The premise behind this is solid. I REALLY wanted to rate this game higher, but the ad system requirements are so broken, I can't justify keeping it installed. If the ads are deep enough into the requirements that using a blocker like AdAway makes >50% of the game say "unavailable" to where you can't even spend in game money on managers, it's not a game worth having.

This is such a fun game. Honestly I downloaded it at first to see if it was making fun of people with mental illness- this is not the case! It's a very cute game, very easy, lots of opportunities to make more money with ads, but not over bearing on having ads pop up unannounced like most games are these days. I'd say it happens once every 5-10 minutes maybe, and they last about 5 seconds before you can close out. Overall good game!

Would actually be a half decent game if the ads weren't so frequent, disruptive, or at least had a removal option that wasn't $10, which is one of the LEAST expensive in-game purchases available. It's actually an neat and engaging little game but I would only pay a $1 at most to remove ads (seemingly the standard for other free mobile games?) and the only option available is 10x that amount! It's just a shame really, I want to enjoy the game as a silly free mobile game, but it is not worth $10.

It's ok at best. If you're building something that takes an hour, you can't leave the game and come back to a finished product. You have to stay online the whole hour. Skipping the time is ridiculously expensive, and the game gives false notifications. I got one saying my building was complete, only for me to get on and it still have 50 minutes left. It's just a mid tier game that needs work

It's OK. Not being able to scroll through rooms or facilities is super frustrating and annoying. Makes it super hard to update or be efficient at all. Could be a ton better if you didn't need to click each room individually. Gets buggy the farther along you get. Hospital 4 is a mess. Janitors get stuck, chefs arent working right. Everyone is dead when you try and switch between hospitals to try and complete prior levels. This game needs some very serious debugging.

I love idle and tycoon games and I've spent a lot of time on this one but I gotta say, it's probably one of the more annoying ones. You can't make money because everything keeps getting destroyed over and over again, you're constantly in the red unless you watch ads to x2 your earnings so you get to choose to either pay for no ads for $15 or waste your time on cringey ads. It's frustrating, not well executed, and doesn't give any rewards, just takes and takes. At least it's cute I guess

I love the game and all, but I saw 3 problems, it's harder to upgrade objects in different hospitals, it like it should stay the same price for a level 2 bed throughout the game. The builders also take way more time to build something that used to take them only like 10 seconds to make. You should stick to the same build time. Then lastly, we only get 1 special patient in the first half of the game. What is the deal with that. For I while I'd be crossing my fingers when new patients came in.

I enjoyed the beginning it's set up great, but there isn't enough actual game. I have so much money and have maxed everything out,but what's left? There's quest for diamonds and potential skins but this would be more fun if there were more areas to upgrade, more content in general, or even for money a choice to change the look of stuff (kawaii, minimalist, ect...) Please update with more content. Maybe I want to enjoy it, but once you finish that wall, there's really nothing to do but uninstall.

In the highland hospital, there is a glitch that keeps occurring with the meals. Despite having the cooks, equipment, etc, all maxed out both in the kitchen and dining room and the portions on max, the number of meals does not match the number of patients. 20 patients but only 4 meals, for example. I have to reboot the game basically, and even that does not fix it every time. Otherwise, it's an awesome game.

I've played the prison version and liked it. This could have easily gotten 5 stars but the ad watching is bugged. Sometimes I can get the reward or timer the first ad. But most of the time, I'm having to watch 3-5 just to get the reward. It's annoying. Yeah I could pay $10 for no ads but honestly, I'm worried it won't work cause of the bugs that are already presenting. Will continue to update this rating as I continue plating. Please fix this ad bug!

I love resource management games, and this one is fun. The ads aren't overly intrusive like other resource management games, which I appreciate. The ad removal is a tad expensive, but was worth it if you want to move quickly. The main critique that I have is that when you're doing construction, it doesn't keep going when the app is closed, which is annoying and inconvenient. If they fixed this bug, it definitely would improve the game quite a bit.

This is a super cute game, but that being said, it has a ridiculous amount of ads and purchasable things are waaaay too expensive. Apps should be like garage sale items: a dollar here... couple bucks there... because it's way too easy to just say "nah" and move on to a cheaper sale. Like, I could pay $40 to be successful in this game and not deal with constant frustration, or I can just play something else. Ads are mandatory to progress in this game, and that's unacceptable to me.

I wish you could go back to old hospitals. I didn't realize moving on would make me unable to go back. Offline limit is low and hard to raise. It's hard to increase health. It's buggy. You can't get offline cash while you're off Internet, which is ironic. Ads aren't intrusive but still annoying. Things break without telling you, so all of a sudden something's missing, usually important and expensive to replace. I have to uninstall. Fun idea though.

I wanted to enjoy it more but after playing for two hours and getting far. I closed it out to have dinner and then reopened it to nothing saved so I wasted my time. Uninstalling because I'm not going through the long tutorial again. Seems cute though if I was able to continue with what I had achieved and built in game.

Super fun game with minor bugs that you can work around but can be annoying at times. Doesn't require you to pay for anything! The timers for the buildings sometimes just stop going down if you exit the app. But only sometimes and often when you build more than one thing at a time. Truly a fun game and great time passer though!

For the most part, it's a fun game. Little to no ads and a good system in theory. However, the fact that I can have all the needs met and have everyone in the green, and still all my things keep getting destroyed and I have to re-buy them. All the money I make on offline time goes towards repairing things so it's hard to make actual progress. You can buy managers to stop patients from breaking things but the prices are way too expensive.

Game could be so good but the ads are crazy! You have to watch ads to realistically get anywhere fast in the game...honestly I could deal with that. I can't deal with the ads playing regardless every two minutes for no rewards. That just sucks and takes away for game play. So I only recommend this if you want to spend 10 dollars to buy the game.
