it work well. If we can have option to change the frequency scale, it will be more easy to scroll horizontally from 1 band to others. To have a good experience with this app, I use RTL-SDR hardware connect to my phone via OTG adaptor.

Not sure why people think this is a demo, it provides everything you need for free. There some extra features to unlock to support the dev for a fee, but off the bat the app is a fully working SDR app. Has a clean and simple UI, plenty of configuration options and wins over RFAnalyzer as it supports direct sampling mode, too.

I would have rated this 5 stars, but after uninstalling and re installing, I lost my paid features. I paid for the app, but I'm only getting the free version. if I can ever get my paid features restored, it'll go to 5 stars.

A little fickle sometimes, it crashed when I unplugged my headphones, and then wouldn't work anymore until I force stopped it and cleared its cache. But other than that, it's working well!

Crashed several times on startup, when it works it's laggy to 'scroll' frequencies. Otherwise, decent layout. Hoping I didn't waste money buying, it's possible :( Installing an update as we speak and will see how that works.

the first time I started the app, it worked great, i could listen to kiwisdr receivers all over the world. the second time I started the app the kiwisdr receivers dissappeared from the list and never came back no matter how many times i tried restarting and reinstalling the app, and for me from that point on this app became useless.

I'm rating one star because I can no longer use it. No RTL SDR Blog V4 support. I absolutely love your app. I think it's fantastic. I wish there was even a version for Linux, but every other SDR app, large and small software for Mac Windows and Linux, have support for this model by this point. This makes me think it has been abandoned. Please correct me if I am wrong, I will happily ammend my rating and review based upon what happens. Love the app, please just recompile it with the new driver

Great app with good control over frequency and band, the spectrum analyzer makes finding weak signals easy. what would make this truly a 5 star app is if it stayed active in the background. Currently it needs to be active to pass audio limiting you too only the one task at a time.

I can't set it to 1MHz (for example) using a rtl-sdr Blog V4 even though the dongle natively supports frequencies starting from 100 kHz (in SDR Touch I can even set it to zero and I can see the oscillator signal of the integrated upconverter). It gives an error message that the frequency must be greater than 24 MHz even when using the external driver (that works perfectly with SDR Touch). Remove that stupid limit please!

Great access to many public SDRs around the world (at least Europe and the US), and really easy to operate and listen to. Gripe is limited access to demodulation modes and no access to IF parameters. But I use it all the time for general listening and exloration - I recommend it!

Loaded it on my android stereo in my 4x4 so I could listen to ham radio and what not when camping. App installed fine and looks the business, but can’t hear anything. No audio at all. The app has an audio device section but that’s set to default and I can’t change it.

You can also hear local AM (MW) broadcasts around the world using location search and manually scanning each area. You don't need hardware radio peripherals, just your phone is enough. The main problem is the developer put the audio out thru the in-call (phone) channel instead of the media channel. This wreaks havoc on the phone's audio controls until you uninstall it and bluetooth also is problematic.

I like the app. It's very easy to use. Found a local site to listen to and compare signals. The cost is too high to purchase in my opinion as I NEVER pay more than 5 bucks for any app. Maybe I'm cheap but it's just for amusement only. No real contacts are made because it's for listening only and my radio is much better. It needs a decoder package for digital signals too.. something else I do with my radio.. no wefax either. Anyway its a good start and fun to listen when I'm away and bored.

useful app. went with the paid version to have it continue playing in the background but when I ever enable that setting it crashes on start up with an error foreground sticker socket connection refused message.

Could be better. For rtl-tcp, you are forced to use IP addresses. You can't even enter a hostname. Reception is quite choppy, an issue that I don't have with other SDR apps on the same phone.

Not sure what bugs you just fixed, but overnight my app is now stuck in full-screen mode and the record button has disappeared.

It works ok on my phone. But the biggest problem is with the app layout, many of the buttons on the bottom are "behind" the Android navigation bar, making it hard to tap and do anything with the app.

Capable and a much better (albeit still has issues) UI than alternatives. Held back significantly by paid options, and not being able to adjust bandwidth and other small things. My main gripe, really, is recording being a paid option. I think most of the others are reasonable-ish. Overall, I think I would be able to comfortably rate this higher if the recording option wasn't part of the package of paid items.
