Game is great but the ads are terrible. I thought this was a family friendly game?? Pls change ur ads if u don't want to remove them

If I could give a 0 I would !! i purchased a gold pass for an Easter challenge 9.99 plaid for a bit and closed out the game. When I went back into the game all my progress in the challenge was reset and no record of my purchase. I contacted the game heard nothing for 2 days then was promised gems to make up for the loss which I never received

I absolutely love this game however, I don't understand when it starts to get rushed why it doesn't sense my taps but when everything is normal it does which in the end makes me lose

This was a decent time waster game. Now there's an ad after every single level. I agree with some of the other reviews, the coin levels are almost impossible to beat unless you use diamonds, you do not get enough coins while playing through the levels to be able to upgrade everything.

It is a great game wh9ch I had played so far in my mobile phone I was looking for the hotel management games and this would be my best hotel management games ever thank you for this great games the games which I would have looking for before the other games reviews of the audience will be the worst and I was tires in searching of hotel management games and this would be my best game game ever I played I am already in the 18th level this gave me a good and fantastic experience ...thank you ☺️🙏

It's fun to play hotel madness. They give guides to beginners and this game is actually the best and it's so easy. So far, l haven't seen any faults. Love the game soooooo much

Its a great game but when you get to level 50 and over, the second location it starts laging and sometimes gliches. Its a really good game but just for that i think it gets 3 stars. I hope the creators of this game see this !

Good idea, but SO MANY ADS! I opened the app, and before seeing the game, I was served an unskippable ad. At this point, I'm playing the ads more than the game!

The game is lovely but the problem I have with the game is that when you turn on bundles the game will never play it self when you turn off the mobile bundles so it could play but you have to wait till tomorrow so that u could play please 🥺🥺 fix the app or I might uninstall it out of rage

U have to keep paying real money on low gems high prices only to go 2 or 3 levels, price gouging, worthless game.

I am on Sakura level 12. How are you supposed to pass this level if the guests are requesting 3 drinks at a time and two hamburgers at the same time. And making them are extremely slow. And you only can make two items at a time? By the time you finish one item the guests are upset 😡 and does not want it. The hands only hold two items. Why can't they hold three or four items given people a chance to pass the level 🤔? I really enjoy playing this game but this level is very difficult to play.

Was really enjoying the game and the animation until it made it impossible for you to get past a certain level because you don't get enough guests and all your helpful boosters are conveniently out of play. I won't pay to play and so managed to get halfway through to the third hotel but now it's game over for me because can't progress. Real shame that I'll now be deleting this game.

Changing my review from a 4 to a 3. Played 105 levels (thanks for a lot of levels) and my complaint is mainly on the money earning levels. It is impossible to pass a level without using a bunch of boosters (if you so happen to have them) or paying a bunch of money. The game should account for how much money is needed to play a level perfectly and still earn enough money to complete a level without having every upgrade upgraded. Not cool.
