so far so good, i would love to have a summary of items in open ticket status so i can batch produce what is missing for order fulfilment, if that gets added to the app i will definitley rate 5 stars, and most likely get the paid subscription for social media integration

We have been working with Loyverse in our restaurant for about 18 months. It seems to do everything we need and integrates with our eftpos terminal. Best thing is it's free.

Is it possible to see the quantity available per variant, when making a sale? It is possible to see quantities available in the Items section however, it would make a faster sales process without having to switch menus Just a suggestion of personal preference

We use the free version which is more than enough for our needs. We have had no problems with it working. It seem very reliable. It can be used to take food orders and controll a cash register. It can provide several useful reports regarding items sold and accounting

Great Application Been using the app for some time now and I'm very impressed. However, I'm not satisfied with design of the receipt. It consumes paper. The two lines of item and quality/price can easily fits one line especially on 80mm printer. Please consider this.

Pay for customer service? Imitally, based on the YouTube videos I watched. I was excited to use this app for my restaurant. However, after using it for two weeks now, I have found some issues that I cannot overlook. 1. The inability to add an item to more than one category is very inconvenient. Having multiples of the ame item is annoying and inconvenient. 2. In order to get customer service support, I have to pay for an add on. This is a red flag. I have issues and I can t report them.

I'm an independent hairstylist/boothrenter and needed to find a salon software program/app to use for just myself. I'm not a technology expert I found it EASY to learn how to use Loyverse. The staff who maintain it are wonderful, check in with me periodically to make sure that I'm happy with the Loyverse. Because I'm using this for only one person, myself, there is no cost or fee for me. If there is more than one person using Loyverse I believe there is a fee but it is minimal. Definitely⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is just awesome! I would love if the app would have the option to add a new item when the cashier scans a barcode which is not in system yet, instead of just alerting that the item is not found, it should ask if you want to add a new item with this barcode and this way the cashier won't have to go out of the ticket and come back. Thanks!

While we enjoy this app and utilize varios of the paid features, this last update 28-Ago, seems to have some glitches. When we go to split payments, the app freezes, and then it won't restart. I have to restart the iPad to get it to work again, but then the problem continues. Also, it seems discounts are not saving once you click save. We have to print the ticket to get it to save. Lastly, syncing issues. We have 1 ipad and 1 android. Syncing always has a problem.

Good for a small restaurant, but not great for multiple locations, multiple languages, complex menus, or large establishments.. for instance, if you have a set that includes a meal and a drink and they are processed in different kitchens .. you cannot use modifiers because the modifiers are sent to the kitchen where the primary meal goes. you can decouple them, but this opens up the restaurant to mistakes and fraud. product managers and developers are not helpful or responsive.

Very easy to use, both from BoH and PoS perspectives. Surprisingly feature rich free version with a very wallet friendly paid version that unlocks more features. I've spent almost two decades in food service and this is just about as close as I've been able to get to the customized front end and back end POS systems you'd find with NCR and the like(that cost significantly more). Loyverse hit the nail on the head with this app. Keep up the great work!

Our register died and we needed something fast. Downloaded several apps to test and Loyverse had so many features and was easy to set up and use, it was the easy choice. After we were done testing, we contacted support to delete all the test receipts. they got back to us right away. We especially like that we can use out tablet as a scanner and it was super easy to set up the receipt printer and import our inventory. So far, so good.

I'm using this app on multiple devices and love it. However, I did recently just start using the search option on 1 of my 2 tablets & my phone. It doesn't work the same way on my other tablet. Instead of typing a few letters & then clicking my choice(s), for some reason I have to click twice to be able to start typing and then I have to hit enter to have my options come up, which is very frustrating when I'm trying to ring up many items that start with the same few letters, taking twice as long.

We have been using loyverse POS system for last 5 years, their service is absolutely outstanding, the system is very customizable, it's allow you to have multiple tax structure, multiple payment method for different transaction. Very stable and best part the support personal are great to work with. The system is rock solid. great UI.
