always seems to deduct money. So my child does not have the full amount and I also pay monthly for the card subscription so I have no idea where this money is going. I have tried to make contact with go Henry but I have not heard anything back from them.. I plan on closing the account. It's definitely not worth it. Just use a normal account.

This app sucks. Tried to sign my daughters up. Can't get logged in from a web browser. I can log in from the app but I can't view my membership or add money. When I make either selection, it takes me back to the sign in page but then when I type in my email address, nothing happens. I was really looking forward to this app but won't use it if I can't use it.

I highly recommend this app to parents looking to help their children learn to manage money and teach them how to handle to-do lists and tasks. I have never been stickler for having my kids do chores. Being a single dad though I needed some help with a lesson involved. This app was the answer to my problems. They can see the reward, they can control their own account, they now come to me to help with things like never before. 5*

It's pretty user friendly but needs some more work to make it more simple. I was on the road, while working, and trying to increase the weekly limit my child is to receive tondeposit more money that he could spend and it took me a few moments to find exactly where to do this from it wasn't easy also while driving. Simplicity would be appreciated for those that like to be hands free or about 99% hands free.

Have been using this about a year or so for our oldest child and it's been great. Never had any issues with the app, bank or card. BUT We recently added our younger child to the account, so I started adding tasks for her without realizing they were also being added to our older child's tasks. There is no way that I can find to delete or even edit tasks. It's completely frustrating.

I recently received an email from GoHenry, stating that the monthly fee will go up to $9.98 in December (up from $3.99). The justification for the increase was "Added features". Well, I think your users should have the option to choose whether or not they have a need for these features. There should be different packages to choose from. For example Basic, vs Premium/upgraded. I now need to find other options outside of GoHenry.

I really want to like this app, but it's missing a major feature that several other people also mentioned in their reviews....you can't schedule chores on specific days of the week!? The app does say this function is "coming soon", but the last update was in August soooo what's the hold up? Other than that I really like it. It works well and looks great... But without daily tasks the chores function is pretty much useless. Once that's added it'll be 5 stars

App is a cool concept and I was super excited to use it. Before ordering a card and everything I read online and the in the app itself that you could add money using a bank account. When I contacted support they told me no, you can not add money with a bank account and they asked me where I found this misinformation she just said that she's sorry I was misinformed and that it's not or never has been an option, which is a flat out LIE because I have multiple friends with the app that can

This app is good. But not as good as it could be. They have very slow updates on the app but the spend notifications rapidly go to your phone so its very weird that you have to open the app a few times in order to even see that you made transactions or added more money into the account. Sort of annoying but I'm sure thats easily fixable on their end.

This app is great! It's easy for both me and my child to use, and being able to customize the card was such an awesome feature! I have one suggestion that would be great to possibly see in future updates: if there was a way to possibly add funds besides the parent accounts. I recently had an issue with the accounts that I usually add funds with. If I could've used an outside source to add money to the card (an atm, a banking center, etc) it would've been a tremendous help.
