My first order was succesful, but after it my application isn't working anymore with my phone. It keeps closing, or after re-opening the app the screen turns black and exits on it's own. I've already cleared th data, etc., uninstall and re-install, download new app but it's just the same. Hope you can answer my concern & take actions immediately.

On your first order need to buy a minimum 500.but for me i tested to buy load and i cashin 100 pesos as per agent need to buy atlist 100peso.but Buying load is not easy for this app keep on closing and ending up your 100 peso cashin stuck! POOR APP FOR ME IS A SCAM

Convenient and reliable. This apps is a big help for me. THANK YOU SO MUCH.. will you please update the suki book on how we will edit the details and delete their old cellphone numbers as they always has a new one.. Thanks again.

terrible. i used to sign up and deleted it after. they keep sending me a message using different numbers and telling me to finish my account set up.

App always crashing.imagine it takes time to choose items and suddenly the app closes. Also, even the order was already placed, some stocks are out of stock when they packed.

This app is good it work wonderful, but it suddenly after a few days of use, when I clicked the order icon it would send me to the home screen of my phone or it just plain crash.

Hello, not a concern but a suggestion, if u could add a feature on the "load" tab where we can just go through our phonebook and select the number that we'd like to send load to instead of manually typing it would be a great help for us users, especially to those who's using your app to sell eload :)

Rude delivery persons. Customer support spam you with calls and text. And there's no delete or deactivate account tab anywhere. Please improve your service!

This app sucks. Time consuming. After 1 order and i cant open the app anymore. It says they will send otp in 5mins but otp was sent.

The app and the agent insisted that the Gcash Cash In was successful even though it was not. It showed 'failed' on ky first attempt but according to "their" records it went through. I made a screenshot with the filter on showing the transactions as proof, ayaw yata nilang maniwala. Yes it was 150 pesos only, but still pera yun. Buti kung sa GCash na lang talaga ako nag transact, wala pang ganito. THIS APP IS NOT RELIABLE.

When I'm going to set up my account and there's an otp I always put the otp that growsari sends on me, then when I confirm it always says that, ooops, something went wrong!

The customer service is poor, you will not receive update or reply to your complaints. Like my load that was not received by a customer and still marked as "processing " on their app. Ask for a refund but will just waste your time in doing follow up and wait for nothing .

I use this app quietly. But now I update the app since thy require to update .. But what happen? While I scroll in my order it seem to block the screen and quickly to turn my screen into my home screen.., can you please fix this kind of issue..

Could've been a great grocery app, however, it has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - you can't count on them when you have issues with your orders. They also don't follow the timeframe they provided for updates, well no, THEY DON'T GIVE UPDATES. 🥴 Have to report this to DTI!

Editing my review: I had the worst experience at the beginning but after 6 months of ordering and using enegosyo (loading mostly) I finally got Elista. Best advice do not expect to get it quickly. Do not cancel order. Make sure you order regularly, and to always communicate issues to their customer service or via app ticketing. Thanks Growsari.
