national ID 11 digits Sweden we got 10 morons app such a as bad as TELENOR customer service who can't keep their promise nor now how to calculate a simple faktura stay far away move on is not worth it trust me u thank me hard just look their reviews is all 200% true they are worst in all Nordic I'm sure the entire world

The app does not work anymore. When I try to open it, I just get to the website. What's the point of that? At least you can pay with visa card. Helt ubrukelig app, du blir bare sent til Telenor nettsider når du forsøker å opne appen. Vi som har kont kort kan ihvertfall betale med visa kort nå.

real Scam company, some services, broken everything else and overpaying for their nonsense. Increasing prices or change subscription without notification too.

Telenor ignores us, the issues and does nothing to fix it. Or reply to me and tell me facts thx! Issue is OLD, are you poor or incompetent Telenor? Otherwise fix it!

Has English and dark theme. Overall, you can check your balance and usage. Good app.

Very bad info on how to top up pre paid card and just selling of subscriptions and Mobil phones! I'm deleting this app minutes after downloading and just sticking to top ups via normal shops like coop or joker etc

Worst app ever. App fails to load after logging in and only provides a general error message. Previous version worked flawlessly

Only useful for viewing billing and data details. I can't figure out how to use this app for disabling foreign calls or voicemail.

App is broken. I can authenticate successfully but then nothing shows up except a white screen. Tried multiple times and cleared cache in between.

Why cant they just make it plain and simple? I would like to manage my goodies from my computer. My phone is just an old brick which I use as my router. I have to change my entire plan now. The app wont install since my phone is too old ( not that old), and I am left with nothing.

Won't show how much data I have left. Has not worked since I got new phone 18 months ago. Update January 15. '21: Widget still displays "Select subscription" no matter how many times I delete app, restart phone, download app etc.

Crashes multiple times a day, I'll keep spamming reports until they fix it. Lovely design and rather intuitive. If only it worked.

I mainly use this for the widget to display current quota usage. The app is slow, but has been quite stable (Huawei P20Pro). The widget takes up far too much screen space. I know my own name, phone number and subscription plan. No need to display it in the widget. All I need is the current data usage for the billing period. Everything else can be hidden behind a click on the widget.

Crash crash crash... uninstalled and reinstalled and still crash crash crash.... sent numerous crash logs for your developers, and never had a response .. Worst is this crash multiple times a day only features an "ordering" routine i can get help with by calling?... its not worth crashing so many times daily... Either your error code could be updated... or you could update address to where error logs go... and man the account.. :)

Used to be a pretty damn good app and convenient to boot! But as of late I have only had problems. update: now the app freezes when I try and access "goodies" update 2: as was mentioned in the reply I received the "goodies" feature finally works, however now every item I'm even vaguely interested in is out of stock. I could probably have gotten one of those items (Sony XB13 or a Key finder) if the feature had not been completely broken and inaccessible for MONTHS)

Same here.. after the latest update the app keeps crashing several times/day (even if I didn't open it). I just get a popup message that Telenor app crashed. It also made my phone behave kinda weird. It vibrated shortly every 2 minutes without getting any notifications, and it drained out the battery like crazy. I thought it was something wrong with my phone, but it was actually the Telenor app. After I uninstalled the app, everything was back to normal. No weird vibrations, no errors. The app worked just fine before the update. I just uninstalled it.

Telenor literally litters the profile/family pages with "helpful" adverts for their own services constantly. This belongs to the shop page. Except for this it if mostly intuitive, but does not show when it's updating values in the background which sometimes makes you look at the wrong data due to the lag, especially if you are quick and 'just checking'. Also functions that don't work at all (show puk code for family members) should be marked as such. Otherwise the app is ok
