I love the variety of shows available. My children are learning and enjoying it. the userface gives early 2000 PC vibes but it is easy to use

I love the content on this app I paid the yearly subscription and after a while it won't let me watch anymore ? please either refund me or help me fix the problem !

my kids love some of these shows and we use the app for morning bible studies. But it would be nice if the bugs got fixed. There are shows that if you watch one episode, the next to play isn't the next episode in the line up, it goes all the way back to the top. I've noticed this with Owlgories and laugh and grow bible. With church at home, the episodes were uploaded backwards, so you have to start at the bottom and after each episode, stop it, go back to the list and click the next one.

Entertainment I Don't Worry About! With many kids entertainment channels and companies adding in more and more worldly content it is SO nice to have Minno! It has lots of fun shows with good messages in styles that my daughter loves. Catchy songs, multiple options, AND all without me worrying about harmful messages.

Really have loved the content on the app and it's format works well. Recently, 06/01/25 and on, though it has had a huge playback error that I can't get resolved. It "double plays" whatever is clicked on, so there is a horrible echo that makes it unviewable. When you pause whatever is playing, the duplicate continues to play underneath, but now you have no video as it is paused. I've deleted and reloaded the app, open closed, and made sure it's updated 06/28/25. Can't find help so I came here.

wanted to try this app , kids got so excited and after 20 min of trying to register I gave up , never got the email confirmation code says error or doesn't sent the code so disappointed and very frustrating had to use a different email and it worked out in the end

I enjoy the content. I am having the trouble as many others with the audio. I have reached out to support and have not heard back. when the audio troubles occur the videos are unbearable to watch.

I love the videos, but on my TV, the videos give an error when trying to play, then eventually after trying consistently, it works. But while it plays, it constently loads, even when all other streaming apps on the TV works and our wifi is good. There is some serious technical issues. Cancelled after just a few days.

The app runs slow when loading the videos. There are more enhancements that can make for a better user experience. Otherwise, it's a nice app. The one thing that I "don't like" is that it's turning into Yippee. I had Yippee before, and it had more content, but I moved to Minno, so I knew that every video my child watched was Bible related, but now they are filling their catalog with more non-Bible related videos, so really there was no point in switching.

I have already been so grateful for the content on the app. I didn't even realize, when I subscribed, that we were getting access to so many other things than the Minno Bible stories!!! I feel comfortable letting my kids navigate the app even when I'm not present. There is clear info about what is age appropriate. There are a few tech things I'd enjoy if they were updated (ability to fast forward/rewind during a show, for example) but that wanes in comparison to what in grateful for.

We paid for the annual subscription and really like the content, but in the past week the app no longer works on our Direct TV stream devices. it shows that the Minno app is installed, but there is no "Open" button to click so we have no way to launch the service we paid for. 2025-04-20, Developers released a new update and everything is working again!

Great programs, for the most part. For the developers: It would be nice to see an "add to queue" feature when casting on the TV, such as YouTube. Also, the auto play feature is not consistent when casting - the app must be open on the phone to do so. We'd really like to see an option to remove certain programs from our child's profile as well.

My family has enjoyed Jelly Telly for about a year now. We love the wholesome programs and some of the shows are simply great. (My 6 year old LOVES Meteor and the Monster Trucks). So far I am very pleased with the changes to the menu that came with Minno, much more user friendly. We can also use it on our Roku TV instead of going through a Fire stick. Overall, the changes I see are positive. Keep up the good work!

The app is not reliable. It logs you out all the time and won't let you log in. Even after resetting the password. You have to delete and install the app. I thought I didn't have the subscription anymore since I couldn't log in until I noticed I was being charged. Also, when I cast it on my TV , I can hear the sound on my phone playing as well as on the TV.

I used to be able to cast to the TV from my devices since it doesn't have a Samsung TV app, but with the recent update it no longer has a cast button. When I try casting my entire screen, only the audio comes through and not the video. Also, whenever I pause a video and and then play, it plays multiple audios over each other (like the original pause point and starting over from beginning). App was not tested well before the update.

Terrible Experience, the whole process of setting up the account lead to boot loops on the app. I attempted to watch multiple videos and unknown issues, aiming felt fishing so I went to delete the account and the sign in went nuts and wouldn't let me select anything other than my email. When I finally signed in, I got a boot loop are you human verification???? This app unfortunately a scam all around for having a subscription model!

When I play shows on my Google Pixel, I get double audio. It's super annoying to listen to and when I have to pause it there's one audio stream that stops and the other doesn't so I have to edit the video and doesn't always hold my spot. it does the same thing when I fast forward so it's a hassle. it didn't do this when I first got the app. it must have happened during an update. I'm truly disappointed.

I downloaded the app but the audio and controls are messed up. I cant advance or go backward with the arrows. It just advances the audio, but then starts playing the audio twice over itself. We are very excited to use it when its fixed and the app looks easy to navigate but it is not working now. (Updated 8/21)I have reached out to the support email and am awaiting a reply.
