Overall, the app is great. Its accounting system is perfect, easy to manage and the app is easy to navigate. No need to spend dollars for business to make a website. But i hope the developers would add a feature where I can put multiple photos for a single item because there are a lot of specs of my products that I need to show to my clients. Also, it would be a lot better if there were subcategories for the items. Im hoping to buy the pro version of this sometime soon. Great app!

The app is very convenient for new small businesses. Catalog of products displayed nicely, stock maintenance, electronic receipts; everything is just made simple and set up just for you. The only issue I have is the time the website takes to load. It took me 30 minutes and still pending just to try to login on my laptop. From the app seems fairly ok. However, I am concerned that it may deter customers because of impatience.

Over all not so bad if they make some custom changes, as been conveyed to them, they would do much better for online retail and order bookings. Though delivery options has some small restrictions and glitches, due to which it does make you go book all over again rather than editing in a confirmed order. Most importantly delivery day issues, which also has been communicated many a times. Payment and customer support is good and active and also resolves issues, promptly.

With the current features it is ok specially for the free version. It is very easy to use and setup. For the paid version , i feel like there should be more features like: (1-3 is a must) 1) product copy/duplicate to easily add similar products, 2) product variants (painstaking to have 5 different products if difference is just color, etc.) 3) basic product import/export (e.g without photos or barcodes, so feature can easily be supported) 4) other delivery options that can be added by seller

Cons: Too heavy on mobile resources. SOMETIMES empty stock items are still listed, to which online customers can place orders. Pros: One can see a lot of planning and hard work has gone into this app. I love the reporting and analysis features, among others. Would be great if a desktop version is available for the back office functions

This is absolutely brilliant app! A simple to setup POS system. Has all the required features to be deployed in any small businesses. It also has very useful simple analytics and user management. It would be nice to see any kind of export tool to export as CSV or to Excel. But hand down this is one of the best POS systems I have used. And it's free!!!! LOVE IT!

After looking at some of the 'big' players in the market took a risk on Kyte. Really it was no risk at all with a Free trial of the Pro version for the first week and the a cut down free version. But after a fortnight we can happily say we are extremely happy with the App. Simple and extremely functional with a very intuitive layout. Staff find it easy and it is extremely quick to train them how to use it. With improvements happening all the time what more could you ask for.

Good app. The biggest problem though is the payment options. I hope they can let users define the payment options instead of having just (Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card, Store Credit, Payment Link and Others) There are different banks and there are several e-wallets. I hipe they come up with a good solution to this. It's been a year since I raised this but no response. This got me thinking of switching to other POS apps. Recent update even removed "Check" option which we were using. 😔

Great app. Very easy to use due to its intuitive interface. Just a few suggestions. 1st, kindly display the total number of products for each category. 2nd, is it possible to have more control of the products by adding sub-categories or at least a way to group them even if they are within a category? 3rd, it'll be much nicer if we can see the total & profit for each category/sub-category. Lots of great features that I can think of, just couldn't fit it in 500-character limit. Again, great app!

It's a nice app. I use this app to manage all my different business branches but there are 2 keys area I think you need to improve on. There should be a special icon to see all the new stocks ADDED or SUBTRACTED OR DELETED that will appear in form of history in one particular icon. For instance, I gave some full authorisation to some of my wife because I can't manage all the branches at the same tym. So if this my new suggestion is accepted, I will be able to checkmate all my branches with ease.

a user can sell a product it creates a log, but in many transaction if any user cancels a transaction you can not find it out ehich user did, their help desk says no log for cancelling the transaction. If you embed the barcode to products that doesn't works also, you must scan every individual barcode to able to use.. So for professional use I don't recommend.

This is an excellent application as far as I can see. Unfortunately I need a French version and this only has English, Portuguese and Spanish. With so many French speaking countries in the world, I'm hoping that such a version will be available soon on Kyte.

Hi, I pay for kyte and I noticed a problem. There is no way to not allow users to cancel transactions. That's a problem cause they can cancel a pay later transaction of their associates from some time ago so it benefits the associate.

This app is great, it's very easy for selling. But there need to be add a features for printing. Only 16 items are in one page, it need to increase because of save paper. I upload a logo, but whan i create pdf, logo didn't showing... When export data, I see there is a problem. Products name can't read. Please solve this issue.

So far, since I'm still testing Kyte to make sure whether it is the right choice for me or not before I officially subscribe, I see everything is just perfect till the moment, except for 1 thing which is not being able to access the analytics, where everytime I try, the app says that there is a critical error, and just shuts down ! I wont purchase the full version unless I get a solution for my problem. Thank you.

After the trial period it will cost you 9.99/month to be able to print receipts. Probably well worth the price if you print lots of receipts. I only print a few receipts per month so not worth it for me. Fairly versatile and easy to set up. Nice features. I just wish they had been upfront on the cost.

I love this app is easy and I can control my inventory. Just three suggestions 1. In case I have returns from an order I would love to have the option to return the product from the order so I don't have to do manually. 2. It would be great to manage diferent catalogs or different list of price because no every customer has the same price. 3. I have many sales people and I don't like that they have access to the whole data base. It would be nice to assign each customer a sales representative.

No integration with Epson industry standard receipt printers that pop open the cash drawer when the sale is rang. It is the only major drawback I found, other minor ones are many extra taps after all product selections have been added into virtual shopping cart. I've been using Square register since 2012, nothing beats them on simplicity and ability to toggle off extra steps during checkout process. Also, Kyte's monthly pricing is confusing, $4.99/mo Globally but USA $6.99/mo, it's not clear.

Mobile POS... There was no PC interface for anything except for customers when they order online, they have recently claimed there's a web version but I can't get it to work. So if it exists, is not user friendly. It's a very very basic app to show your items and process sales. It's limited in customization options and don't get me started on the 1 color options for your entire site. Forget personalization! Just starting out? On a budget? It'll do... For now!

Beautiful app and useful. Does not have Landscape mode. Additionally when scrolling through the list, it registers slight movement as side sideswiping and navigates to the next column. Which ks very frustrating. These are the two thinfs preventimg me frlm using it as my POS app. Its packed with features and very well out together though.
