It automatically cancelled my autopay, if I hadn't logged in randomly to check on something else I would have had a random late fee. It doesn't let you schedule more than one payment in the same day. It doesn't allow you to make a payment to principal by simply putting in an amount to pay to principal (it asks you to pay monthly payments in advance first). Please make these improvements to increase the rating.

Literally have to change my password EVERY TIME I log in. So annoying. Now that's not even working.

very easy to use FOR PAYMENT. but if you need to upload documents, it is not that easy to use.

It does what it says and you can pay your bill. The problem is that despite the old apps issues you could add additional principle payments to your monthly payment. Now you can't. I'm not certain if this is by design or not but it feels a bit underhanded. If I want to add an extra $100 to my payment each month I guess I'll have to go back to paper and start writing checks again.

It's getting there. definitely a major step up from not even working previously. Right now it's stuck because I turned off automatic payments. I wanted to turn it back on, but it says "processing your change"or something like that. so I had to manually set up a payment for next month, but now I have to monitor it because I'm concerned something's wrong.

Not user friendly. Scheduling recurring payments is too restrictive in the way it is set up.

fairly new to using this app but relatively easy to use the support you get is always helpful i did have an issue with the app requiring my fingerprint to submit payment but I have biometrics turned off I ended up having to uninstall the app and reinstall it and that fixed it

this app is terrible. its my first time owning a home and the anxiety of having this app NOT WORK AT ALL on the first of the month... this app needs major work done like, yesterday.

latest update. I had fingerprint set up, but it wants me to sign in. then in 1 St attempt tells me my account is locked, wants to send me a code. but doesn't send code. then says "no code? unlock with email" guess what. no email sent. I always love trusting thousands of dollars to companies who can't keep a basic app running.

doesn't load 9/10 times and when it does finally load it doesn't let you login, gives a random error code update 8/29/25: app still garbage and works 1% of the time. very inconvenient when I want to pay my mortgage

i am not happy that i have to fish to find how to pay additional for the principal. this is also my first mortgage but have been paying it for over a year...i wish the paylents were taken right away when you "pay now" but it takes several days to hit the bank and ivr over dragted once because of it

new app update sucks. It trys to force you to pay late fees instead of your normal payment amount.

Super easy and user friendly. Very easy navigation for bill management. That is all I need it for. Haven't tried other features, but the features I needed were there and easy to use. Kudos. Because I hate logging into Lakeview on the web to get to loancare

I hate the fact I used to be able to pay into my escrow or pay a little more on my principal but can't now. This app is not consumer friendly in that aspect. If you want to pay the outstanding escrow each year instead of it being added to your monthly payment over 12 months (raising your mortgage payments), plan on sitting on the phone to call it in or writing a check and mailing it in. This option needs to be fixed on the app before I rate it 5 stars.

I like how it's laid out. It shows how everything is applied and It's easier to make an extra payment to principal . Good job with the app update!

Everything was working fine for a while but now when I log in it says biometric was successful but additional security failed. It then brings up a sign-in page but after I sign in it says could not load data and has me sign in again and again. It never loads. I tried clearing cache and same issue.
