The game can be somewhat cumbersome at times, but it is entertaining. I'm currently at level 21 closing in on 22 and have started experiencing issues with ads. Some ads will run their course and allow you to continue, but recently, I've been running into more and more ads that play and leave the user locked up with no choice but to close everything and start over. This happens repeatedly in some cases, and you can waste 15 or 20 minutes just trying to get through an ad.

Since the games last upgrade it freezes upon going to the adds (which are much longer now) and it has to be restarted too many times to make it worth watching the adds. I now throw away the little boxes the "magic bugs" drop and, more than not, I don't opt to watch adds to double on the treasures. It used to be a much better game but I guess as it is said, all good things must come to an end 😮💨

Have been playing this game for couple of years and has recently started going down hill. Used to be fun but now most ways to help progress in game takes rubies which are the hardest to collect or of course you can buy - or wait a while to collect enough. Plus as you progress through game the later castles take longer and longer to build - like over 14 hrs. Too long. The newest add on "world" Zoo Village" is monotonous as it takes chests to get creatures but they are consistently redundant.

Fun game. Played for a couple years I guess now it's close to it. Now when you watch a video it refuses to let you x at the end to go back to game and get reward. Now you have to go out of the game and you do not get your reward despite watching the add. If this doesn't get fixed soon I'm deleting app. It's happened for weeks now was hoping you'd fix it.

The developers injected ads so they pop up all the time now. You used to be able to play and only watch ads when you chose to for a benefit. Now the are no longer optional and are so disruptive to the game. It's not fun anymore because of it. Clearly the developers would rather get money from you watching ads than have you stick around and play the game. I'm outta here.

Game cuts you off every few days from watching ads to get items you need from the energy & cinema shops. I have screenshots of the time still left & items I could still get, but nothing loads. 4th time in a week & a half that this has happened, have contacted Support 3 times, Support NEVER responds. If you want to feel frustrated/make very little progress, then download this game. If you want to enjoy playing, find a different game.

Ads won't exit out. I keep having to watch ads to get things out of the way or to get coins and I would be grateful for the opportunity to watch the ads but I have to watch them like 10 times to get them to exit out so I can get my reward. But now they won't exit out ever. Now it keeps trying to play the same add it played before After exiting out of the game 10 times clearing cache. It is so frustrating I'm about to quit the game altogether and I've spent money on this game like I'm upset.

While the gameplay is a standard matching system, the constant cash grabbing and intolerable broken ad system strips away any fun there is to be had. Every time a Unity based ad runs, it will never allow you to close it (the X remains non functional) and prevents you from returning to your game without force closing and relaunching. But surprise, surprise... the install button works fine for every app advertised. Don't waste your time.

I don't know why someone decided that random pop-up ads every minute and a half to two minutes was a great idea. Totally ruined the game. Have spent a fair amount of money on this game but will remove it in a heartbeat if this continues. * Updated next day...Done. Played for less than 15 minutes and had 10 random ads just start up on their own. Game sucks now, used to love it.

You took a perfectly good game and screwed it up with all these auto ads. Most of the time, I watched the ads to get my perks now with these new auto ads, they pop-up randomly. I've had them pop up when opening a chest and lose the items in the chest. You can't even close or mute these ads. You have to watch the whole ad. Please stop with the auto ads.

Since most players don't buy your overpriced items in-game, you're forcing ads to do even the simplest task? No thanks. Once I finish what I'm currently doing in the event, I'm uninstalling. I refuse to watch ads every 10 or 15 seconds or be forced to watch them to harvest, open treasure, or even to collect from bugs. Totally too far, devs. I haven't spent on this game, but if I ever was going to purchase, I'm definitely not now.

Dealt w/ all the new quest, energy amount to defeat creatures only to yield 2items that have absolutely night to do with the creature the amount of time to regenerate compared to the rewards but the new forced pop up ads, that come up every 2 minutes has finished it. I don't mind watching an ad to get a bonus but y'all must be hurting for $ and you have ruined what use to be a fun game

As of 05/07/2024 update the game is now unplayable. Constant random ad pops up, which can last up to a minute. This has nothing to do with you choosing to click on an ad for bonuses like before. Ignore the spam 5 star reviews that have begun popping up left and right recently. Once again, the developer has decided to ruin this game by forcing random, unrelenting ads during gameplay. Game now unplayable.

There are things (radio, coin house, etc) that require you to watch an ad. The "Unity ads" play, but they never allow for you to close them (x in circle never fills up.) I have to close the app and restart every time. There is another review that mentions this as well. The game play is great otherwise. Like many other merge games, there are goals to achieve. It does eat up on energy to do them so the wait time to proceed can be long.

The forced ads are some of the worst in the industry. Just having the app open and not doing anything causes them. The forced ads start around lvl 7. Was an awesome game until then. Soon as the forced ads start, i uninstall. Also, the little radios that drop, allow you to watch an ad, but then they never show you the x to close the ad, so you don't get credit, and have to watch multiple ads to open 1 radio. Shady practices and everyone knows this trick to sell more ad space. Despicable.

I really want to play this but the adds make it impossible. Everything I do I have to watch an add plus randomly every few min I get interrupted with an add. The add also freezes at the end causing me to have to close and reopen the game. I even tried to figure out how to pay to make the adds stop and I couldn't find that option anywhere. I love games like this, so hopefully maybe they find a better balance with less adds or at least make paying to avoid the adds easier to find.

Fix you ads PLEASE! Will change rsting when you do. Ads come on for 30 seconds, and the X that is used to close the ad, DOESN'T work and you have to shut the app and restart it again. Like what the actual F? UPDATE: and if you choose to watch an ad, to get an additional item, as soon as you go to merge the item, they play you another ad (forced) that gets the gane stuck. Horrible experience with this game. It's just an ad revenue game, no design, no story, just click bait for them to push ads.

Was a fun game until the last update. Some ads will not close out and grant the reward stated. I liked the ad mechanic of the game, only watching for rewards of some type. But now I find myself avoiding the ads and the beneficial reward simply because I have to close the game down and reopen to exit an ad now. Well, they destroyed the game now. Didn't fix ads that will not close, and added in random ad pop ups. Was a fun relaxing game, now it's just an anxiety inducing mess. Fix ad issues!!

This was once the best game on the web. I played for hours and enjoyed the parallel games. Now, with 3 heros remaining to be found, game play is broken unceasingly by multiple ads. Many ads cannot be closed, forcing me to close and reopen the game just to continue to play. No more. After repeatedly reporting this issue, I'm done. Warning, do not download, for only frustration and disappointment lie ahead.

Was a very fun game for a long time and I spent a few dollars on it electively, but when they started posting automatic commercials, with no benefit of watching, besides being able to play. They show an automatic commercial like every couple of minutes. Also, using their "Support" button does absolutely nothing. Do yourself a favor and choose a different merge game, there are tons.
