When Topping-up and press "choose contact number", it automatically make the section expired. It's a way too inconvenient. Pointless button.

This is useful app but i have a problem after sign out this morning. This app can never back to home screen like other apps. So i just press home button to exit this app. Before this time, every exit with home key is ok, I mean that app is locked when i use it back immediately. But current problem i am facing is app is not lock after exit by pressing home screen.It is not lock when i use back immediately. So i feel that it is unsecure if I forgot to clear recent app.This app open forever.

The worst apps in Myanmar bank apps. Don't know what's the point of Add beneficiary. A lot of unnecessary things and to make one transaction it takes an hour to complete. If I compare this apps with sloth 🦥, the sloth will win for sure

Terrible experience with this version. I am using Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and this app doesn't work on my phone. It keeps stopping continuously. U guys should fix this as soon as possible.

You guys are so lazy huh? There are numerous report to you about app keeps crashing on Android 13. Just fix it already... Even if you guys fix the error this time for Android 13 devices, I'm pretty sure this error will continue if your Dev lazing around even though Google lauch new software update in the future.

Our money in this bank is not secure any more. But no one can withdraw their own money except bank staff and general's relationships. Among the banks in Myanmar KBZ is worst of the worst during this crisis. You don't even refill the money in all ATM. No one want to accept the online payment from your bank now. So your mobile banking system is also almost useless because apart from checking balance, it can do nothing.

I can't install this updated app at all, and couldn't use the fomer app any more (when I open app, update is shown so I can do nothing at all). What were the problems with these? This app is a must for me. Plz show me the way to solve it. Ph version is low for this updated app? My ph version is 5.0.1. RSVP.

Can't even Login. Still showing 'Unsecured connection' whatever I do. The staff at bank don't take responsibility for this and they are telling me like that is my device's fault. Lol it is on Android 9 with latest update. And they told me to use with other phone. Why should I have to buy another phone to use this? What if the app still doesn't work on new device?? So bad. Hire new Developers :)

Update or not should depend on the customer's choice. Now, we have to update the app or we can not enter into the app. You ever don't pay attention to the customer's will even changing our password. It is not good for me. Thanks for giving opportunity for providing feedback like this.

After updating app, transaction password is locked although I didn't do any mistake. Why can't I use app old version without update. It keeps showing "update ur app". But after update and when logged in with otp, it showed transaction password is locked. So dissapointed. 👎

All good, but I have an issue with the latest update. I am using Mi 5 plus and the app crash as soon as I started open. I can install and use other apps but this one. There is no app crash like this on my phone. I have many free space left if you think I don't have enought space on my phone. Please fix or give me some advice to fix this. Thanks. I would give 5 stars for the former app.

I don't know who is responsible for the development of this app, but it sucks!!! The developer do not think from the user's point of view. The experience is terrible and has many flaws. As of today, 24/9/20, I can't use my finger print to login (biometric login)and the worse, I can't even register my fingerprint again. Also when I try to register Auto OTP, it returns error for no reason. Terrible app. You guys should learn other banks apps to experience their service.

I really want to ask you that the developers really wish us to read the terms and conditions of KBZ Mobile banking because when you enter into the terms and conditions page, it's really difficult to read the words ( because the font size is so tiny and can't compactible with the mobile screen) and even you can't zoom in easily. Hope you might know and fix it.

Overall experience is good. However, I noticed that the app does not take a screenshot automatically or give you a preview of the receipt when you make transaction. Other bank's apps do that. It's very annoying because once you confirmed the transaction, the app take you to a different page and you miss your window opportunity to take screenshot. Also there's the issue with the OTP, if you choose to use it, it doesn't work at all and locks your account for some unknown reason.
