the withdrawal process is a nightmare. It took days to get my money out, with constant delays, and when you text support, all they say that the network is conjured while it works perfectly well on other Ex...., the same response you'll be getting every day. I strongly advise against using LBank. There are many other exchanges out there that offer better services and respect their customers. Don’t waste your time and money here!

Scam CEX, they manipulate the market by illegally withholding customers tokens and not allowing to be withdrawn during market periods that benefits them. Example, since the launch of the CWIF token on March 9th which has a poor performance on this Exchange, been 5 days since launch and they do not allow the withdrawal of tokens, support gives no technical explanation. Please investigate the compliance and shaddy market tactics of this Exchange, avoid using them!

Dont use this app.. If your token pump very high you cannot take profit they manipulated it,they remove the market sell option to avoid sell immediately..even if you use limit sell, your target will never be hit.Maybe because this app has no back up resource fund or proof of reserved fund. Thisapp is a scam.

Very disappointed when ever i sell coins on spot there is a glitch or bug in exchange that left some amount of coins unsold like 0.98 or 0.97 avax left which i cant sold or convert to usdt. These leftover cant show on sell order if you wanna sell them and there is no convert option available like all others good exchange have,

Smaller CEXs like Lbank, Mexc etc get a lot of FUD but in my experience Lbank has been a good exchange tbh. The UI and features are excellent, far superior to even Coinbase imo. They have tons of trading options , staking, LPs, grid, copy spot futures as well as tools to help you. They constantly run airdrops and giveaways, contests etc. I saw in some reviews people claimed they had problems withdrawing but I haven't experienced myself.

I would give 0 review if there were any option for that. I couldn't believe that LBank is conducting an illegal activities. At first after registration and verification, the app seems too suspicious and that later remain a true fact after making deposit into my account. I put a withdrawal when I understand how terrible you are and no payments was sent for 5 days and no where to cancel the payment which I had to write to the online support before I can be Able to withdraw to my OKX.

One of the worst exchange I have used. My usdt is locked since more than 7 days and the support agent are saying it will be unlocked within 3 days but it has been more than 7 days. I have mailed their team but there was no response. One of the worst support. Just give my usdt back and will never use this exchange again in my life.

This LBank stole my money. I deposited $1010 to send ot to another wallet. But this app seized my money and stole it under the pretext google authenticator. Contacted customer servises and sent many emails. Nobody cared to solve this problem. This app will never prove by google authenticator and will never allow you to get your money. This LBank is scam app. Those scammers and criminals.

They are thieves, from April I'm trying to get my money from them . It's only 29$ but the money is blocked there and I can't get it . So watch out .more than that I lost more than 10k $ in this stupid application and they couldn't help me to get my money back.

Don't transfer any assets to L Bank, it is a Scammer exchange, I made a VRC deposit and sold it and tried to withdraw USDT in another wallet, the Google Authenticator option is available and when I bind the Authenticator, the code error is coming. Talked to helpline, they say your authenticator has been unbind But the same problem is coming

This LBank is scammed app, they stole my money. I deposited to $1010 and it sized under the pretext google authenticator. For days, I've contacted customer services about this problem , I used three devices. This LBank does not allowed me to withdraw my money. I want to report officially against this scam LBank app.

After reading bad reviews about lbank I thought people were crazy, as I have used the service for a while now. But the second you enter a trade and make any profit from it, they will 100% freeze your account and call it an abnormal profit. They they will say something about the coin that was traded was stolen. Nothing makes sense. Their futures trades are 100% scam. Avoid going into futures at all costs. It's a scam. No legitimate trading platform would allow scams. Support does not help you.

I sold the currency and Tether came to my account. The next day when I checked, I saw that the transaction was marked as incomplete. In my opinion, they buy themselves, if the price goes up, they sell, and if the price goes down, they cancel the transaction. Do not install.

I also am having problems with ID authentication and "poor signal". It took a couple hours to get the ID photos to finally load with the "poor signal". When I went to add bank, it wouldn't take because they put my last name in front with no space in between(TucaoJarol). Deleting if my name is not fixed by tonight. (Update)They did the same thing for the second authentication and still can't link my bank. Makes this app useless ans been deleted.

Getting sick and tired of being logged out, and not being able to log back in. Every time there's a update or something, it will always log you out and you have to reauthorize from scratch. Ordinarily this wouldn't be an issue, except you never receive the email with the confirmation code. If you're lucky, it'll come in like 4 hours later. If not you just keep having to hit login and wait for this stupid verification code in an email.
