App is great and easy to use. Their plans to use their service is well priced. Also helps that you can set your workout for whatever intensity you're looking for, and slowly work yourself up to doing higher intensities. You can also design your own workouts in case you don't like some of the ones they add in their presets. Great app overall, and great fit for people looking for a workout app that can be easily done at home.

I really like how you can customize the workouts, and the workouts are definitely challenging enough. I wish it would show you how to do the exercises a little more slowly so you can get the movement down before you are trying to do it for real, but if it's something weird that I don't have the coordination to do at that pace, I just do whatever the basic version of the exercise is. I would also like to see a chromecast option on this app like there is on the yoga app.

HIIT Yoga Fusion is the best! I tend to overwhelm myself with workout ideas and end up not doing any of them... I needed a simple app with enough variety to keep me interested but not distracted. I have had this app since May and it is everything I wanted and more. My 5 minute workouts are now 30 minutes and I enjoy them! I know Down Dog is not responsibile for this miracle, but I think it helped.

This app is incredible! Along with all of the other Down Dog apps. It is so easy to use and I love that you don't have to browse for a class you want to do. Simply select what type of workout, body parts you want to focus on, and the duration and boom you've got a great workout! The ability to adjust the amount of instructions given by the instructor and music etc is an awesome bonus!

Great daily workout. I like that you can set levels for each body part - my legs are definitely stronger than my core. However, at times I question if this is really HIIT. Some of the exercises get my heart rate up, but some don't - and the point of HIIT is to get a very high heart rate in the moments of exercise while reducing it during the breaks. It's very customizable though so I might just need to make some adjustments.

I have tried alot of generalized workout routine apps before and this is without a doubt the most enjoyable to use. The verbal coaching and technique explanations alone make this better than most. The interface is very easy to use as well: can easily change the type and intensity of workout with just a few simple clicks. My only trivial nit pick is that I wish there was rock music added to their choices.

this is an excellent app for the most part, but sometimes there are unnecessarily complicated exercises. the nice thing about this app is the variation in each workout! but occasionally there are exercises that would take longer than 10 seconds to learn, so I end up wasting time watching the video rather than actually doing the workout. simpler exercises or more voice explanation would be helpful.

Tried this app out since it was temporarily free and all the gyms are closed. Wasn't really expecting to get much out of it but I actually enjoyed it more than doing HIIT at my gym. My favorite feature is being able to select a genre of music and then being able to skip songs within that genre that I don't care for or maybe just don't fit with the current rhythym of the workout. On top of that, I like that during each break they start to show you the next move so you're ready to go immediately.

I like the variety of workouts and how there are no frills to the app. Adding Chromecast was great too! However, because a lot of the moves are new to me, there's something I'd like you to add. After a workout, I'd like to see a list of movements that were involved. If I press on one, I'd like to get written or verbal instruction about proper technique. For stuff like high knees and jumping jacks that's obviously not needed, but it would be especially useful for ones that emphasize balance.

This is a great app for HITT workouts from beginner to advanced. 👍 It has you sweating the whole time. The best part is you can customize the total, intervals, and rest times for each exercise. You can also customize the levels per body part. Also, during aerobic setting, you complete a variety of exercises in your set so if you hated 1 you only have to see it once!

This is really cool. The exercises and variety of moves are great and the UI is simple. BUT you can't vary resting or moving times. So when you do a core focused workout, you're going to get really burnt out because the rest times can't be varied. Also, the moves never repeat. All said, I really love the idea of this app and it's well on its way to being awesome, just not quite there yet.

Wow! Great first experience! Context: I'm a guy who works out a lot. I have a home gym, membership to high-end gyms with paid-for coaches and therapy staff, and have been a part of a workout regime for over 12 years focusing on whole body fitness. I used this app for the first time today and will be testing it for the remainder of the free trial, but if the rest of the app is anything like today, I will happily pay for the annual membership. Very customizable with unique movements. Top shelf!

I absolutely love this app! I am also a fan of the somewhat unpopular update to the app. I love that I can now select a much more focused and individualized workout session. For instance, I usually have to make my workouts quiet because I workout in the morning before the rest of the house is awake. I now have the option to make my workout completely jumping free. This is also super for someone like me who just doesn't always have it in my to jump but still wants a super workout. Great job!

overall great workouts. there's so many options and combinations that it's easy to stay engaged during each workout and over a long period of time. sometimes the exercises won't quite match up with the chosen "theme" of the workout, particularly during cooldown - such as a heavy abs workout that ends in stretches for the quads even though they weren't used. however, the music is good, the instructor voices are friendly, and the exercises feel like accomplishments! Great deal.

I love this app so much but I really wish they'd add reminders. I struggle with remembering things sometimes and it's helpful to get reminders on my phone for things I intend to do on a regular basis. Example: I have Duolingo setup to remind me to practice my language learning every morning so that I don't forget (even if I get busy!). I hope that Down Dog will integrate this soon... that would make it a perfect app IMO.

Great app that lets you do workouts where you know what you want to workout, but not sure which exercises to do. It will put a workout routine together for you in about 20 seconds and you can pick how long you want it to be and add in warm ups and cool downs if you want. The only thing it doesn't do which I wish it did was account for injuries you may have so you can avoid certain exercises. I have to come up with my own modifiers sometimes. Highly recommend this app though!!!

I am impressed with Down Dog's ability to create challenging workouts. The interface is easy to use, & I love how versatile the options are. In addition, I am thrilled that my sign-in information for the Yoga app transfers to this one. If I want to go to one of my favorite yoga practices from Workout, I can click on what I saved and it will invite me to move over to the yoga app. Update: I still love the app, but a few exercises do not switch sides; I go back and work the other side & move on.

rarely leave reviews but I have been raving about this app to friends so might as well give them credit. can choose: length of work out, level of difficulty (can choose different levels for different parts of body), work with equipment or not, modifications if needed, and so many more customizable options! I can work out without thinking about it, on my time, and with great variety.

This whole suite of apps is fantastic! I love how customizable it is with workout times, intensities, and boosts. It's great for when I can only get a 10 minute workout in (also great for longer workouts, but ya know, keeps the excuses to a minimum) , and the variety keeps me from getting stuck in a rut. I also use the yoga app and it is well worth the money!

Good, but not as beginner-friendly as their yoga app. I'm a total beginner with somewhat limited mobility and while I enjoy the app, I wish there was an option for more explanation on how to do the exercises. Even with the setting "Explanation - Full" you just get the exercise name, timing, and encouragement, but not guidance on how to do the exercise, and I feel I don't get the most out of my workout as I'm watching the video for a few seconds trying to figure out the move.
