Its a fun game and i really enjoy playing... When it will actually LOAD!!! When i open it it takes FOREVER to load.. so long in fact it then 'times out' nd says i have to reopen the app!! 😡😡 wish it would let me play more.. not sure if ill keep or uninstall..

I so want to give you a 5 star review, but this log in time thing is rediculous. 3-4 min log in times is nuts. And waiting to earn money is a long boring process. If these two items were addressed, I would give it a 5, because for free it's really good, I would throw you a few dollars if it worked better

This game is great and all but it could be better. First of all it doesnt really have the best graphics, second it needed WiFi, third many stuff are expensive and lastly some parts if the game has no logic

it doesn't even let me in to play, very slow, and always want me to buy things with real money. the reason its not 1 star but 2, is that it's still like it was years ago, nothing changed, but looks like neither did the grafics, the fastness.

Disappointed yet again. Installed because I've been looking for an enjoyable zoo game. This app wouldn't even get off the loading screen. I'm really bummed because I looked forward to playing. Won't be returning to this app. -10/10 Replying to dev. As I informed you previously, I wont be returning to the app, so contacting you and your staff is unnecessary. All I ask is you try to fix the problem I stated as I gave you all required detail.

Started out great now im level 17..not getting money/gems for leveling up, cant gift nbrs, and completeing quests and i keep getting a time out message even though im on a strong wifi...fix/credit and ill give a 5 again..giving a week to compensate n fix then im deleting cause ive already tried support and got nothing fixed or credited. Still cant load game

Couldn't even make it through the tutorial, once it told me to check the admission fees I would but it wouldn't let me go past that and since I didn't finish that part it wouldn't let me do anything else. Frustrating because the game looked fun.

Update: despite tons of feedback on the issue, the slow income gain and ridiculous loading time has not been addressed in THREE YEARS. Seems devs only claim to use feedback so people won't complain. This game is average. It has so much potential to be entertaining, however income gain is verrry slow for how expensive animals and buildings are, which makes it a frustrating and boring game. Uninstalling until income generation is sped up.

Ive tried lots of games like this and when I try and play them, they just give me a black screen. I dont understand why this keeps happening. I dont think that its a problem with my phone, but maybe its a problem with the games. I hope you fix the problem because this games seems like a cool one.

It seems to have some frustrating limitations and you can't hire more hands until a certain level so your friends have to help you but they can never know when you need help. Fun and simple and defenitely a time consuming game for creative minds :)

I've been looking for a really good zoo game like the when I used to play on PC in 2005. This game sucks. It doesnt even get past the load screen. Stops in the exact same place every time and never opens the game. I've tried multiple times I've restarted my phone and I've seen a few other comments that said the same thing. Do not waste your time

I have found that if you login several times a day and have some good stands and restrooms you can make a substantial amount of money in a day which has allowed me to pass levels rather quickly and with minimal diamond buying. I love this game and I enjoy playing it several times a day in small spurts, trading w friends overall enjoyable. Do wish the breeding chances were a little easier but the games x years old so I doubt the developers will be making any changes. Overall it's fun & addicting.

Unreliable game. After playing yesterday, this morning had to restart so lost all my progress, then today got to level 10 and then it jumped to the loading screen and stayed there. Had a look at the shop, everything is ludicrously expensive, and with the game likely to scrap your progress certainly not worth spending money. Many of the messages are written very small with no option to zoom. The tutorial is ok, but then takes all your resources and replenishing those is very difficult.

This game looks really fun, but believe me, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON IT! I've tried ,but it won't let me do anything ,it just sticks at the beginning after it tells me what to do

I used to play this game back when I was 10 and I've recently discovered the mobile version & still absolutely in love with it. It would be better if the graphics were the same as on PC but I'll take what I can get. A lot of people have mentioned they can't get past the tutorial but I figured out that if you accidentally press the X on the shop insteaf of buying what you're told your game just gets stuck and you can't play it anymore.

10/10 game frrr!! I don't understand how the raring I'm 3 stars rn! It super fun!! I was a childhood game of mine and I've been looking for it forever! I wish I could remember my old account, but it's still fun to play from the start! Def recommend!!

I think this is the Dumes game. I first started and it won't let me do anything. I tried multiple times and nothing would work. I've played the second version of this game. The second one and I can do everything and nothing has been a problem. But in this version, I couldn't do anything I think no one should ever play this game.

This game gets a 1 star rating. Tutorial ruins the games. I want to build a zoo from scratch the way I want. The tutorial takes that away. It makes you spend your money on stuff thats not important and blocks you from buying stuff that you want to buy. The game would be a whole lot better if there was no tutorial or an option to play without it. Graphics are good. The tutorial ruins the game as a whole. I am on level 4, the tutorial shouldn't be on anymore.

So i really love this game! My 7 year old adores it, it's so cute and child friendly. But there are small glitches where the game will have teouble clicking on certain items and sometimes a notification will be stuck on the screen of the game and you have to close it down and reopen it to make it dissapear. But other than that we really enjoy this game and the reward system is great.
