Easy to sign up, easy to use, trustable and one of the best and intuitive app in the market. They have a lot of informative tutorial and guides, news of current market and more. It's a one stop shop if you are new to investment.

Moomoo is a user-friendly and informative trading platform ideal for beginners. It offers unique features like cute merchandise, real-time data, and an intuitive interface. Users can trade on the go without needing a PC, manage international accounts, and participate in interactive discussions. Despite lacking some advanced features, Moomoo covers all essential functions and is licensed by the Security Commission Malaysia, ensuring investment security.

I love this app! It allows me to trade on the go without needing to turn on my PC. The interface is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to execute trades quickly. The real-time data and alerts keep me informed, ensuring I never miss an opportunity. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable mobile trading platform!

Good apps, continuously improving. Easy to use but still packed with advance features. A good way to learn and invest in stock. Moomoo makes investment easy. Hopefully can redesign the setting page, easier to understand and add in more custom modifications setting to suit user habit.

Good functioning and no laygin using this apps. Great that sharing for the current news based on the stock trading by pop out the notification. But just sometimes too annoying about po out notification, so I turn off of it and manually go to the application read the current latest news.

In my opinion, I think that it's a great platform for beginners as the platform provides a lot of information. Not only that, it's the only platform that gives you the chances to redeem a lot of cute moomoo merchandize! However, you do need to take note that it's not a CDS account but it's a margin nominee account so you have to be alert when you're trading as you might accidentally used margin to purchase the securities. You can turn it off though so it's not a big issue.

I’ve started using the app recently, and the more I watch training videos, the more confusing it gets as the interface is so different from what is shown in the videos. For example, the training says the institutional tracker is found in "Explore." It's not - it's found in Markets > US. The interface isn't as intuitive as I'd like it to be, and its inconsistency with the old training videos which are still found on the app makes it worse.

I want to like this app and platform. I really do. But there is no clear method to canceling open positions. And the fact that you have to pay for automatic quote updates on the TSX is honestly really lame itself, but when you click on "upgrade." There are no options to upgrade. All say free promotion that you can't click. Whoever designed this platform is not thinking about user friendly experiences. I'll change my review from 2 stars if I see these things improve.

Just wanted to download the app to see the layout and feel off it. Personally not for me, but the only reason I give it the stars us because they don't have an option to delete your account on the app. Have to email them and wait. I've also tried out Public, Webull, and sofi, along with a few others. This is the only one that doesn't give you the option to deactivate your account on the app. Not sure why.

Very happy with this app. The free level 2 data for US markets is a great feature, as well as access to HK and CN. The desktop app is also nice, and I enjoy the built-in social feature too. Most notably, they were quick to verify and open an account. As some have pointed out, transferring funds takes a few days, but you are able to immediately use the value of the transfer to initiate cash trades before the deposit actually hits, so the delay shouldn't be a problem for most users.

Best stock trading app so far lots of full features and analysis others dont have, also extended hours which is huge. And free trading so thats great. The biggest thing they can improve is making their candle graphs better, the candles are way too small and hard to read, other apps seem to have this basic aspect down just fine yet Moomoo doesn't. Also the translation of the app doesn't seem to be complete as Chinese shows up sometimes. Also their alert settings dont seem to work, it storms your phone with news and subscription notifications even if you have them set to off. But if you can deal with that, compared to other trading apps this is the best one i found.

4 stars to 3 stars. Overall it's a solid app except for one important limitation - no ability to capture and sync stock notes. Oh there are lots of places to put notes. The mobile app has Notes and Remarks. The desktop has Stock Notes and Remarks. But Notes and Stock Notes do not sync. Remarks only sync from desktop to mobile. Notes entered in the mobile app can only be viewed thru the "Moo" feature on the desktop. It's a mess. Contacted Tech Support but didn't get a coherent response.

Unusable I keep verifying my bank, it goes thru just fine. But when I try to transfer money into moomoo it doesn't work at all. App has too many problems to use! No reply from moomoo on this issue, my bank verifies then after transferring money, I get an email saying bank couldn't verify??? Which is it? Not dealing with a brokerage that can't even be bothered to reply to reviews.

Not for beginners.. I hope experienced people have better luck. It doesn't feel very honest to me finding the info I'm seeking is hard, such as how to deposit funds back to my bank account. Super easy to get your money on their site, just fishy. Im closing because I'm not comfortable with the interface, it's not organized for average people to understand.

Being new to trading and investing, this app has been a great help for the most part. Being able to learn the basics of trading and investing through the provided lessons is a good touch. But maybe dumbing it down a little and explaining all the abbreviations and lingo so the average person can catch on a little better. All the different references and how they interact or differ is mind blowing. Maybe some more cash or stock rewards would be nice. Otherwise it's been a good app. Thanks guys!

It's got a lot of technicals but not customizable. Hence, useless. It's got a lot of information for a mobile screen but poor touch gestures makes navigation clumsy. Hence, bad user experience. Wasn't able go further to check trades and execution experience. It desperately needs better touch interaction, customizing ability, navigation and user experience.

2 stars for the educational information alone. I had 5-6 calls, multiple texts, and emails bugging me. Even AFTER turning off all notifications, alerts, and blocking several phone numbers. If I wanted help getting started I would ask for it. If a person says they want to get a feel for things on the app before taking the plunge that doesnt mean KEEP PESTERING THEM. Uninstalled, good riddance.

Not much on this app. I always use a test deposit to see the turnaround time for funding. Still waiting on the ability to withdraw funds after a business week. The app is busy with to much info in one place on all screens. Can't navigate app smoothly with all the clutter. Deposit button is easy to find. Withdraw button is another story (hidden). With some work this could be a good platform. However, I'm happy with the existing platforms I have. We'll come back later to see if any updates were do

I honestly don't know how the people whom have bad experiences are having them. It's a great app for me, love the layout, all of the technical and fundamental info provided, and the ability to watch time and sales with multiple charts at once. Yeah, it takes some getting used to and definitely isn't for beginners, but I think the tools available are worth any strife. Been my go to since January and never had an issue. Even customer service replies promptly.

This app is great, a worthy alternative to the others (especially "that one"- you know what one I'm talking about)... It has social functions built right in, price tracking, analysis, options, almost anything you could want from a trading app. A few minor issues- crashes every so often (usually when I open a comment with a picture), doesn't have cryptos, and the price charts are a little complicated
