I can't read Spanish but if I'm understanding the reponse correctly, I already deleted the app, reinstalled and accepted ALL authorizations that I was asked to accept. There is still major issues with the mi Banco app. I could not even open the app yesterday with the error message, "sorry, error occurred. Please try again later.", appearing. I'm over this entire app. If and when it works I guess I just have to accept it

Not once have I actually managed to log into this app. I've tried accessing my account multiple times and even attempted to retrieve my login information thinking that what I had was incorrect. That also was impossible as it always stated that my information was incorrect. After a trip to the bank it turned out everything on my end was fine and the issue was the app itself. Hopefully the issue preventing this app from allowing me to login gets resolved as I'd prefer to use an app rather than web page to do my online banking.

Mi Banco Mobile could easily be a five star app. It's easy to use until you have to make and easy deposit. It is not an easy task. It takes multiple attempts just to make a single deposit. At the end it is better to head out straight to the bank. The easy deposit feature should be fixed or be removed from this app. Seriously fix it. Don't call something "easy" when in reality it is not.

Worst service that you can receive. Not a reliable service with PayPal and Amazon. You have to wait 3 to 4 days and sometimes 5 days to make a complete transaction through PayPal or Amazon! And if in case you spend some of the money and even if you replace it again on time, they charge you $15 for the "insufficient founds" that they unoportunately make with the transaction. Thanks, but no thanks. I'd prefer to use another bank to buy through PayPal and Amazon.

I have a Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) and the app installed in my phone looks completely different. It looks like an outdated version. My version is up to date, the Play Store only provides the "Open" and "Uninstall" buttons. From my phone, I can take a look at my transactions and I can do Easy Deposits, but I cannot do transfers between my accounts (Error: GEN002E-000 RECORD NOT FOUND). I could do transfers from my accounts a few years ago, but now it always shows me that error.

It used to work fine but now it doesn't let me log in. "Your connection seems to be experiencing problems at the moment. Please try again later." I was hoping the new update (July 2018) would fix things but nope. :'( EDIT: New update fixed things! It's working again. Five stars! Edit Sept 18 2018: It stopped working again dammit. Two stars

I've had this bank account for years and it never let's me make an easy deposit. I've called to the bank and have done everything to make it work but for some reason it doesn't work. It's the only reason why I won't give it a 5 star review. Other than that, it works well for me.

The app is not letting me login, "we need to verify you're a real person" the Captcha doesn't work. It been a month with this situation.

Trying to recover my account from being blocked. After resetting and updating password it still say's "blocked" and keeps sending a link to my email. An infinite cycle that never ends.

Everytime I try to open the app it says that my account has been blocked. I have to close it 3 times so it can let me sign in the app. So it isn't blocked, it just doesn't work properly. Please fix this.

Required all permit Camara, Contact, Location, Phone, Storage, other, Photos and videos. If you don't agreed to this permit you can't use the app. Not intereated in give access to my Camara, Contact, Phone and Photo. Should be an option if I need certain service.

It crashed as soon as you get the first pass code and you need to reenter to the app again to see your financian info. Can you please make improvements to see if it can run once I get access to my account? I'd appreciate it a lot.

I have set up all the information of payees so I can pay my utilities through the app, after they updated the app there were no payees information. So they don't even have the brains to do an update and keep the app running properly. Might as well not even use the app.

This is one of the worst banking apps I ever seen & regret opening an account with this bank. First & foremost the "Easy Deposit" does not work so I can't even deposit my paychecks through the app smh...... & The app just looks outdated & clearly this bank doesn't care about it's customers because they have yet to fixed this issue with the app that a lot of people been complaining about. Don't open an account with this bank cause the service & app is trash!

Using a Samsung Galaxy android phone, been trying to use easy deposit but the last step of send deposit doesn't work, I tap it and nothing happens, checked connection and its not that, restarted phone and it still the same, please fix... (Everything else works, its just that part that doesn't)

This app is perhaps the most inadecuate banking apps I have dealt with ever. I lived in many states and did local banking with many financial institutions but none this had. The interaction is very limited and apparently it was designed by a novice developer. To this day I have not been able to make a transfer from one account to another and that's just the beginning.

The "Easy Deposit" features has not worked on my last two phones, a Pixel 7 and a Pixel 6. Every time I try to take a photo of a check, I just get a blank screen with a blue rectangle. There's clearly something wrong with the app's use of the Camera API. If smartphone deposits are important to you, steer clear of Popular until they solve the issue.
