The game allows for vast customization, so all stations and vehicles can be named. And as some specialized vehicles need trained personnel, you can set up training courses and assign specialists to specific vehicles. Advanced players can use helicopters (HEMS) to quickly reach the most urgent emergencies!
If you enjoy teamwork then help friends by joining or creating an alliance. You can share jobs to help each other out as well as allow friends to take patients to your hospital or prison. The more units you have will boost your call amount too, increasing the challenges you face. Remember, some 911 calls will require different types of units to be sent so ensure your fleet is up-to-date!
This game was developed by a real firefighter. So it was always important to have realistic emergency missions with realistic demands for vehicles - from small missions like a burning car to big ones like a bridge collapse - all on real life maps!
Naturally a lot of our players are also firefighter, police officer, paramedic, operator or 911 dispatcher in their real lives. For fans of emergency, rescue, blue light systems this is the perfect game!

I love how one can claim free coins for watching ads, but one coin for each ad is asking a bit much for impatient people like me. How about, have one coin for each ad? That would make the impatient ones happy. Edit: Sometimes the ads won't work, it'll sat something went wrong, please try again. I do that, but it won't work.

Great game! Only issues I'm finding is water related missions have trouble spawning in water if they spawn at all. Spent easily 100+ hours playing and it's very addictive, I highly recommend playing it. Plus you can play on your computers with the app or the web browser version as well!

I love being able to set up the stations as I like so I can mirror how it is IRL. It only takes a few seconds to dispatch out units and you arent penalized for delays in dispatch or calls that need additional units. At the same time the calls are active enough that you can actily play the game and not be bored.

This app is great way to pass time if your looking for a game that you push a few buttons and keep coming back about every 15 to 30 mins depending on how you set up your stations, but my only problem with it is that if you set up a alliance you can't see each other points of interest but other than that is a great way to pass time definitely worth trying

Pretty good game, you can get stuck super easily, but if you read the FAQs and especially the one on how to get started, it can give you lots of tips even if you're not brand new. I do wish there was a search function in the "setting" tab, I've been trying to find dark mode (I do have a premium account) and I can't find it. Keep up the good work guys & gals!

This is a fun, addictive game to play - when it works. I'm increasingly having issues where the game won't load and will just sit on a blank white screen. The issue eventually seems to resolve itself, but it takes hours, and forcing the app to stop or even restarting the phone don't seem to help. I've had this issue happen 5 times in the last two days. I wish I could keep playing because it's an enjoyable game, but these issues make it really frustrating.

The mic clicks could be replaced with an actual voice. Things such as "en route" "on scene" "all units clear" that sort of thing would make the game more enjoyable. That way your not having to turn the sound off for all the mic key that goes on. Just a suggestion of course but I think it would improve the game immensely.

As far a fire dispatch logistics games go, this is the one that's even close to the real thing (unless ya'll know of one I haven't searched endlessly for). In my short time playing, I'm impressed with the detail and technical thought that went into it's creation. Furthermore, the social dynamic of the game and ease and accesability of interaction with it's developers is unreal(They can be found on reddit and F.B.). The game is however, quite technical and slow to begin. But it's learnable. PLUR

Great game In almost every aspect. If you're just looking for casual play, this works for you. If your looking for a game to grind and unlock more, this is the game for you. There's a massive variety of calls, you don't have to pay to win, and there's no ads. Definitely worth a try to anyone who's sick of the basic clickers that we are swamped with on the playstore.

Great app, very addicting, u guys have already made probably 100$ off me from buying coins. My 3 suggestions for improvement... some missions should be worth more credits, it takes so long to progress. Being able to upload pictures of crew members would be cool, kind of a creative roster thing, but I also understand some people don't care about naming and personalizing their crews. Lastly boats need to stay in water, my fire boat shouldn't be going thru downtown Boston to get to a call.

I absolutely love this game, sort of a tactical logic game. But let's be real, the cost to build some of the buildings and upgrade them is terrible. Without being glued to it 24/7, it'll take a week to get enough credit for a new building or level 4 upgrade. Then there's the crew situation... Comes with 10 people, but you can only get 1 person a day during recruiting without spending the coins. How is this logical when you have 10 stations with 3 or 4 vehicles to fill? Fix these and I'll give 5⭐

Very fun game that lets you do things without 200 paywalls, however I feel that things are unfair sometimes. Those things being that you have to have so many credits to expand the station or that it costs a lot to build other stations, even small ones. I can't even have a dark theme without a premium account and I have to pay a lot for in game currency.

This game is pretty enjoyable in my opinion. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars for me is I would like if the stations continued operating when I wasn't in the app, and I would like the option to see more details about the call. For example, when the mission comes animal stuck in drain, I would like if there was a place to tap and see that the caller said there was a dog that fell in and they can't get it out.

There's no instruction at all. You're literally shown a map and a few buttons are on the bottom of the screen but you're never told what the buttons do. I clicked them all and happened to stumble on the New Player Guide which was only vaguely helpful. It's cool that you can actually make it realistic to where you live. However, after adding a police station, I'm stuck. It says I need transport for a parole violation and I have no idea what I have to do. I thought a police car WAS transport!

Awesome game that takes some thinking power..you get to design services for your own city & beyond. Helpful people with the right alliance pick. A thought invoker. Takes some forethought and planning, and gradually builds up momentum as you progress, which is good, because who wants to finish a game in a day or a week or a month? This is a game for the long haul where you can look back, & say.."Yes...I'm doing it..started with a clubhouse, & now taking the elevator to my office(my own analogy)

Extremely rewarding, not too simple not too complex one of a kind game. I do wish recruitment could happen faster without the use of coins (mostly obtained with real money) but it's definitely not pay to win. While the game starts with fire stations, police and EMS services can be added if you wish. I wish there were more documentation on the other 2, but it's not that hard to figure out - especially after consulting their extensive community via the forum.

Great game. Interface on android is horrible, takes a long time to load the game, maps and transition between screens. Playing this game on a PC on a web browser is a lot easier. The app is very cumbersome and not laid out well, not very intuitive and requires you go to multiple screens before even getting a menu option.

Honestly, it's fun. It's a great time killer, and it's addicting. It takes awhile to progress, but you basically use your town/city to play it. You can dispatch police, fire, EMS, etc to calls. I wish there was more customization, and buildings wouldn't cost so much. It's fun, definitely worth a download. Sometimes they'll drive through the woods, at least where I leave, so keep that in mind.

My overall opinion is that it deserves more like a 2.5 star. While it looks like a single-player RTS game, it has no starter guide to start off without you having to find it via settings. I think it could use a more modern design, but other than that, it's highly immersive and could be hard to start off, but for those who like hardcore stuff, this might be just the ticket for you!

Overall, this is a cool concept, but it is very poorly executed. In the beginning the progression is insanely slow, even with the 'recommended' building and unit slots. You will never have downtime in the app. There is, for some reason, a system that makes you always have 1 more call than you have units. This, coupled with the insane response time just makes the game boring. You will almost never have a unit at the station bc they will be bouncing from one call to another with no break.
