I've had this app for yrs. I used it constantly until today when I tried to open it to pay my monthly bill, and it won't open. It says there's a bug, and it needs a fix from the developer. Please fix this. That's why I gave it 3 stars (even though I can't use it atm) but I will change this once I can use it.

Only optimized for websites. App keeps logging me out and makes me login manually. It will not use the auto fill on my Android device. I can only access the Teladoc app through the website. When I try to download the app I get error messages saying that I lost coverage. This app sucks and they need to build the app, not the website.

It's basic but pushes you to the website version just to find a doctor and the link is broken. It asks you to log in on the website but the menu doesn't give you that option. BCBS is way too big to have a bad app for patients. I'm a professional in the healthcare industry and there are so many better apps you could offer your patients.

I am much better able to see the breakdown of each EOB and that helps me keep track of my many procedures and activities I have going on and the amount I have left on out of pocket and deductible expenses. Has been very helpful in letting practices know where I stand in my portions that I have to pay. The offices are not always at real time amounts for whatever reason. So, this app helps keep them on point and me not having to pay out of pocket when I shouldn't. It's hard to get refunds. Thx

Complete failure of an app. Does not save password, so you have to enter it every time you use the app. Also will say your device isnt recognized every time if you cleared out cookies since last use. Browser pops open, says enter an emailed code, but when you open your email app and go back with the code to the browser, the page has refreshed and the code entry box page is now gone, and you're back to the page that says it will email a code. Viscious circle. Useless stupidity.

I have changed my password at least 100 times for this app. It never ever EVER remembers my biometric settings OR my username. EVER. EVERY TIME I open the app I get a "LOGIN FAILED. TRY AGAIN" message, and when I try to tap "use biometric login" I get the same message. After I type in my (24 character next-to-impossible to remember because that's the requirement) password, it asks me for my biometric settings, to which I say "YES". It resets EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

A great tool to instantly access to your health care coverages, along with answering the specific questions, as they pertain to you and your policy. Straight forward navigation, visual aids and tools, along with being easily understandable. I really like and would recommend this app, especially if you're not familiar with "insurance lingo", find yourself a little less than organized, and don't like to keep up with paper trail.

All I wanted to do was pay my bill online. Website was having issues so I tried downloading the app. Low and behold, error message that it was experiencing down time & would not allow me to log in. While we're talking about this, do away with the code! If I enter my username and password on my private network and device, I shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for q code to be emailed. Even worse if you accidentally back out of the page and have to wait additional time for a new code to be sent.

Always a problem opening the app. If you report issues with logging in, you give your DOB and other information it says can't find you. Is this because I won't answer all sales calls?

sometimes the formatting gets nutty, causing things to appear in small vertical rows that's basically unreadable. noticed this in pharmacy area. also, pricing estimate data for prescriptions sometimes comes back as not available or the like.

10/21/20 Never can get logged in. Always says app is unavailable now. Have tried different times during the day and night. This app sucks! 10/29/25 And again, unable to get into anything on this app! How can we look things up for ourselves when it doesn't work??? Grrrr!!!

I have to keep resetting password access (which is a pain because it takes you through the same security checks every time), but each time I do, it shuts me out again within a few hours as if it can't recognize my newly saved ID and password, and it keeps telling me the app/site is unavailable or not currently working. Really a waste of time because it makes it difficult to manage my healthcare which, ironically, is counterintuitive to why these apps are created.

It's so unreliable. Currently, it's just spins instead of letting me access anything. Using the most current version. Edit: tried uninstall and reinstall, and it still just spins forever. I do have to admit, it's very on brand for insurance products to not work when you need them. At least they're consistent.

ID card won't load. Everytime I open the app and select ID card, it acts like it's loading and NEVER finishes. I've left it to sit and load for 5 mins, with a full, strong signal, and nothing. Defeats 90% of the purpose of this app. Also, when the app updates, it forgets that I want to use fingerprint authentication and so then I have to try and remember my password, which usually results in me getting locked out. Horrible app.

I normally have no issue with this app and love being able to use it. However, for the last 3 maybe 4 days, I cannot log in to the app. Every time it tells me that the app is unavailable and to try again later. I don't have time to sit and call tech support or go back and forth through email with tech support for them to try and "troubleshoot it" Why can't I just log in like normal?
