The application after last update get worst. I tried to open it many times it didn't work. I hope from developers when they update the application try it before install it for clients.

I used to have the same problem you're complaining about _ an error each time I need to log in but couldn't. I uninstalled the app twice and downloaded it again and again but with the same problem till I was advised to edit the setting of time and date and make it automatic and it finally works.

Would you please solve the problem of the notification on the top pannel after each transfer. Once we click on the notification it shows white blank page. Would you please solve this issue ASAP.

What it's used to be is nothing compared to now. From problems in logging in, unexpected exitting, and continuon lagging to very slow. Almost all application users aren't satisfied with this, and are planning to leave starting with me.

Profile Image is not saving in the cloud , and I can't open kurimi app while using any VPN APP .

Small, simple and elegant user-friendly interface, fast access to most relevant services at your fingertips, but I am afraid of updating due to the errors many user reported after update.

There is a problem in the fingerprint... I couldn't sign in by my fingerprint. When I activate it, it works only for the first time of signing in then it needs to be activated again. Hope to fix this problem

If there is less than one star I will given it for this useless app, the biggest uses of this app is to see how much I have in my account. I'm far away from the city and for two days left I trying to charge Yemen mobile SIM but I can't. If some very big problems occur like this, you can alarm us by sms messages, of course that's if you care about yours Customers.

The latest update of the Kuraimi Jawal made the application hinder the speed signal of the Internet download. When the program is opened, the speed of the Internet signal drops down to 0.00 KB/s and sometimes reaches 1.0 KB/S, as if it needs a VPN program. Although we used VPN, the issue remains!!!. Please solve this technical issue as soon as possible.

Really sad. Each day and each update the service is just getting worse. The app is taking so long to complete basic functions just like the long lines waiting at service points. Some transactions have no SMS notifications. Congrarts for the bad XP.

Only one star because there is no option for Zero star. Until you solve the problem that triggers 5011 and 5035 undescriptive and ugly error messages (randomly one of them pops up) whenever I try to log into my account. This is VERY inconvenient and extremely irritating. Please do a professional job and remove the bugs or find a fix as soon as possible. My business workflow is suffering from this. Edit: Even when I press Service points button, it throws the same *s h i t t y* error message.😠

Very bad application! It is full of bugs. It doesn't complete a simple transaction smoothly; it always requires very long time. Besides, some antivirus applications classify it as harmful / malware. I don't know the reason, but it doesnt seem to be safe.

I have three points as below - Splash screen is nice. but it's preferable if I clicked on then disappeared. - Adding a hide button with waiting image. since no way to continue working on app except terminate the app. - A way save my customers accounts... finally, it's so perfect.. Thanks,

The app got stock and I did not get ayway with. I contacted Alkuraimi bank customer services but they never cared for me. I called and contacted them via Whatsapp. They never paid any attention to me.

This app is working effeciently. It is a handy tool and lightwieght app wich would use a minimum amout of mobile internet data. It makes life easier.... Akram G Saeed Turning off the VPN in order to use the app is not a good option.

This application is very helpful with the multiple features that it provides but payment of fees could be a problem.. I've been trying to pay Yemen 4g net fees for almost 2 weeks and the application refuses each time. I really wish you to fix this. Thank you

I have been using this application for almost 3 years and it was working properly, however recntly it started geting slower and slower even with a very good internet connection, it is frustrating to spend more than 30 mintues to complete a simple exchange foreexampl, please work on improving this app
