Keep getting alerts that a charge has exceeded the threshold amount that I set, but the app opens to a white screen with no information. I can't even see what's going on. Also get notifications that my FICO score is available but it never is. I also can't view statements from the app. This app sucks!

I downloaded this app for easy access to my balance and ease of making an online payment versus calling in and going through the automated prompts. EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to login to this app, it says my username or password is incorrect. I have to reset my password every time I want to use the app. I know I'm typing it in correctly, I write it down, I double check spelling, I type it perfectly and I still get the incorrect password message. EVERY TIME. This is super frustrating. Please fix it.

App says my request is invalid (the info is correct). This was after attempting to delete and reinstall 2 times because it wouldn't even let me try to login. It's very difficult to reach any customer service people (1st call tried to help but didn't quite get there, 2nd call transfered me to an hour long hold that hung up, 3rd call hung up on me while talking. 4th call was very helpful tho, give them a raise) The CARE line also didn't pick up. Maybe an email address should be made 🤔

Downloaded this app. At first worked great. The 1st time after downloading it I accessed my account online not through the app. NOW after using the same passwords for both log ins, the app will not let me use my password and i haven't changed passwords at all. Also on the app it doesn't give me a option to change my password . SMH. By the way i deleted the app, redownloaded it and wouldn't you know it's the same issue.

App currently not working. It opens and says bank name then goes to a white screen and doesn't go anywhere. Login screen never apoears. As if it freezes in limbo. This needs to be fixed asap. If I can't log in to pay off my bill and I miss the chance to double my credit as promised I'll be really mad. Tried closing out all the way and reopening several times with the same result.

I have used the app for at least one year and have not had any problems. Once or twice I could not log in, I just removed the app and waited about 24 hours and reinstalled it. Problem solved, big deal. My payments post on time, the app is easy to use. Good credit card and good app. ! Update 7-24-22, got my new card and I love it! It's beautiful!!

Love it! Never had any problem with app and makes life so much easier when your on the go and need to check transactions,pay your bill and a feature that I really love is the goscore! If your looking to make a purchase on a car or house! You can flash that score at them and shut them down if they have that look on their face like your at wrong place! Lol I also love Merrick because they said pay your bills on time for 6 months and we will increase your limit and they did! Thanks 💯💯

Well when I changed phones it won't let me pay my bill through the app. I have to make a phone call to pay my bill monthly. I wanted to update my comment a bit. The app works great and I sorted out the problem. I'm 65 years old and electronically challenged, but y'all have been great. Anytime I call very professional and helpful. Thanks

Not sure what's happening but the app worked fine for two years up until a couple of weeks ago. It's not allowing me to login the initial login page keeps going never switching to the actual login screen. Same thing is happening online it's telling me I need WIFI which is always on. I will have to call in to pay my bill which Is an inconvenience.

Always cautious making online purchases; still, my credit cards have been hacked. I asked my other credit company how to prevent this. They recommended using the lock card feature in between transactions. I noticed the quick freeze on my Merrick card and have been using it but noticed tonight I no longer have that option. I tried deleting/reinstalling the app but still no access. No other problem with the card or app. Support is another story. Had to call 3x before they sent a new card.

If you have this card, I would recommend that you pay it off and cancel it immediately. It's probably one of the worst designed apps I see in banking/ finan I've seen in the banking space. First, their app is extremely confusing, as in, their (UI) is trash. For example it takes 7 clicks to pay off your balance each month (For Discover, it's 5 and for AMEX it's 4- assuming you pay off balances each month) On top of the app, their customers service is sub optimal. Since the latest update, I can no longer log in to the app. I went so far as to change my password, uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my phone, switching from wifi to data and back again, and completely clearing the app's cache and data. I just keep getting an error that says the request is invalid. I can log in just fine on the website, so it's not me. It is absolutely frustrating knowing there is no logical reason why this should be happening.

The guy who said that the complaints here are most likely due to user error has no idea what we've all been going through. Everything was great for me too when I first activated and began using. Worked for quite a while, actually. But lately, the app goes blank and the website times out each time I try to log in. Very frustrating. And Merrick won't acknowledge there's a problem.

The app is garbage, so much you cannot do on it then what you can do with bigger companies apps. Plus, the credit company itself is horrible. I have great credit. I had their card for 4 years and 7 months. I never missed or was late on a payment. I paid my balance off and didn't use the card for a while, they dropped my credit line from $2400 to $300 without any warning, then a few months later they closed my account for inactivity. Again, no letter, email or text. Found out on Credit Karma.

I have had issues for the past 2 weeks. App goes only to a white screen, and website times out. I came here to see if other users had issues, and found out I'm not alone. Another user stated it only works when connected to WiFi. I tried with connected to WiFi, and it worked. Both app, and website. I don't know why it needs WiFi to work, but I'm glad i at least have an option to login and pay my bill. Hopefully they'll fix this glitch soon. Thank you to the users who shared that option!

Doesn't Even Open 80% of The Time I cannot get the app to open most of the time. I Uninstalled and reinstalled and still have the same issue with full battery and great cell service. When it finally did open, my password no longer worked so I had to reset it. The password is stored in my phone so I know it was correct. Once it's open, it is easy to navigate and do what needs to be done. If an app does not work, it should be corrected before it is placed out for customer use.

My user ID and password work but it won't let me use my finger ID. It tells me that it has not been set up yet. So I tried to set it up, (every time I open the app). I have tried to exit off different ways but it doesn't matter. My finger print opens and works for all my other apps. Can you please fix. PS it used to work before I switched phones, (I switched for exact model).

The latest update has broken the fingerprint login feature on my Samsung Galaxy 24 Ultra. Now when I try to set up fingerprint login (which was working fine before), I get a window that says "INVALID REQUEST. Unexpected Android Keystore Error. Keystore Operation Failed." This hasn't happened with any other apps so far, and fingerprint login works everywhere else on my phone.

The App is 'ok'. What I don't like is that it restricts the number of future payments that you can set up. Literally, you can squeeze in two within a 4 week period (give or take). To me, this restricts how fast you can pay off your balances or purchases, and this hinders the customers' ability to make timely payments as well. Or, EXTRA payments. The workaround is to send payments directly to Merrick, be it online banking or snail mail. A redesign is needed.

Basically being able to go into a Banking app and doing almost everything you need to do without having to call their customer service is a plus. So far everything is easy with options on control and keeping an eye on transactions and balance is great for me. I wouldn't have to think twice about referring Merrick Bank to a friend or family member. Great work
