Unresponsive support. Have lost progress a few times and the support doesn't respond to anything. Ads have a tendency to freeze the game and not pay out

I'm playing this under another app to earn $. I just started but, so far, so good. The animations are cute & whimsical. Also, the background music is upbeat & fun, but not in an aggressive way.

Game's good, I'm enjoying it so much. I can run the game while I'm working. Tho the bug that happened awhile ago makes me so furious, it's so frustrating, the slow response from customer support makes the experience terrible. I've already reached out thru the "Contact Us" option inside the app and provided about what happened and the other details needed. I hope you take actions, and improve the game to lessen bug issues like this one. (Will update review once you fix the issue.)

Even if you have internet or you don't, you can quickly enjoy some of this nice and simple game anytime. Me and my wife are playing it daily for almost 1 year now. Long player tip, pay for the no ads version, it is a major difference.

The first level took so long to complete. I was tempted to uninstall but I pushed through it. After that, the levels were better balanced and fun. Unfortunately the endless mode levels near the end take far too long to upgrade. I can upgrade everything and leave it for days and barely make any progress. Uninstalled.

It's an amazing game to play with online and offline which is so cool, But the thing about the ads pack is so expensive can you make it like 2$ or less like any other game so everybody can get it and enjoy the game.

Ads are way too long, sometimes an entire minute with no skip, that's insane. And on a regular basis the game freezes after watching an ad so you get no reward until you restart the game ends watch another. I'd give 5 stars if it wasn't for the ads. Just went to get a reward and it failed, no way to recover it. Tried contacting them to report a bug, no reply. Takes far too long to level up at the higher levels, Uninstalling as they obvious dislike their users.

Game is good to play. Found bug in one particular flow in Income add video for 5 min. Based on the scenario 2× income for 5 min. But when we tap on option and kept mobile idle for certain time. Then complete video. You will get that much time 2× income For example. If I kept mobile idle for 20 minutes. After completing video. I will get 20 minutes 2× income for one video.

I really love this game but.... I think you should add something where you can put the items you don't want to salvage away. I've accidentally salvaged things I didn't want to so many times. I love this game though. Haha

Love this game, the best idle game I've found so far! Ads aren't forced on you randomly, love the animations, would love to see more like this. Great job! ****Edit**** have dropped the stars, getting really annoyed with ads crashing the game and not getting the reward for having watched them.

Would be 5 stars, but unfortunately too many of your advertisements actually freeze the app forcing you to close and restart often. And just because you typically blame the user first, your app is the only one that does this. Sort it out.

(UPDATED) I still KIND OF enjoy the game.. The newest update made it possible to keep playing but you're playing levels you've already passed early on. The ONLY thing I didn't like with this update was the ad's are 49-59 seconds then another 10 seconds before you can hit the exit button. That's just ridiculous. I didn't complain about the 15-25 second ad's or the Walmart advertisement but it made me stop playing after a couple ad's.

The game is very good and all and it doesn't have forced ads which I completely respect but it has two very annoying things 1. When you exit the game it doesn't fully close it freezes in the RAM but when it freezes in the ram it doesn't count your idle money that you have been making and just continuous from where you left it you need to force close it to get idle money 2. Please for the love of god, make an option to choose the normal money counting system(1000->1K, 1 000 000->1m, and so on)

Uninstalled after level 1. It's basically the same options level to level, but the difficulty and number of options increase with each level. Level 1 you have 1 stand and one helper, the next level you can have up to 4 helpers and multiple stands. What I didn't like was that you can't take money earned from previous levels to the levels that follow it. So you basically mine and grind to earn cash for nothing. I earned an extra 4.79a from level 1 and none of it transferred over to level 2.

This was a fun game until I got to "Endless Mode." You gain one gem for each station at level 10, but no more after that, and I'm at a point where it takes 1000 gems to upgrade anything. Also in Endless Mode, the numbers have been tanked so that I can't get anything done. What used to take me a day now takes 3 days, and I have speed upgrades. And the ads are now over a minute long (a minute for the ad, 12-15 more seconds for the "touch here" screen and another 3-5 seconds for the title screen)

This is a pretty fun game! Simply update and manage dishes and drinks. Two things I'm not a fan of 1:to be able to see the "tips" more on tables with 4 customers. I can only tell there's one if it's sparkling. 2:I don't like the fact that some of the upgrades are doing risky, underhanded things, like "spread nasty rumors* or ”steal a chef".

Game is easy to play. Good time-killer. Can be a little addictive too but also repetitive. These days there's a bug with ada. The app freezes after watching an ad. That means you have to rewatch ads to get the same benefits which means 2x the ads just for the 1x of benefits. It's annoying.
